Very bad experience, this bank does not take care of their customer. its being 7 days i could not get my money back after transactions failed. And when i talked with the customer care, she said u have to go the bank and complaint there only. its takes 30 to 35 days to solve this and you get your money.

Dear sir, I Sri Bhagirathi mahanta having a salary a/c in central bank of India, drm office branch, Kharagpur, dist-Paschim Medinipur, state-west Bengal. My a/c no-1711590028. On dt .10-5-2017 i went to sbi atm counter near drm office Kharagpur for withdrawl of 10000/- by atm card but after processing on on display that transaction cancel and again I try but same reply on display. Thereafter I went to CBI atm counter at work shop Kharagpur and withdraw 10000/-. After sometime 3 message receive on my mobile no 9932362028 of debited 10000/-total 30000/-.

There after on dt 11-5-2017 I came to CBI drm office branch and told the after and branch manager said me to lodge complain. I lodged a complain to check my transaction and reverse of debited cash on my account. On dt.20-5-2017 my a/c credited by 10000/- only. Again I complain lodge at this branch to reverse the rest 10000/- but manager did not solve my problem till now. So kindly check my that transaction and reverse my debited cash in my a/c nb* - complain no (1)2043390; (2)2043385;(3)2112094.

My account no is 3157087641 and my IFSC no is CBIN0283186 sir I am changing my old mestro debit card but bank manager can't inform me about my New Platinam debit card because you say me about information of charges Platinam debit card then I can't issue it card because. I am pay old debit card annually charges is 114.50 rupees but now pay 590 rupees. sir please u can understand my problem and plz you will refund my deducted amount of two times. in this case if bank manager inform me properly then I can't issue this card. please help me.

Request for closure of fd AC was submitted at bhubaneshwar main branch manager Mr B Shetty on28-12-2018. Till date he is not able to close the same. Sometimes he is not responding our call and everytime he picks up call he commits for next working day to close the same but till time its not done.
AC holder name - late premananda Sahoo.
Nominee -sushree sangita Sahoo (daughter)

I had also put mails to him. Neither he is doing something nor he guides in proper way. I am really frustrated now.

Its been one month I have submitted ATM renewal for to the Branch, I'm its my wife salary account and we are having problem to withdraw money...why its take so long time when other bank provide ATM within a day or 3-5 days....very irresponsible service.

Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I open a new Bank Account in your Bank on 03.06.2021and the dealing officer printing a DAMAGE PASSBOOK when I open a new bank Account in your bank. When I make a request to Dealing Officer for provide a Good Condition PASSBOOK then they demand a 200 rupees for preparing a New PASSBOOK. There is an first entry in that PASSBOOK and that is not my fault to pay 200 rupees for Good condition Passbook. Kindly provide a good condition Passbook. Thank you.

My account no-3861235589 IFSC CODE-CBIN0283616 in kaithal (haryana) branch. I visited in branch many times for start internet banking and ATM card But every time they answered that the concerned person is not available. I am a student. I live in Kota for Coaching this is very painful for me to visit more and more time in branch. so that I think that I close my account in this type of bank. phone no 9813471461.
