Hi, i have booked my phone but Flipkart not deliver my product and also return without my permission and not a getting call and message of courier company. I try to contact to courier company but same as courier company also thief not a single phone is on or operated. Also courier company customer care are also closed, its a very bed service.

Flipkart website also not giving Satisfied answers and service is very bad. I did not cancelled my order but Flipkart take own decision and cancelled my order.

Very bad experience with flipkart. i ordered a extension cable from the flipkart and they delivered me the false and defective product. thats why i put it for the replacement and when the delivery boy comes for the replacement he refused by saying that the brand name is not there on the product you have ordered and told me to register a complaint for mischief....but the customer care no. mentioned in the official website isn't working n I am unable to contact the customer care.

I ordered new mobile Mi A1 with product exchange deal of mi note 4, At the time of delivery executive straightly said that "please sell this phone to me ill give you 3500/- and the money you have spent on exchanging this order will be refunded to you by evening.

When i denied to give him, He started taking irrelevant faults out of it and he failed all my points which were there on his phone. Lastly, He checked my note 4 phone again and said the phone is too good, Please sell this to me. I again said no. The executive name is Rajesh.

Seriously, this is the worst part of flipkart. My phone's condition is completely ok. No scratches, No destroyed screen, Nothing. Still i didnt received my new phone.

Shame to all flipkart people. Fake people.

Will never recommend & promote the flipkart products because of Poor Service-NIL Quality & Customer Service- They cant give any solutions & just talking about policies. If they cant provide satisfactory product they should stop this service. Vendors associated have no solutions for their own product. Even after multiple calls, nobody is able to provide any solution from Agent to L2... & beyond, nobody senior to resolve our query... Poor Service & quality.

Never purchase anything from flipkart as you will definitely regret your choice.. Going to complaint to consumer rights.

I have received a wardrobe from flipkart online shopping and when I was not satisfied with the product I returned it with your dealer and my cash is not still refunded. It is about 2 weeks before and when I called your dealer they asked to contact you. Kindly refund the money soon.

Very bad service. this is my new mobile but the speaker does not working. The cost of Mobile is 8000Rs. I will pay the extra amount I want a Redmi golden mobile.
