I purchased a Kenstar cooler dated 07/05/17. i registered a complaint no kar2806170001 28/0617. your engineer came my house 30/06/17. He told me problem in cooler motor and company change the motor in 3-4days. I call last 3 days in om service company they replied me today (08/07/17) GST system is start so when ur product come in my company, we solve ur problem. Dear Team.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. I had raised ac installation request on May 1st, it took almost over 2 weeks for the service centre to send technicians to install the ac. I had to do multiple calls to service centre but no body responded. After almost 10 days they visited my and installed the ac and charged rs 2500. It seems the installation was not done correctly and now ac is not working, so i again called your customer service on May 7th to raise a new request for fixing the issue, and again i am getting run around from you affiliated service centre (New Mellinium, Gurgaon). They just dont care about customer and dont even respond to calls. Please help.

Videocon is charging service charge for technician visit even in warranty. Feeling like fooled to purchase Videocon. Only in 6 month screen accumulated dust and when asked to correct it they were saying it's out of warranty. What type of warranty they r giving.

Please don't buy Videocon products. Videocon lost its trust. Worst service for such costly product.

I bought the Hyundai Company's 43-inch YHD TV from October 2016. The TV screen suddenly began to leash and the screen suddenly stopped. A service center person said that a new screen will be available in 12-15 days. Till 25-30 did not get the TV screen yet. When Deepak Sadgire of Aurangabad was called to the phone, he said that the LED of this screen is spoiled in 1 to 1.5 years.

I booked a call for service of my DDB smart TV on 04.08.2018 and it was attended by a technician on 06.08.2018 and my Service Ref. No. is HYD0408180088. He said that there is a fault in power board in build TV, more than 20 days have passed by and i am not yet received any information from them, when approach him over a phone, he tell that the, they were not received spare from company and better to call customer care.

This is the worst service I have ever received for which Videocon is known for. I really regret for having chosen Videocon and advise everyone not to go with Videocon.

The last two months complaint customer care center in not responding. the led tv 50 inch have sreen black color. the bad service in videocon tv complaint.

Own a Videocon washing machine (WMVS73J22DMA) which was bought on 27 Dec 2016 from Vijay Sales Kandivali. The said machine started malfunctioning since 12th August 2108 for which I immediately registered a complaint with subject reference number. A technician arrived on 16th August 2018 whereby he informed that the problem is with main motor of wash tub and need to be replaced. The motor is within the warranty period hence he said he will put a request for replacement from the company. The waiting period shall be of 10-15 days approximately.

Now till date we had not received any schedule for the replacement of the same. Every-time we follow up with the technician he says the same is not received from the company and he will confirm once received. While requesting feedback with the call center they divert to service center saying they don't have any information about replacement schedule. Further whenever I called up call center while diverting to service center agent they gave different number every-time.

While inquiring the status today the call center agent gave one more number saying this is the only number available. The said number gives the status as temporarily disconnected when tried. I called up the call center again to inform about this and shockingly I received another number with a statement that each time they give only one number.

This kind of after sales service is diluting the brand image of Videocon in the minds of customer like me who are quite brand loyal considering home appliances. In today's arena we use home appliances to save on time and if repair servicing of the same is taking such a delay then its better not to use the products of Videocon.

I have raised a complaint with Videocon Customer Care on 24-Nov-2018, regarding the issue with my Videocon 43 inch LED television.

The complaint number is CHE2411180003.

It seems this complaint number has Not been assigned to a Videocon authorized service center inn Chennai till now.

I have called Videocon customer care numbers (044-39404040, 011-39404040, 022-39404040) many times, keep hearing,, "wait for 24 hours". Till now I do Not see any progress.

I have sent four emails to Videocon customer care emaild id "[email protected]". But I have Not received even one single reply from Videocon till now. I also have sent email to "[email protected]", seems this email id does not exists any more, simply my mails get bounced back.

I have also sent SMS to 53030 mentioning "SVC CHE2411180003", but still no progress.

It seems that I had made a big mistake by purchasing Videocon television. With my current experience I feel very disappointed. It clearly seems that Videocon do Not care about their customer and also they won't keep up their promise in servicing Videocon products, even when the products are under warranty.

Please let me know a better way to get resolved with this issue with Videocon services to their customer.

राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता फोरम के निर्देशानुसार आपको अवगत कराना है कि मैने 27 नवंबर 2016 को SANSUI UHD LED TV 35 हजार रुपए में खरीदा, जिसका मॉडल न.- UHDTVSMN42QHOZSA सिरियल न.- 110116110286604974 है, लेकिन डेढ़ साल में ही सितंबर 2018 के महीने मेरा टीवी खराब हो गया. 16 सितंबर 2018 को कस्टमर केयर को कंप्लेन करने के बाद (कंप्लेन नंबर- GHA1609180135) सर्विस इंजीनियर 19 सितंबर को मेरे घर पर खराब टीवी को देखने के बाद सर्विस चार्ज के 1200 रुपए ले लिए... और 7 दिन के अंदर टीवी का पार्ट बदलने की बात कहकर चले गए... लेकिन 7 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी कोई सर्विस इंजीनियर नहीं आया, जिसके बाद मैं बार-बार कस्टमर केयर और सर्विस सेंटर पर फोन करता रहा जहां कंपनी पार्ट ना होने का बहाना बना कर टरकाने लगी, आखिरकार 20 दिन बाद एक सर्विस इंजीनियर आया, दोबारा पार्ट ना होने का रोना रोया और फिर से 7 दिन के भीतर टीवी ठीक होने की बात कहकर खिसक लिया... इस बार भी 7 दिन बाद टीवी ठीक नहीं हुआ, मेरे कस्टमर केयर पर बात करने पर कंपनी ने अपने एरिया मैनेजर MR. अजरुद्दीन (मो.- 07065022644) और कंपनी में कार्यरत MR. चंद्रशेखर( मो. 07065022655) से बात करने की बात कहकर एक बार फिर मुझे टरका दिया, मैं लगातार 20 दिनों तक परेशान होकर इन दोनों अधिकारियों को फोन करता रहा, लेकिन दोनों अधिकारियों ने मेरा फोन तक नहीं उठाया, जिसके बाद मैने वॉट्सएप के जरीए दोनों अधिकारियों को अपनी शिकायत की, बावजूद इसके दोनों अधिकारियों ने मेरी शिकायत पर गौर नहीं फरमाया, इस बीच मेरे लगातार प्रयासों के बाद मिस्टर अजरुद्दीन से मेरी फोन पर बात हुई, उसने कहा पार्ट ना होने की वजह से आपका टीवी ना तो रिपेयर हो पाएगा और ना हीं हम आपका टीवी बदलेंगे, हमने जब उपभोक्ता फोरन जाने की बात की, तब मिस्टर अजरुद्दीन ने 5 दिन के अंदर टीवी ठीक करने का दावा किया, लेकिन 7-8 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी मेरी टीवी ठीक नहीं हुई, जिसपर मैंने एक बार फिर अजरुद्दीन से संपर्क साधा, जिस पर अजरुद्दीन ने माननीय न्यायलय को चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि आप शिकायत कर दीजिए हम टीवी ना तो ठीक करेंगे ना ही टीवी बदलेंगे... मैं नोएडा स्थित एक प्रतिष्ठित न्यूज चैनल में कार्यरत हूं और बिना टीवी और खबरे देखे, मेरी सर्विस प्रभावित हो रही है, जबकि SANSUI कंपनी के इस रवैये ने मुझे मानसिक रुप से प्रताड़ित कर दिया है... और टीवी सही ना करने की जिद पर अड़ी हुई है.

चूकि अब ये पूरा मामला राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता फोरम के अंतर्गत है, जहां मैंने SANSUI TV के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई है, जिसका शिकायत नं. 1037211 है... राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता फोरम के निर्देशानुसार कंपनी को सूचित किया जाता है, कि इस शिकायत का मेल मिलने के 7 दिन के अंदर मेरा टीवी नहीं बदला गया तो 7 दिन के बाद मैं कंपनी और मानसिक रुप से प्रताड़ित करने वाले कंपनी के अधिकारियों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए स्वतंत्र हूं.

I'm writing this with deep pain and helplessness. I made my complaint on 8th NOVEMEBR'18. After 3 days engineer came checked the tv and said.. Panel is out of order that is why there is no display. And said it will take one month to resolve it because some part is to be bring from company and then took Rs 1300 from us and assured us that problem will get resolve soon. Now two and half months has passed no response from company side.. Repeatedly calling customer care every time they assure problem will be resolve within 3 to 4 days... I tried to call service center but there number do not work... I tried to Call engineer who came last time... He says company has closed and also ghaziabad center. And he can not help in this issue. Since then I'm very much upset.

Is this the way to treat customer. With so much hope i bought this videocon product. I thought videocon is a Indian company so I should promote Indian company. but now I regret my decision. Nobody is there to even listen your problem. Last two months i do not have a tv. It's pathetic.

My product is 55 inch led tv that I bought from Vijaya sales Indirapuram ghaziabad in October 16. And it's within warranty. My last hope is this forum. Kindly help.

This is to inform you that i have one Videocon refrigerator Model-V2343PECVB 101254 purchase cost 29000/- on 27/06/2016 of 330 litre from Arora radio appliance hind talkies bareilly u.p. it was having some fan related issue making abnormal sound and some ice melting problem. I contacted authourised service centre weather control in C-285, rajender nagar bareilly Jamal Ahmed (91-9897027106) in sep 2018. He visited and inspect the fridge and told me that PCB not working as power to heater is not going from and it should be send to sevice center to replace PCB, gas refilling and some other things.

When i receive back my fridge after servicing it is still not working neither the PCB was replaced as i have mark my name on the card, it was same. this was informed to him he now says i will replace the PCB, he has already taken 7500/- including PCB charge which was not replaced. i have the receipt of it now he is not picking up the phone nor he is responding to calls. i am in too much trouble as my fridge is not working, inspite of giving all the charges.

Please look into the matter otherwise i am going to consumer for doing this fraud i have also contacted area manager of videocon but no feedback given up till now. Already six months has passed away but no response. if this is the work practice of authourised service center no one will purchase the product. I am abroad in oman working and making international calls to him but he is neither bother about the problems faced by my family in india nor the reputation of Videocon.

Please assist the issue and give me the feedback.

I purchase above LED TV on 23-05-2017 for Rs. 38000/- from M/s Shree Balaji Enterprises, Delhi. It was not working after 3-4 months purchase you pick it and after aprox 4-5 months you repaired and I collect it from yous service center.

Now It also not working since 2 months I complaint it to you, yours engineer check it and tell me that mother board and panel faulty needs replacement. After that I call several time to you several times to Mr. Sudhir, Mr. Shahnawaj, and many more but now they pick my call. So my humble request to you kindly look matter on priority basis else I will take legal action against you and approach to consumer form and you are liable for all legal expense.

My Videocon company TV went bad I called for customer service and he sent representative to check the TV and they said that parts of the TV would have to be replaced, then he went and massage the TV parts as well Has arrived but the TV parts has not come yet I had a fault with my TV, so I tried to call Videocon Electronics, but they have very poor customer service.

I registered a complain for my tv on 12 sept and the engineer visit on 14 sept after that he told that there is a back light issue, so that he told us to wait for 10 - 15 days for new back light. My tv is in warranty period and my request no is Lp-5321071909124 but today is 26 oct and your engineer is not come yet. when i call on videocon customer care they told me your part is delivered to the your near service center on 3rd of oct and. i contact to the service center or engineer they told me that the part is not arrived. so what should i do now, more than 40 days is gone and my problem remain unsolved and i also paid 500 to your engineer as visit fees.

So in last i kindly request you to please told your service center in bhopal to dont cheat us or provide my tv's back light as fast as you can.
