GODREJ W/M WT EON 650PHU IS LEAKING AND SOUNDING.

I have purchased the above Godrej washing machine WT EOn 650PHU for Rs. 24,816/- from Pai International dealer, at Katriguppe, Bangalore, on 03-01-2015 since then your machine is not working properly and noticed water leakage in the bottom and sounds heavily with machine moving here and there from the original spot while spinning and drying. The mechanics have visited our house for 6-8 times and even last 2 days back also and could not correct the defects. I was using semi-automatic washing machine for the past 20 years and accustomed to it and this I have taken by the influence and salesmen in the Pai International and I am totally dissatisfied with the performance.

Now my humble request is to replace the above Godrej automatic washing machine by supplying the 8 kg. Godrej Semi-automatic washing machine and I will not claim the difference amount by replacement. I request you kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have not received any reply or replacement of godrej automatic washing machine with semi-automatic washing machine. Your mechanics visited our house 10-15 times but could not rectify the defects. Hence, I am totally dissatisfied with automatic W/M and I need no service from you. Replace immediately the Washing Machine. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with Consumer Court with bill and guarantee card.

I would like to inform you with much stress that our refrigerator bought in Andaman islands at Madara.general store, junglighat by March15,2016 is under repair since one month.The service people were called from the above said shop and they ve come and collected some parts from the fridge and promised to correct the repair within one week but one month over and no reply from them.We are trusting Godrej for years and concluded their products are worth best. This should not happen for any customer from a branded one like this.

Kindly arrange for good service and make my fridge in working condition as early as possible or ask the dealer in Andaman islands to replace a new fridge as soon as possible.No customer will wait like this with this much patience.

I have done complaint to Godrej Customer Care from Jan 2017 & still the issue hasn't been resolved. Every person says the same dialogue... will be sending a Senior technician, But still the issue is yet not been resolved. having a new issue of Water leakage & have barred a Dell Laptop as the water dripped from the A/c fell on the Laptop. The A/C is under warranty till August 2017.

I purchased washing machine REOS5511during March 2012. In Nov.2012 it was repaired and main motor wsa replaced by the company as per warranty conditions.This machine again required replacement of lower PCB in sept. 2016 which was done and I had to pay Rs.7500. Now in August 2017 the same machine requires replacement of upper PCB as per report company service engineer. Now I feel that Godrej washing machines are not up to expectations as far as quality is concerned.

We have purchased the refrigerator on 31-07-2015 unit sr. no. 1503582173 and its freezer door has been replaced in warranty period free of cost stating that the design of door is faulty and now has been replaced with the new design.

This new design has now again damaged and this door even damaged the bottle shelf when it falls on it and the complaint was lodged to replace the same and your servicing people ask for rupees 354/- service change and spare cost extra. It seems the Godrej company is using this weapon of service and spare to loot the customers. This is cheating and please reply on my E-mail that why we should not approach the consumer court against this faulty design of the part, as we have to pay again and again for this part. Here it is also important to mention that our Godrej washing machine was also having faulty designed part and that part was also replaced free of cost. It is proved that Godrej is selling their appliances with wrong designed parts and making huge money after sales of appliances through spares and servicing. Inform me if my complaint will be resolved free of cost or not.

My request to fill the gas in my fridge in July was directed to Servotax Noida. After gas was filled, water started flowing from freezer. On contact again your technician came and changed fan and condenser on payment. Two months passed and large no complaints have failed to repair my fridge. Request send good engineer for repair.

I had purchased ur Godrej EON 650 washing machine from National Electronics Kannur kerala on 22/1/2016 but to my utter surprise it is found to be defective. In the span of 20 months ur technician had to attend to the machine almost 6 times but not able to rectify the problem. At the present moment its out of working condition for 2 weeks your technician attended the machine but not able to rectify. Why should i shell out my hard earned money for such defective product. So i sincerely request u to kindly take this machine back and replace with a new one or refund my money. Or else i will be forced to go to consumer court and press.

Hi, 1) I purchase RH Edgi241DIGI Refrigerator on 3/1/2017.When the machine in normal colling,ice forming high . 2) purchase Adjustable Trolley Through Your Service Provider Sri Ananth Maruthi Pvt Chennai 87 vide R No 60286 on 6/1/2017. Now the trolley wheel is broken not replaced so for.In the name of Godrej the company sell the trolley. Kindly replace and give new one.

After so many complaints....no response from the service manger..were the technician said that the unit have to replaced..the complained loddged 3months back. when i call them they reply and say to get back in 10mins..and they never reply or take the call.so plz do see to it..i had all call data too..as i called so many times..and given complain to customer service tooo..the technician has cme lng back..and took apart and did not fix it back saying will cme back nxt day and fix it. but no response since 3 months. plzz see to this. thanq

Recliner of GODREJ used inferior quality foam. Do not purchase any item from this cheated brand of GODREJ

I registered my complaint on 12th sept 2018. at Pittapillil agencies, Irinjalakuda. Till date none of your technicians not even called me or enquired about it. So I have no other alternative but to depend on private agencies to resolve the problem. Hereafter I am not expecting any type of service from your end.

Fridge out of order since 17/09/2018. Complaint no given to me by call center is 472071.

Now it is more than 10 Days. No one bothered to fix the problem. My repeated requests and reminders are in vain. Is there any sensitive persons in the service center to look in to this matter personally or take the help of some other service center. I am very old and I have no idea what to do or where to go and whom to contact as all are seems to be very busy and have no time to speak or to do the needful.

Start button not working. Made a complaint on 18th August 2018. Today is 07.10.2018. Technician visited and informed part needs replacement. Microwave purchased on 22.01.2018 and under warranty period. How much time it requires to replace a single part. One and half month???? very sorry. not expected from a formidable company -my favorite till now : Godrej

We brought the new fridge from godrej company on 8th september 2019 on installment basis. but that fridge having some faults like vegetable getting spoil, lassi bags bulges with air.

I have already made the complaint against faulty refrigerator and the my complaint number is B2709453324, B2809453880 and recent complaint no. B1710468034 now again one issue is coming cooked dal having bad smell. Please do the needful as early as possible and dont send the technician for checking because already 3 technicians were came they are giving different unsatisfactory answer to us and giving wrong and different reply to company . So it becomes miscommunication arises between customer and company and can affects product sale. I want replace my refrigerator i am not satisfied this but everyone manager is not pickup phone, area manager, zone head are argue with me please co-operate with me else provide me higher autority email id & contact no.

I bought an air conditioner, last year in the month of June from Giriraj shopping mall at Agartala. The machine was not functioning properly since it's installation. The technician's visited many a times but could not repair the defects. The warranty period of the appliance is going to end in June, 2020. Its my earnest request to replace the machine as soon as possible.

My fridge regulator connection is out of order due technical fault by company. Some adhesive tape attached by service man & demand 550/- service charge, door also damage due to poor quality fitting, which is loose to fitted with the fridge. Door should not repair our complain no. W1912568644 & now company give sms on 9.22 am we did not allow to repair our fridge. I will give proof photocopy of the service indent document tech name - no.-817045 dt. 20.12.22 on 12.00pm out time 12.30 pm, but sms came we do not allow to service mr. Khan babu pl. Care & contact with me, my fridge is not working otherwise we complaint to consumer court.

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding the Godrej Split AC (5-in-1 convertible cooling 2023 Model 2 tons) that I purchased on 28th May for INR 40105/-. Unfortunately, the AC has been malfunctioning and not providing any cooling for the past two weeks. Despite my multiple attempts to contact the consumer complaint helpline, I have received no response or assistance so far. I have also made numerous calls to the manager Ms Dalbir Kaur at 7814136882 and Assitant manager at 7527865768, Mohali-based service center, requesting a technician visit, but to no avail.

This persistent issue has caused great inconvenience and discomfort for me and my family, especially during the scorching summer heat. I believe that it is unfair for a newly purchased AC to stop working within such a short period, and the lack of response from your customer service team and service center has added to our frustration.

In light of this, I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter. I propose the following options:

Send a qualified technician to inspect and repair the AC at the earliest.
If the AC is beyond repair, provide a replacement unit of the same model or an equivalent model with no additional cost to me.
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, initiate a refund for the full amount paid for the AC.
I trust that Godrej, being a reputable and customer-centric brand, will take prompt action to rectify this situation. I urge you to address this grievance as a matter of urgency and provide a satisfactory resolution to restore our confidence in your products and services.

I have lodged a complaint (F2608802833) through customer care on 26th August. 2023, but the problem is still not solved.

Godrej Service Engineers visited thrice but the problem was not resolved.
