I am having a coral debit card of icici. when i have bought it i got a book in that it was written buy 1 get 1 free but when i entered my card num. bookmyshow is showing i have to buy 2 tickets.

By mistake I booked tickets for today's date I.e., 21st Oct 2017 but I was supposed to book the tickets for 22nd Oct. now I wanna cancel my ticket but received a call from book my show stating that the tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Why can't money can be returned back. With this one experience am not liking book my show app.

We should have the option for cancelling tickets as well. Please try to work on it.

I had order 4 tickets on 22-10-2017 for a film ramaleela in Kochi Kerala (saritha theater) the money had debited but the ticket is not come when I call book my show customer care the said to contact help desk@bookmyshow. I want my money back as as possible.

Bookmyshow is very nice but the numbers of theatres given to our area i.e Tenali (Andhra Pradesh) is very less and is given to worst theatres. its really disappointing to all our Tenali citizens. please add some more good theaters for our area so that we can enjoy from your app.

Is it fine if take a printout of a ticket confirmation in paper As I don't have a mobile right now But I will book ticket by my neighbour mobile.

Show time was not updated correctly as when I was booked it was shown 11.03AM ,but actually show was started at 11.30 AM ,same has been asked BookMyShow ,but they were simply say that yes this was theatre mistake so if you want further clarification better contact with theatre manager ,is this redicuelus ,they didn't given any proper solution.

There was a deduction of INR 972.12 from my sbi account following an unsuccessful transaction while booking tickets for hichki movie at pvr Shalimar Bagh. Movie tickets are not booked but the amount has been debited from the account.

Due to sudden death of my Grandmother, me and my family was unable to go for the movie. I hope you understand my reason and you can even cross verify form the venue to know that I did not report there for the above said movie. I request you to refund my amount of Rs.503/- as soon as possible. I believe that being a regular customer I will get refunded in a few days. Please take quick initiative to refund my amount. I will be highly obliged if you could help me out.

Hi! I booked 5 tickets at inox trilium mall amritsar (punjab)2:30 am of 18 nov of biddayi movie. money payment is also done rs.1264.30 bt bar code of movie nd msg is not receive and movie seats are shown in open bt payment transaction is done. plz check it nd try to refund the money.

I booked 4 ticket today fantastic beasts 10pm payments dedicated but not any information.

I booked 6 tickets in Vimal theater Balanagar Amar Akbar Anthony but tickets not confirmed. i called book my show he's said not confirmed your tickets sir, so your money refund 10 working days. But i did not get my refund money...10 working days complete.

Bad experience from bookmyshow. Took money and saying your amount will be refunded within 10 working days. How can i wait for such a long time? It's just cheating. I want my money back quickly.
