Today when i visit the vivo authorised service centre, they said my mobile have a little water ingress, what bullshit water ingress, while the edge of the sim card tray only that little moisture i saw, did you mean that now i lost my warranty or what??

I already worked in samsung service centre, so dont teach me that stupid issues, otherwise i know what i have to do coz my Uncle is the judge of consumer court.

There was a earphone fault in my vivo y55L. I got the vivo phone back to the facility center and I am not satisfied with their service.

Hi, I am using vivo 51L. Since update it to VoLte i am not getting detail notification and messages on notification bar. It only showing that i have received some kind of message from that app. Can you please resolve this.

Issue regarding camera performance... Front camera image quality is very dull. Front 24 mp camera is not like 24 mp is like as 8 mp camera. Front picture is very dull.

I bought vivoy66 6 month before. now mobile running condition hanging and automatically shutdown, then its take more than15 min, mobile also not working fast. Any new apps download that is not not installed, sometimes take more times and sometimes not successfully...these problems are too irritating.

I purchased Vivo V9 on 16th April 2018 using my SBI debit card.I was told that i will get 5% cach back in 9 days but i haven't got any amount. On contacting Vivo customer helpline they say to contact the bank. Not happy with Vivo. Pls do the needful.

My request is that to help me technically, so that I could get the exact location of the my mobile & get back the same as soon as possible with the help of local administration & if possible, plz block my e mail ID boseonline68 @gmail.com right now. I have purchased VIVO phone on 13.8.2018, model no.Y81, IMEI No. 865470049593154 and sine last 10 days, software of my phone has expire and require updates and as a result, I am unable to make call or receive call. My handset Is not working properly on the left side of the handset the volume is very slow. This issue is for second time. As soon as possible i want to replace my handset.

I get new phone vivo y71 on 3/12/2018. But my phone hangs cemera not working and when I see video phone heatup and when I call to vivo care they tell me update your phone I update but the problem still in my phone.I think vivo is very worst company. If u have to by phone don't by any phone of vivo. MI is very good from Vivo.It gives y71modle in 9000rs with 2gb RAM. And 16gb internal and plastic body but in 8500rs MI gives mi6 with 3gb RAM. And 32gb internal and metallic body. I think buy MI phones not vivo.

In applications touch and pal keyboard 2015 is not show.

I have vivo V5s and the Mobile is fall into the water and some water rest into the the mobile and All functions are working but camera is not working so what I do to start the camera.when we open the camera it say error.
