I took phone on flipkart it has completed a year recently but now the phone is not on at all it got switch off n the battery was abut 60./.but since frm 2 days it not getting on. We have have to repair shop to repair it even dey r nt able to repair it.

Everyone plz never buy Lyf phones, they are slow and and cheap quality. My phone is slow and hangs so much that i cant even call anyone.

The service centre of Reliance Lyf mobile is very bad and they are only looting people. To repair a mobile to ask amount equal to a new phone. I took my mobile to the service center and they are asking 1500Rs to repair it, and the cost of a new mobile is only 1500Rs. They are only fooling public, Ambani is making everyone fool and other companies are better than this.

Complain Date: 23rd December 2017

But I didn't get any response and answer by service center. My phone water 10 was dead and according to company I get refund in 3 months. But now my complain is nearly 4 months but I didn't get my refund. When I ask to service center's person when will I get refund? They give only one answer' your complain is in process'. What is the meaning of in process? After 3 months I didn't get my refund and they was very bad answer give me.

Immediately give my refund with interest because in lyf service center they didn't know how to respect of customer and they didn't know value of customer. Very very bad and poor service.

My handset lyf wind1 LS5010 is very hanging problem after reset and software update in lyf service centre in Bharatpur, Rajasthan Lyf jio service center. It has very bad faculty and very bad work by its engineer, so i request dismiss this engineer and there is not available my handset adapter and battery, i am going many times but doesn't solve my problem. I request dismiss all staff and there is only one engineer is available and i don't like its work. Thank you.

Sir, I am purchase one jio mobile before 2 month from that time my mobile not work properly iam complane in service center also but not any responce. Sir its not good if you cant help me then tell otherwise i am complain in consumer court.

My phone is not able to connect with bluetooth and if it does media audio doesn't works.

Not get data properly ND also very bad network I'll come 2 jio from idea for internet use bt it's more bad then idea very bad internet speed. please do something.

Dear MG I want to under drawn your attention about my GIO phone IMEI NO 911619603835583 & EAN 8908009787002 and MAC ID is DCB4AC12D31C which has been purchased by me in the month of August 2018. I have utilised it only one & half month, after that the screen of my set is not responding. The I have visited your service centre which is located in Sadar bazar Delhi cantt and they have said to mr, that they will exchange it after expenses of ₹ 500/- and say to visit another day. After that I have again visit that service centre but they have not get response and suggest to visit Sagarpur service centre. After that I have visited that service centre in the month of Oct 2018. The staff of that service centre not attend to me because that day is Thursday. After that I have went to other working day but in 2nd day I have also been not attend by your staff and they have said to me that concerned technician is no available. After end of October 2018 I have posted out to ASSAM near TINSUKIA (I am a defence serving person). Now I have came on leave in the month of January 2019 and again visited to your Sagarpur service centre. They suggest to me go to VIKASPURI service centre. Today on Jan 08 I have went your service centre about 1315hrs. When my number come lunch break started. There after I have filled up complaint form which have provided me, then concerned staff deposited my GIO phone and said that it has been damaged hence you should exchange it after pay of ₹500/-.

Then I said OK, and deposited ₹500/- cash payment & waiting for return back my GIO phone. About 1600hrs technician have return my phone without repairing and said it is so expensive (₹1100/-). we can't do anything. Now I want to know by your MD and all concerned Reliance staff that "is this correct behavior with your customer". On my opinion it is very shameful and you all are getting a bad name to a great person Mr Dhirubhai Ambani. If you can solve my problem then please do something. Thanks

Repairing touch & display from authorized service center. After two month touch is not working service center person told we are not responsible. After one month if you have problem complain online. Very bad service.
