We are a Muslim study school (Madrassa) in Malappuram District (Kerala). We brought a 15 Seat Saloon Traveller From your Malappuram dealer on 19-07-2017 (Pathikkal Tempo) @ ready cash. But they provided Yellow school van changed in to white colour (Top Cheating) and took saloon vehicle rate. So Please change our vehicle or 50% cash back. Otherwise we will take legal action.

In service department there is no repose by service manager. I question for company any rule for customer spare not sale to outside. Compulsory vehicle come at dealership and after sale spare. He followed this rule. Dealer have not a proper customer service. This is the third time for me.

No spear parts available For a little work .today, 7 days later, my car is still not ready. We cannot expect this service from a reputed company like yours.To go to the service center, I have to go 120 km, going daily and coming back. Anybody of your staff can't tell when my vehicle was ready to run. Your company has not given me any parts warranty even though it is a regular problem from When buy the vehicle. If you look at the schedule, you will understand what the status of the service is.Take the necessary steps. Otherwise I have to take legal action.

We have purchased this vehicle of your company a few months back i.e. November 2022 from Mahalakshmi Motors, Shewalwadi, Hadapsar, Pune, now the vehicle is having a breakdown since last one month and it is of EDC sensor type... We have complained three to four times to our company appointed service center Mahalakshmi Motors, Shewalwadi, Pune regarding this and they plan some temporary solution and tell us to push some button and after that the car is full or one or two times. Runs only during the dayAgain the same failure is happening in the car now it has been last five days our car is parked and today we asked about it to Mahalakshmi Motors and now the workers and officials there told us that this will continue to happen and we have no solution or solution for this. Can't fix it, it's from the company itselfThere is a fault, and this is a fault with many cars, there is nothing we can do about it...Consumers like us wonder why you make such poor and inferior vehicles and bring them to the market and how the government allows you to sell such vehicles...
We earn our living on this vehicle, we buy the vehicle from you on loan and you produce such a poor quality vehicle and sell it in the market... Also, after selling your vehicle for some period i.e. up to one year, if there is any breakdown in that vehicle, it should be our responsibility to repair the vehicle again, but our people say that we have no solution / solution for this... If our own people are saying this and we are facing such trouble, we want to complain first to the police station and then to the consumer court... And after that we want to tell the social media and news channels also that our company makes such quality products and that you are providing such quality service to the customers after selling the products...
Please get our vehicle repaired to us, if this vehicle cannot be repaired by you, then another vehicle should be replaced, otherwise we should get back all the money we paid you for the purchase of the vehicle by refunding the damages incurred so far, your vehicle. Take this request...
