my name is mahammed akbar, i have taken vespa two wheeler in the show room of popular automotives in koritapadu,guntur.but i have a 4 problems in my bike,those are the sound of engine was very high, less pick up and the fuel meter was not working properly also the bike body has loose sounds. These 4 problems are i am facing from my bike purchase date onwards. Already i have completed 6 services still i am facing those problems. I already inform to the dealer but there is no change at all. If you can solve this problem ok otherwise i file a case in consumer court. my bike details are AP07CY1786 and the choice number MET0000JATB003288 and the engine number M440M3004955. so please check this complaint.

I replace the shock absorber of Vespa Scooter on 15/10/16, job card no 7617 from Bhawani Auto. I payed Rs 1500/- receipt no 4254. My scooter no PB08 CL 0430 Jalandhar Punjab. Now there is a problem again in rear shocker, so plz check the shocker.

Dear Sir/madam,
I took a new Piaggio Vespa LXL 125cc ( drum brake option) and it made me a smooth ride and ran around 1900 Km On 2nd November I am riding for local shopping purpose with a limited speed of 30 km/hr. Unexpectedly I met an accident with an auto driver ( wrong entry).

I might have avoid the funny accident which I met is due to poor drum braking system ( I applied full brake lever even though vehicle not stopped in minor speed). At the same time front mud guard got damaged and it costed around Rupees 1600/- and escaped with small injury. One more notification while starting in the morning brake was in struck condition for few seconds and releasing automatically. (first ride in the morning).

Regarding this above issue , I discussed with the service dealer, i not even get a proper technical answer from him. If you company people started selling like this failure drum brake system vehicle and if it happens anything wrong to my life ,who is responsible. So I kindly request you to,not to sell a failure vehicles in the market .

I am living a Simple Pretty life- not to waste with ur vehicle.

My self preeti singh. i am very disappointed with the service. Inspite of giving the problems in writing , most of the work not completed. i came to my office and realised the problems remain the same. I am a working lady and it is not possible for me spare so much time in going up and down to the garage .please arrange to pick up my vehicle, and deliver it back after rectifying the problem. This vehicle is very disappointing. A lot of problem arises very frequently.

Your company should provide and launch new model design scooter for indian market (low price about 55000-65000 RS) and ur company always sale old type design scooter and high range amount scooter. you should provide in your scooter new function just like combi brake, led tail light, fully digital led display, tubeless tyre, led head light, led indicator, in built mobile charging port, gps etc.

Hi, i am Abdul Aziz Ahmed Shaikh i had purchased a PIAGGIO VESPA ELEGANTE 8 month ago This is to inform you about the service done by SONIYA MOTORS PVT LTD. at Thane under the supervision of their service manager.

The vehicle has been done service but the time of service it was in good condition but when its was delivered in worst condition the scooter was skid and the right side of the scooter was damaged and having dent. i informed the manager regarding this but the manager is not ready to here they are saying that is old. i cant understand when given to service they checked the vehicle in report they didn't mention if it was old. they should mention same in the report while taking to service, before delivery they had checked the scooter it was in without dent. As i am a staying very far from the service center and also asked him he told me to come after four days we will take irresponsible action. Now the vehicle is with me which is very disappointed and very unsatisfactory about the service given By SONIYA MOTORS PVT LTD. THANE. I SOLICIT THE PROPER ACTION TAKEN ON THE SERVICE CENTER FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE SERVICE SINCE THEY PAY NO HEED ON MY REQUEST.

Dear Sirs,

I bought Vespa SLX 150 in November 2017. I am satisfied with the overall performance of the vehicle. However I find the side mirrors are too rigid and could not be adjusted correctly to view. I went to the service center and asked for help. But it is still the mirror is very unfriendly and not meeting my requirement.

I have never experienced such uncooperative and rigid mirror in any other scooter of this type. I shall be thankful if you could help in this regard.

The engine's noise is also loud.

My name is V.Balaji Prasad residing at guntur city,recently I purchased Vespa scooter of model vxl (high end) from M/S populare automobiles located at koritepadu. I preferred this vehicle as I'm fond of Vespa company but this led to total disappointment as I went to outlet for third servicing out of surprise dealership is changed to Alavala motors now located at Amaravathi road, totally disappointed with this act I offered scooter for servicing as fuel meter (digital) rear view mirror is not holding properly to the stem and as I asked for the same mechanic replied that that the quality of the same is inferior (threads not proper). Mileage is giving around 28km/ litre. I request your esteemed MNC company to look into the matter and take necessary action immediately as it might defame your company's reputation. kindly oblige n do the needful.

I have bought my vespa from kaayan motors (pune) but suddenly for some issues he closed hi showroom and my helmet was pending with him but then he gave me a helmet but it was yellow colour and my vespa's colour is white so please help me to get the colour I needed from the nearest showroom from my place is motolex (pune).

So please help me, so I can collect it from them and I till have not used the helmet and it is as it is.

First day itself I get a smell from the engine because of that I return to the company dealer and said about the complaint.The dealer said to me,the smell is coming from the engine oil while running.Secondly at the time of FIRST SERVICE I asked to him second time. He replied me in same manner with any seriousness.

Before my first service my friend bought a new same vehicle APRILIA 150 from same place.Then I ride that APRILIA i can't feel any smell. At the first service I also tell about leaking of oil from silencer. They do not reply any answer.

We are requesting to you that we have bought a bike from the (kerala-Thrissur) kuriachira dealer AVARAN ASSOCIATES 12/546.The name of the vehicle is APRILIA SR 150.Now this vehicle become ENGINE COMPLAINT. So replace my engine or the whole vehicle.I have send emaiĺ this (vespaindia @piaggio.co.in)to this email regarding my complete.But i didn't get any response from the company.It's my last warning or else I will STRIKE against the kuriachira dealer associates. In front with flex.I need to get replay before two days.Now this vehicle is on the agency (became 25days).

Complaint
1) From the first day itself I got a BAD SMELL.
2)Then it start OIL DROP from the SILENCER.
3)Finally it started to arrive WHITE SMOKE from the silencer.

Hi, I have purchased Vespa XLS for that dealer has taken 1.10 lac and provide only 0.98 lac invoice only after that have trying to connect many times to dealer and customer care as well but not getting any reply and after 2.6 month have not received the vehicle number and RC book as well. Vespa service is worst in any of two wheeler vehicle and we are ending up more amount compare to others and not getting services as per that. Either they can discontinue the brand if they will not able to provide the proper services.

Sir, we have taken delivery your LML Vespa vxl 125 Scooter from your Distributor Shri Muthuvel Murugan Motors, Erode, Tamilnadu 638011as we are the 3rd generation who are being very loyal to Vespa Scooters from my Grand Father, My Father and mine also. Because of very fond of your Scooters we bought one LML Vespa vxl125. vide Shri MuthuvelMurugan Motors Invoice 1528 dt 24.11.17 Engine No. M449M3156818, But we have been deeply disappointed with your LML Vespa vxl 125 Scooter, Since the Scooter taken delivery from the Show Room THE FUEL LEVEL INDICATOR IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. Because of its total failure we have been so much confused in the fuel filling and prediction. Though we have made 3 services so far respectively 26.12.17, 05.03.18 and 27.07.18 with this major complaint lodged with your show Room Job Card, the fault is not rectified. It is too much regretted.

So we have been constrained to bring this issue to your kind notice. So advise your Distributor to rectify this problem in the next service without fail. We heard generally every where in Erode the Fuel Level Indicator in this particular Model, is totally failure. Please keep this issue in your kind perusal, and do the needful to save your reputation. All the hopes and expectation from a premium segment vehicle are shattered; I feel being cheated after paying more for digital fuel indicator for better comfort and reliability.

B. The complaint was logged 4 times since purchase every time he is misleading us by asking us to come with full tank. I have told him that full tank.
C. He says his job is only to attend the complaint; he can’t help if the problem is not resolved.

With do respect I have plea that I am one of your customer having Vespa Scooter Model No. VXL125 (UP78 AK 2747) ( OWER NAME: AMARPREET KAUR BEDI ) Purchased on 2years ago from M/S GNV motors Kanpur, which was Co showroom of M/S GVN Motors Lucknow as per informed to us. Now Showroom has been closed long ago and had no service center then. Due to that I serviced my vehicle else, Now few days back a problem came in sort of rear wheel jamming, which is causing lower fuel average.

A newly opened showroom cum service center named M/S SCA AUTOMOBILE PVT LTD. at juhi Kanpur, inspected my vehicle and informed me that I have wheel jammed and miling issue which will cost around Rs5500 And my vehicle travelled only appx. 7877 K.M.

Is it possible a wheel of such a reputed company get damaged in such a short K.M. and I am just travelling few k.m. in city limits in heavy traffic, Then when I asked for reselling it they have putted a cost of rs 20000.00 in such a short time that was shocking to me rather showroom Auth. person again says if I purchase another vehicle of same company then they will accept it in higher price I was bit confused that such a reputed company persons talk like this, I am very annoyed with this issue. Kindly check my issue and necessary action and do pursue me.

Scooter complaint
My name is ashutosh mishra, I have taken vespa two wheeler in the show room of warangal telangana (M/s.milano motors2414 ram nagar hammamkonda warahgal telangana). I have a problem in my scooter, that is front shock up of my scooter in not working properly due to that problem when ever i am applying brake abnormal sound is coming and friction in one side of tyre. I already inform to the dealer in every servicing now it is 8th paid servicing but now he is telling its shocker is week and oil is leaking. due to my faith in vespa scooter i have purchased such a costly scooter in the market, but i am disappointed. Today morning I contacted the service center to inform that my scooter is in such a condition that it cannot be started, whether they could come to my house or not and then they said that they will surely come and many hours passed and there is no attention from the service center and I called them once again then also they said that they will call me and till now they neither tried to contact me nor came here .Still I tried to contact them again and then they said that they can't come today and asked me to call later .What could I do now..I am not able to go out because of this condition of my scooter Vesap. I bought my Vespa SXL 125 on last September 2020. But my experience from the dealer (Motobrand, Kottayam, Kerala) was very bad.

1. They made a big mistake on my RC details while entering in Motorola vehicle registration process. Enter wring Pin code. After getting my RC book they didn't accept this to correct that.

2. Manufacturing defect: My Speedo meter is working wrong. Its speed is high. And the fuel gauge is not working. I informed to them while in periodical service. But they didn't accept it as complaint.

3. Now I found a small crack on Vepsas plastic part. I attached the photo with this. My scooters total running kilometer is only 1000km. This crack appeared with out any hit or collision. Its only manufacturing defect. I informed to the dealer, but they didn't responded. They informed that will contact your later after checking.

Please take a necessary action on it. My experience after buying vepa is very pathetic.

My name ia manisha. i have purchased vespa vxl model on 15 sept 2020 it has been 5 months...from last 1 month this scooter is giving excess problem like it stops functioning by itself doesn't starts for hours even when i show it to technician then also it doesn't start for more than 18 times it happened...in middle of the traffic or in deserted locations...more than 5 times i have shown it to technician or on service centre. i am feeling cheated... Have roamed half of the city by dragging this scooter... every now and then i have to visit service centre for servicing...i am just pissed off. There subdealers are also idiots they don't know how to talk with customers...in case of emergency i dragged the scooter for 1 km to the subdealer's shop nd the subdealer told me" it is your fault that you purchased this scooter... i didn't came to ur house for convincing u to purchase this....handle ur problems urself... I can't help"... this scooter is so waste. i just can't handle this situation anymore please ...return or exchange this defected product. Even now also the scooter is in service centre for servicing.... you people sold me a pathetic scooter. i don't want any further repair please exchange your product or you people leave me no other choice except... for going legal.

Purchased a Vespa scooter on 07.11.2019 in the name of ARCHANADEVI M. Battery got problematic. When enquired with Vivima motors P.P.CHAVADI, MADURAI Dealer query not handled properly. Moreover informed that battery cannot be replaced as it is above due date. But there is still 2 months left for replacement. Kindly expedite your reply.

I have given my scooter to the service center for minor repairs. Its been a week and even haven't attended my calls. Not also customer service has given me the worst experience. Please make a solution for my problem.

We need an proper solution for this issue from company side ,now under this pandemic situations we cant possible to go around for this issue.

I have bought my Vespa vxl 125cc in Feb 2021 from Bangalore Avnish showroom Lalbagh and after first service problem has been start first problem in headlight it's not working second after riding 40Km it's stop automatically third problem they have written wrong name in RC book I have compliant so many times but they didn't resolve my problem and I have given the feedback also regarding this but still they didn't resolve. I have called to customer care and mailed also to your official mail id but I didn't get a reply and your service center only deny my problem so now tell me what I do?

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service center in Belgaum Karnataka is not providing proper service.

My wife Dr. NAZIMA KHAN owns vespa 150, red colour & it is 4 years since I have bought it.

On August 9th, 2021 she had left her vespa for service, since then regularly its has cold start problem & it shuts down at lower acceleration. After the service for three times she had been to the service center with the same issue, all the three times they repaired it without any change in its state..

I just don't want to go to your service center henceforth.. U have lost a customer for life. Very much disappointed & disheartened.

I own Honda, Tvs & Bajaj motorcycles, never I had seen such callous attitude of service providers.

Hi,

I purchased Vespa VXL 150 4 months back and I stay in Mussoorie. First, it was running good but the performance went down after 1st servicing, 2 days back I did 2nd receiving, and pick up has gone further down. It has just run for 1000km so far. The only reason I bought Vespa was so I could get good performance. Now I riding it alone and with a passenger, it is difficult to ride uphill. I have Access 125cc, 2 years old and it can carry more weight than the Vespa 150cc.

Kindly guide me on what needs to be done. I highlighted the pick-up issue with the service center and they said it is resolved but performance is worst after the second servicing.

I am swarn rashmi toppo and this as to inform you about the worst experience that I received from Vespa service center.srima motors llP, neredmet x road, malkajgiri, hyderabad, dealer code INS4TLS303, i have given my Vespa vxl 125fl in feb 2022 (inv.no. s12100002561 dated 07/02/2022) and may 2022 (s12200000526 dated 25.05.2022) with same problem of digital fuel indicator showing erratic reading, sound in front side, and locking problem. in Feb. 2022 they fixed front handlebar cover worth of Rs. 688/- (charged from me) to solve the front side sound problem but with in few days same problem repeated, remain problem unsolved and in may 2022 again I have given my Vespa with same problem, these time they didn't solved any issue due to non availability of stock, my problem are unsolved in two service and i raised query in Vespa customer care but I didn't get any response and feedback form your customer care, I am very disappointed from your service and your customer care.

I felt very proud when I purchased Vespa but with in one year I got problem of all above, I disappointed from your service and response.

Please do the solution as early as possible. other wise I will go the consumer court.

If you can solve this problem ok otherwise please give me the replacement..

I booked vespa new vehicle in Coimbatore showroom, but they delivered on the time I saw some damage in vehicle and some place paint peel and scratch. So immediately take photos and send to showroom manager, he told tomorrow bring me vehicle so handover vehicle. But manager told I replaced that body or spay new paint but I not satisfied, I want new vehicle.

13 sep 22 i had been visit kadiwala automative Ahmedabad, india for changing for wheel rim (rear). They cost me for 1650 but then i realised it's original cost is only 850. so they take me 2 Times greater amount and the sales manager is: Saddam Khansuriya & above all that day I just serviced my vesspa at jolly Italia Ahmedabad, india and they all charged me 3660 but after long realisation they send me some screenshots that they charged me 207 amount with extra cost and still on 23 sep 22 i can't get call form my money back or original hard or soft copy of bill. so I'm f**king died hard with your ridiculous and disgusting services.

Im writing this letter is reference to my bike that I bought from SRI KOVAI BHAIRAVAA, RAMANATHAPURAM-641045 on the date of 7th sep 2022, model Vespa ZX . I got this bike serviced when it was 250 km on one month before. I’m writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration this issue I have faced . Previously the head light BULB has FUSED on night time , after that they came got my bike and changed and after that two days back BIKE ITS NOT STARTED . I raised a complaint with MALAR the person who has approach . (+91 95*****). And another one person Mr Vigneshwaran he asked me to wait for a day but stil I didn’t receive any clarification, I’m very disappointed with their actions . The mentioned issue which was not expected from the vehicle after serviced . It is to request you to kindly look into the same. I shall be highly thankful

All visits go waste and empty handed. No charger, no rear view, no fish, no seat cover, no shockers. Just fed up. In absence of owners, employees are less cooperative. Please help by ordering agency to keep stock of atleast 30 units of all spares.

On visiting nearby service center, I requested them to project my problem to the company, being a manufacturing defect, but they declined, and advised me to change the fuel tank after payment. I have filed my complaint on customer care twice but they did not give me the complaint number. I need your help in this matter being a manufacturer defect.

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice of the issues I have been facing since I purchased my vehicle in 2017, for almost a year of fighting and raising complaint on Facebook with Vespa on the Italy page finally someone from the Pune Team reached me. The Vehicle was sold with Defective Rear Shock. Since then every servicing I send the vehicle to I get consecutive complaints. They keep scratches on vehicle. They have broken the plastics near the handle and stuck it with some gum. I got my Accelerator cable cut replaced recently. Within 2 months I face the same problem. Recent service was the worst one. I have got, I have asked for pick up and drop. They deny the drop and ask me to pay extra. They have charge 900 + 150 for cable replacement, 450 for Service + 200 for pick and drop. This is really frustrating. They never fixed the Plastic sounds. I have been only raising complaints and fighting for now use. Is there someone who can look into the issue and help he in getting things right.

Respected Sir,

I am a customer using a Vespa bike with the above registration number since the past 10 years. Yesterday the rear brake cable of my bike snapped and broke.

I visited the Vespa Service Centre located at Kedari Nagar, Wanowrie to change the brake cable at 12:45 pm (21st June). The supervisor at the Centre was very understanding and asked for the cable to be replaced immediately.

One Mr. Kamble who prepares the job card was asked to prepare the card and do it at the earliest. the worker Atik was ready to do it. But Mr. Kamble was not cooperating didn't seem interested to help and asked me to come at 5:00 pm to collect my vehicle.

I explained to him that its just a 1/2 hour job and since the supervisor was cooperating why he was not listening. BUT HE REFUSED.

Is this the customer service you give your old customers? I was totally disappointed with the attitude of mr. Kamble. And is the decision of this one person final. You shouldnt have such inefficient staff who cant be sensitive to their customers.

I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND NOT TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR MINOR WORKS TO BE DONE.
