I always fan of KAYA but sorry to say that from last more than 7 to 8 months your service is not good. I think you have a more customer to handle them.
Fro last more than 7 to 8 month no any single call from your side for any service or appointment to your valuable customer. This not expect from KAYA. In the market many competitions available but we always preferred KAYA for Value for Money and good Hygienic service.
I wrote all this because My family Love KAYA and we all very loyal to you from more than 3 years but now on wards sorry. I am very disappoint by KAYA.

I am a customer of kaya Preet vihar branch, New Delhi since last 1.5yrs. I had taken hair removal treatment, nd almost 10 to 11 sessions are done and results are negative. I have paid for maintaining sessions as well but still not getting results, I am very disappointed with kaya. I request you to repeat my service without availing my sessions. I wish to get a positive response
I am following up on till free telephone no and also via email to know order status of my purchase done on 24th Feb 2023. This is more than 2 weeks and I am not able to get any response from customer service team. When I call on toll free no they tell send an email and on emails I am not getting any response. I have send emails many times but no reference if generated and no response at all. Also I am getting auto generated email for team for review the product which is not received. This is ridiculous.
