1. I purchased an Electronic Touchpen, Swipe N share Plasma Viera TV on 28/09/2013 rating 73500/- Model no TH-P50S60D, manufactured on Feb 2013, SERIAL NO TK 3150002. This is not working now. on giving it for servicing it costed 12000rs. It was found that the panel board was completly gone. But as per the non availability of the panel board of that Model, it is non servicable. The panel board is 3 yers guarantee, so what can i do or what should i do?

2. On above details i had registered a complaint No.RO80916041864 is pending.dt 20/09/2016.

3. I am fully tired running behind it. There is no response. Either you replace the TV or i am FILING a petition in CONSUMER COURT. Please do the best.

4. As per the response from customer care, EKM, office they asked us to purchase a new TV, on 50-50 basis but iam not willing on this deal.

I bought a 50 inch LEd just 6 months back. Now its half screen is blank. I called SARGAM electronics several times. They are asking to pay Rs.25000/-. Although the set is under warranty but still no one is looking into the matter.Reference No: R021016009654. I think consumer redressal forum is the only alternative left to fight for our rights.

I am a customer of your product i purchase LED TV TH-40C200DX WHICH is RETAIL PRICE 47,500/- the TV Name on Mr. Arvind Krishna Manjarekar in January 2016 month. Hi, I purchased Microwave oven 1 month back from reliance and received a message after 3 weeks for Demo and immediately after 1 hour received one more message saying it is closed. When I tried calling Panasonic customer care. No one is responding properly and looks like every one in the call center are new and without training. what ever I ask for the clarification and compliant, they are only trained to say "hold on for 30 Sec" and [that 30 sec will not come after 15 min also] "I am very sorry for this". apart from this they don't know any thing. I have wasted my time around 1 hour to make them understand [Need a Demo] but I have not received any clarity from them and they gave one number 080 23159322 which is not in use. I though of writing this here thinking that at least I will get some help.

I am Venkat from Hospet, Karnataka. This mail is regarding the failure of display unit of Panasonic 32" LED TV, which i had purchased on 30.6.2014.

The Display of TV has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase date. When consulted regarding this failure to the Panasonic Service person, he after checking the product said that it would cost me Rs 11000/- for the new replacement of display. When i purchased the TV, it was sold to me saying that it has excellent display screen quality, where as it has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase..

Is this the quality of the products you manufacture at Panasonic that a TV doesn't even last for 5 years?? This is the worst quality of TV i have ever purchased. I doubt that you at Panasonic are manufacturing a very low grade and worst quality of TV's ever in India, you people are fooling and cheating the customers by selling these type of products. How can some one believe in the Brand Name of PANASONIC now. I can say that your company is not at a branded one. When you say you are branded and selling such worst quality of TV's where is the difference between the Branded and local make TV's. I think it is better to buy a local make TV rather than your PANASONIC brand TV at least our money is saved there.

I as a customer had referred many people to buy PANASONIC products, but now i have lost trust in Panasonic products after this miserable TV that i have bought. You are clearly cheating the people and i brand you as fraudsters, you are a big fraud company.

I am expecting a prompt and quick reply from Panasonic. If you say that your products are branded!! Then prove it.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased an split AC of Panasonic AC CU UC 18SKY3R model worth rs.30200/- on 29th march 2017 in my Wife’s name from Bajaj Finance.

The same has been installed by the Patra Electronics, Patia, Bhuabneswar on 31st March 2017 and the guys came to install my AC is not from Panasonic (I was not aware) and I had gave them 1900/- as per their demand.

These guys install with safety belt on my apartment. The outdoor unit was kept outside on 3rd floor.

The same AC was not functioning from the time of installation too which has been informed to the dealer and then he send Panasonic guys. But Panasonic guys now adamant and telling that they would not climb the 3rd floor with safety belt. They are telling me to arrange other source to climb and forcing me to place the outdoor on top of roof which is on 5th floor.

The total cost of these things are now 10,000/- as the cable only would cost 6000 rupees and 4000 rupee would be spend on bamboo which would be fit to climb.

Till date the problem is not resolved and I had taken 2 days of leave for the same and roaming to the dealer continuously but no result came out.

Please help to resolve it asap.

I bought a Panasonic mobile on 15th Dec 2016. On 20th March 2017 i gave it to the service center because it started heating unexpectedly. I got it back on 1st April but i was told to get it repaired where i bought it. Although the company gave 1 yr all india warranty. What to do now??

We are using a Panasonic LED TV since one year it was working great but now past 2-3 days it is not well. when off the tv after some time we on it but no picture came so we did auto tuning it started doing like that it making us always to do auto tuning the problem is continuing. please check it sir.

I am using cube ac from 4 years since my marriage bt from that time only i am facing one or the other problem every summer there is some issues with this ac. I m totally unsatisfied with the services they provide or u can say they cheat their costumer. Again there some problem occurred this season lets hope that now they solve my problem. But i would suggest not to waste money on cube ac or panasonic products.

Dear Sirs,
I purchased one 2 ton Panasonic split AC from Great Eastern Trading Co., Chinsurah, Hooghly under Invoice no.16/SA/1617/01822 dt.18-04-2016, on payment of cash and the consignment was delivered to me on 28-04-2016 and was installed at my residence on 02-05-2016, on your terms. Previously I purchased 2 pcs of 1.5 ton split AC from the same shop when you had carried out one maintenance service before expiry of a period of 1 year, at your own, when I presumed that such services would be carried out on the new piece of 2 ton AC. I observed, of late, some unusual sound from the outer unit of the new AC in course of rotation of the fan and accordingly I contacted Great Eastern Trading Co. who advised me to report the matter to your No.18001031333 and accordingly I reported the matter to the said number on 17-04-2017 when the lady executive collected my contact number and remained silent. After the expiry of a week's time I again contacted the same number on 24-04-2017 and narrated the details asking for a maintenance when on return I was given to understand that such services would require payment since your term for one year of free service has already lapsed.

I am in a fix to understand as to why customers are not advised to call for services within the period of one year despite the fact that you had rendered such maintenance within the stipulated period of one year even without receiving any call from the customer, secondly I would be obliged to have your confirmation whether the specific period of time of one year is considered from the date of booking of the material and not from the date of its delivery and/or installation at the customers' residence.

Hii.... I am Braj raj. i wanna complain about my new ac which i bought a day ago.i found the ac to be defective at the time of installation.I have registered a complaint regarding the same but instead of helping they are not picking my call nor anyone from the company has visited my registered address for repairing. I would suggest don't buy any product from Panasonic as the product are not up to standard.

I have purchased Panasonic ELUGA Switch,12 months ago. many days before i facing only a Hanging problem,
then my phone is properly not switched on, today i consult panasonic service center in anantapur dist. his told change the motherboard cost of 5000, Rs. they are respond irresponsible. give me solution for my mobile.

I am using panasonic eluga switch since 10 months this mobile not support 4g data (network).

My 32 inch led tv is not working, then i went to techno service palakkad for servicing. they serviced my tv within 5 minuts and bring 3500 rupees from me...But they not give me replaceable parts and the bill. this is the first irresponsible service from panasonic. Then after 2days my tv was not working at the same complaint before service. what is this....? very worst service from panasonic and cheap brand. I don't ever purchase any panasonic products.

I two months back purchased mobile panasonic Eluga A2 but charging slot is not working. Service center says for left mobile for a months in service center. they are not responding well. we call customer care two times , but they are not satisfied us. this is a bad experience with panasonic mobile.

I have deposited my handset in your service center in chandigarh sector-35 in aks telecom on dated 20-05-2017. The service center ensure me that my handset is delivered within 15 days. But it is still pending and most important thing is when i call on service center number no body received my call. Many time i found the phone are busy and after i will conform my handset status from customer care. This happen not a single time but many of time that i am disappointed with your service. Sir i have used about 14 handsets in my family and the three (3) handset is in company for repairing if can not believe i will share the all imei no. I am very happy with the panasonic service before 3-4 months but sorry to say as per today service i will completely disappointed with your service. My job no. is RVSRN1705AKY00082, DATED 20-05-2017 and RVSRN1706AKY00053 AND 00054 on dated 10-05-2017. Kindly resolve my issues asap. no body can revert my query.

Poor service to say the least, I paid around 2100 for AMC including gas filling in end of march 2017. Around 5th june I called customer care as after every half hour my AC gets off and red light blinks. Your non sense representative came and checked for 10 mins and said there is no issue. now after 2 weeks same problem is there.

Again two good for nothing person came and said there is problem in sensor, I paid them rs 370. Same again problem is there and he told me today morning that he will come in evening to check why its not cooling,he didn't turn up. Are you guys ass, you have no knowledge about anything.... both their nos are 8789223125 and 8920526821.

To make things worsen I called customer care twice, he disconnected my call. I will take this issue to higher level,.. You just need money, no service from your side. Waste of time, money and efforts from last 3 weeks, intolerable bad mouth people.

So my TV power supply board problem, next few days one engineer tell me this power board is damage. so your replace your power supply board rs.3200/- + service charges 400/-. unfortunately I am not staying at home. 2nd time I complain then another engineer tell me your p.Bord is rs.7300/- + 400/-service charges. My phone has taken for servicing on 2017-04-17. my phone is missing from that service center. they are not even taking my calls. i have visited that service center for about 100 times and they wont show my phone. when i go there they simply make me wait for 1 hour and tell me they would call me in the evening. no calls!!!!when i call them they will hung up my call.they are not bothered about my issue. its been 4 months i am wandering inside your service center. please be kind!!!

I have lodged a complain on 24th june against my 43 inches LED DS 630 . technician inspected and found a part was damaged. it should be replaced within 7 days. it was most unfortunate that pending not yet to be done till date, i think this will be a landslide impact on so called reputation of panasonic service. it is to noted that LED is within warranty. my registered mob no. 9433970190.

I had purchased the Panasonic-UC18SKY3 A.C. on 17.5.2017 vide invoice no. 4863 from E-Space, Near Govt. Poultry Farm, Khatipura, Jaipur-302021, however the A.C. is not working properly and the cooling is very poor and ineffective. Earlier also I had made complaint on 13.7.2017 (Service Request No. R130717090662) and your mechanic serviced the A.C. and had also filled additional Gas, however still the A.C. is not working properly and the cooling is very poor and ineffective. Kindly resolve the issue immediately so that I may not have the problem with the A.C. in future.

We are using a Panasonic LCD TV since Four year. It was working great but now last 2-3 Month's it is not well. When turn off the tv after some time we on it but not a on TV indicate on in green and after some second doing yellow and no picture and auto tuning it started doing like that. it making us always to do the problem is continuing. please check it sir.

I bought 42" LCD TV in 2012, because its power kit is not available TV repair is not possible since part is not being manufactured. What can be done for this as the technician has said?? I want to know what can be done to repair my tv by m/s Panasonic? In this relation i talked in Lucknow with Panasonic's sri Abhishek Kare but he too was not able to do anything. In such situations pls help to resolve it.

I have purchased panasonic refrigerator model/year NR-BU303/2012, serial number 2MS501403 in 2012. It's been a month since my refrigerator stopped cooling. I complained to customer care service then technician attended and he firstly changed the sensor, still it didn't worked then second time he changed PCB costing rupees 4670 but after 10 days the problem started again. As the problem started again I called the customer care service on 1st January, they registered my complaint and told me that a technician will visit within 24 hours but no one came. Then I called them again on 2nd January 2018 still no one has come yet.

I am highly surprised that multi national company panasonic is showing poorest services. I will never recommend panasonic products to any of my relatives. I have been noticing since my entire life that other companies refrigerator works properly at least till 10 years but I am highly pissed of with this panasonic refrigerator.

Hi I am Rahul Bakshi, I had bought a water purifier on 9.1.18 from panchkula was installed on 10.1.18 it has been repaired twice in between 10.1.18 to 13.1.18. Your technical person said it may be a defective piece other technician said it is common problem. It has been repaired twice and in two days and again stopped working on 13.1.18. i have registered 3 complaint till 14.1.18 and told to replace the product your technical person visited and took pic of water purifier and told it will be replaced with a new one but nothing has happened since then. Kindly look into the matter immediately or else I will be have to go to consumer Court expecting an early reply.

How it is possible for customers to repair his handset even on the first day of purchasing. Again and again i am requesting Panasonic company to please give me D O of faulty handset that ur company had given me in replacement after taken 2000 rs cash from me. From last six months i am continuously requesting Panasonic for D O but can't receive D O till today. Customer is helpless after purchased Panasonic product.
