On 28th sept I booked two seat in 58014 bokaro howrah passenger train for the journey of 10th October 2017. I paid the amount (Rs324) throught sbi netbanking, but ticket is not confirmed till today. I tried contacting to your toll free number, but i dont have trip id, so i failed. kindly refund the amount which i paid to you if the ticket is not confirmed. Reply me.

I tried booking tkt in name of Ms Ajini A Varghese from DEL to COK on 17/1017. Amt Rs.10419/- was transferred to Cleartrip Private Limited from my SBI Internet Banking -Ref. CCAEJ2AQB569IGACFCKDV0 but booking was not communicated. Hence, I had to book another ticket through you only & had undertaken the journey. Please do let me know about return of the said amount of Rs.10,419/- and how much time it would take to settle the matter.

Hi,

I had booked flight tickets and got Rs. 2000 in my Cleartrip Wallet. But unfortunately I am not told how to use this wallet. When I today booked train tickets, I was not given the option to use the wallet. and I was forced to use my bank account to buy the tickets, which was really frustrating.

My wallet says that the money will expire by Nov 18. Not sure if this was a scam from your side. It was only to showcase the money that I own and cannot use it and will expire soon now. I will never use Cleartrip now. Unless, if you can help me with using this money towards the transaction I did today and also confirm if I can use that for another transaction, which I plan to do later today. Cleartrip needs to revert to me asap on this today.

I have tried booking flight tickets through cleartrip. payment was made but tickets aren't booked. there no customer service available so that we can talk about the issue. How should I keep waiting for the reply for mails?? you guys can't make it fast? what kind of service is this? very much disappointed.

I have booked the flight ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 4th Dec 2017. the amount was deducted from our accout of Rs 22864. when i paid the amount its shows that payment was unsuccessful but it has been deducted from our account. Trying to reach customer care but there is no reply no one is picking the call. Please let us know the status of the flight ticket.

I have booked three tickets for cleartrip.
1. Delhi to Mummai
2. Mumbai to Kolkata
3. Mumbai to Delhi

In Serial number 1 & 2 I have received the coupon discount Rs. 300 and Rs. 1000.

But in serial number 3 I have applied the discount coupon code CTWKNDHDFC and it has shown CTWKNDHDFC - coupon applied and you have saved Rs. 1200 on your booking but I have not get any discount when I had seen the final ticket.

I think you are doing some mistake from your side. So, you are requested kindly do the needful to resolve the issue, because this is a matter of trust.

Please find herewith the attached offers and proofs available to me.

I tried to book a ticket in calicut - kolkotta sector, unfortunately money deducted from the account and neither ticket was issued nor the trip Id given. customer care asking for the trip Id and no other way to approach the customer care and address the issue. I booked tickets for round trip from Hyderabad to Kolkata. After payment we received message that transaction failed but amount debited from the account. Most important is not received any tripID. I am unable to approach customer because I did not receive trip ID. Kindly let me know how to approach for the refund of amount.

Today at around 11 am l tried to book tickets to Delhi And back to Vadodara and made payment by ICICI Bank credit card From ICICI Bank l received massage of successful transection (payment was debited from my account, and credited to clear trip. ). But no message from cleartrip.com. There is no message about confirmation of ticket booking or failure of it. And they have not sent TRIP-ID also. l have repeatedly tried its 24 hour costumer care numbers but without TRIP-ID phone call is terminated. I am not clear what to do now? If flight ticket will be confirmed, no issue, other wise please refund my amount immediately.

I tried booking tkt in name of Ms. Manjula Davidson from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam on 22/01/2018. Amt Rs.3158 was deducted from my Andhra Bank debit card but booking was not communicated. I booked another ticket on the same day for the same destination and i got a confirmation report. Ms. Manjula Davidson is having two tickets for the same journey.
