When I open my id it open sometimes but when I made I'd it doesn't made and when I open other id to use I never open during opening time it written that you exceeded the permissible limits. So i request you to do for it and give my all I'd to be opened.

By mistake friend booked a taxi and he was not knowing to cancel the ride so he uninstalled tha app. Kindly help me to open the app once more.

I too having the same problem they suspended my acc without any reason I was having 3 coupons. They dont wanna give free rides anymore OLA is a piece of shit, Uber is the best.

Very rubbish company 2 time cancel ola taxi i am waiting on road 30 for mints taxi no mh01bd8577 white indigo driver, shyam bhosale 9768959746. please reply, very bad services. Due to Ola i missed my train, first they call and said to wait but then cancelled the booking.

I have return ur Datsun Cab with in days as per ur rules refund process takes 15 to months times, unfortunately it now about Two months and accept that ur people threatening to me says :jo karna hai kar lo" Taxi wale ke saath saath ye corporate wale bhi Dhamki de rahen hain.

Very surprised. I am not getting the bill and when I contacted customer care executive and got the replied that they have no facility to correct the email ID . She suggested me, I have to change my mobile number to correct the email ID. How I can change the cell number since last many years I am suing the same number.

Please give me the solution otherwise I am unable to use the OLA because of your system not allow to correct it.

Dear team,
With old device today i have visited our Ola Hyderbad corporate office which is located in kukatpally for updating new owner details (Bank Account No: & Mobile No) and also new driver details. Here i have purchased vehicle from old owner with finance continuation of 26 months and i have taken Rs 100 purchase agreement from old owner. I visited to service team/ Counter No: 30 they said we can't update any back account details of yours hence vehicle in SRIRAM Finance , so we required NOC from them. Same i discussed with sriram finance team they said only after cleared the full amount only we will issue the NOC.

Before i am going to purchase this vehicle, i have contacted and taken update from one of your executive Mr. Srikanth. But now they are telling that we can't update details without finance NOC. now i don't no what to do? i am idle and without ola business how could i pay monthly EMI to SRIRAM people. How can your same team numbers can give different update, now vehicle kept aside and i have no other option to pay EMI , only by believing Ola business i entered.

Also i dont have that much amount to do settlement for finance people. You also please think from your end how could i pay EMI. They are not even telling alternative way or further step, now i can't survive now. Please do the needful. Now old owner went to out of city, he is helpless. Vehicle No : TS09 UA4704.

Please provide me the alternative solution or kindly escalate it further level / Nodal/ ECO.

Today in morning booked the Ola share and but my drop location was Narayantala west To VIP haldiram, this drop location was distance minimum 10 to 12 minutes. But in app shows Narayantala West To Bakul Bagan and i don't know how to this in app and cab confirmed, and fair was 139Rs. I want to cancel the cab but within a second came and that time i have any option. But i told to driver if its possible please change my drop location, he told me no. But he drop me Vip Haldiram. And i paid to driver 130. But after sometimes i saw in ola app my ride is continue with me. How its possible i don't know. My fare also split because my drop location was also short. i am daily rider in Ola cab. Please as soon as possible add money in ola account without any harassment.

A very bad experience with ola. After getting the confirmation for my booking at 6:15 in the morning crn no 523031544 to the airport but at the end time when I called the customer care he just said that there were no cabs and asked me to arrange for another cab at the very 11th hour. Somehow I managed to reach the airport in time. Luckily I had no luggage with me so was able to catch the flight or it would have been missed.

Do take actions against this and should I rely on ola for another time or should I move to some other.

Hello Sir, I would like to say that I took ola cab from mother dairy to vaishali through cab no CRN 584449522..due to some inconvenience I need to change the cab from CRN 584449522 to CRN 584512567. Due to this change of cab I forget my luggage in cab..please return my left luggage as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that this is my first booking with ola cabs & this is very harassing experience with you. I suggest my all friends to do not pic your service any more.

I choose your service for going to vinay nagar, faridabad from faridabad sector 34, Ashoka enclave.when i left the cab in midnight 2.08 am i forgot my wallet in the cab. when i remember next day morning around 7:00 am i called the Driver Mr. Prateek Kumar (CRN 631145589), PRIME SEDAN, WHITE XCENT, Mob: 9213829929,8076616599.nwhen i called him first time he said i dont have any wallet in my car. After 10 minutes i called him again & he said for settlement amount for giving my wallet. After that he was misguiding me 2 days from this incident. Then after 2 days he return my wallet without my ATM card & taking all cash from that. he said give me some money then i will return your atm. Then i ask him to please give my card because i dont have cash then he return my wallet. I also have some proof of audios for this kindly find the attached.

Before booking i was not notified about any peak pricing but after my trip i was charged at very unreasonable rate. Before booking charges were fluctuating between 160 - 210 and i was finally charged 528 for the trip. Very much more than what i expected. Really unhappy with Ola services. And for complaing also no email id provided by them.

I want to tell customers that why your taxi bill comes because ola , drivers device different different kilometers rate some driver's kilometers like micro rate 6.5 and mini 8.50 rs ola company's vehicles rate to much high but DL 1 RT Rate is down but I don't known about it.

This is the worst service ever faced by ola cabs. We booked a auto CRN 714755648 MAHENDRA PAWAR auto no KA 04 5926 from chokkanhalli, kannuru, bengaluru to chetan habitat the defence enclave kothanur bengaluru ola money deducted 44 but the driver started demanding for Rs 22 more as we were 4 people in a auto, as per the ola customer care there should not be any extra charges for this. I was also ready to pay the amount but your ola service has become so worst. The driver started giving slangs shouting on us harassing us yelling on us. how can you people keep such type of auto drivers what is wrong with your service. He was giving slangs like "bastard, saying as if we are his maid servants please we are educated people, rather you people should keep some genuinely good drivers. He started stopping our path. He was calling people and threatening them to hit us.

This is the humiliation, mental stress that you people have brought today to us . I request you to please cancel the licence of the auto driver. Or I require to complain against ola to consumer forum. And this is not the first time many other girls have faced the same behavior with this same driver.

I have been charged double amount for a 3 rides I have taken. Even though for all 3 rides I payed Via cash but when I book new ride. It's asking me to pay for that rides again. i have wasted money 3 times in double payment. Please help me.

Every time when want to book any ola cab always facing a critical problem. Without changing the mindset of the car owners, and drivers who are directly associated with this business, (overwholly the masters and the owners of this company also) a business is always considered an improper rather called a dishonest business. We the people who are actually need the car at the time of acute necessity should boycott this. Alas! we are compelled to call your cab again in future in an unforeseen emergency.

Hi.. myself Mukta, I book your ola cab today from new Delhi railway station to rohini sector-4 in morning around 8:15. At that time my ride fair was shown as 261rs, I already had 200 rs in my ola wallet. At the end of my ride my ola money got deducted but the cab driver said he did not get any money so have to pay in cash and had to pay again 260 rs in cash to the driver. so the Total amount paid by me for single ride 200rs ola money +260 rs cash=460 rs in total. I have been trying to call your customer care center since morning but they are still busy in other customers. I have been using your service for a long time now and this is the first time I am facing a problem like this. I want my ola money back in my account..... CR no.1086515572 this is my ride detail. Pls don't reply and don't break my faith in your services.

For 5km also lot of money you are asking and worst service also, behave like professional because your running a business with people. Because of ola services I'm becoming late everyday, if you don't like to maintain like this shut down your services, don't play with lives of people.

My Ola app is finding no auto rides. It's saying sorry no auto ride is available. Though I am able to find out an ola auto ride through another mobile number at the same time.

Today, my wife and daughter get booked OLA cab with the help of some known in Jaipur at 11.34 AM dtd 01.11.17 from Vidyadhar Nagar to Sector 7, Malviya nagar
Cab: Eaon - 7259

Driver taken the customer to somewhere else other than the actual destination, inspite asking him that this is not the right way for required destination, and on asking for drop at required destination he started shouting on them. he said that OLA cabs are for literate gentry not for peoples like you, you are for auto rides only. He shouted like anything. It’s a serious threat to safety and security of customer.

At last he dropped them on the way and taken the amount Rs. 210. If this is the way to treat the custom specially lady customer. I need a strict action against him , hope that you will not like to continue with such business associates. Hope you will appreciate the issue and will confirm back the action taken by you.

I AM SANGRAM SAMANTARAY, I am a Existing customer of OLA CABS and Proud to be with OLA services. on 23rd Nov i have book a OLA in Varanasi location from Rathyatra Road ,Mahmoor Ganj Area but unfortunate OLA is Driver is CANCEL the Ride. when i call back him he will say that he is call me and i m not pick up his call , hence he is canceled my booking. but you can check my booking time and cancel time which is very short gap. and he is not in destination and he is cancel the booking instead of that he is argue that you can book another cab. when i say this is not the way you say which is wrong. Drive is using abusive language and its is just Maa behen ki gali ..when i say i m going complain against you he is saying i m not bothering about ola authorities as i have not doing job in OLA. i want a necessary action against this culprit who is down OLA name and fame.

I booked my auto from j.p. Nagar metro station to icici bannerghatta road which is only 6 km Nd money it showed 166 ruppes. But I didn't know the driver was drunk Nd from starting he took wrong way he took me to Hosur Nd m.g. road which is total wrong way. Even his auto was not showing on the Ola trace map I was scared Nd then I opened my Google navigation Nd I got to know he drove around 30 km which was originally 6km. After that when we reached his GPS which was wrong from starting only showed 345 rupees. That was total wrong becoz from jp Nagar to bannerghatta it's only 60 rupees for 6 km. please take strict action to this so that anything may have happened at time wid me.

I request the Ola people to respond back to me coz I don't want anything to happen wid other gal this wrong thing.

Ola is a daylight robber, shitty service robbed 800 rs in a share car but didn't drop me to my destination,and customer care I don't know why the fuck they are working they just disconnect the call after hearing 800rs wow and most of the drivers are criminals. I think ola is here to rob people that's all waste service I think they should ban this business... f****n cheaters.

Ola systems are very bad down graded. Payment deduction happened from wallet also and driver ask for cash as his system is showing cash to be collected.

Hi,

Yesterday I have booked this ride for my Friend and paid the money with OLA Money but the driver Collected Rs 87 from my friend and when I called the driver & asked him the answer for this he said " He have taken the money by mistake and asked me to get in touch with you and You will have a word with the driver and the money will be returned back. So I have contacted your call center and they told it will take 24hrs so I raised a complaint for which he told that I will get a call tomorrow(04/02/2018) between 9AM to 9 PM which I have never received.

I have also raised a complaint as the ola Share time was supposed to be 8 min but it has taken 15 min which is not acceptable as these days ola guaranteed the time of arrival.

Could you please give me any justification why I had suffer the embarrassment of not paying the cab for my friend and not getting a call regarding this complaint.

This morning I had a very bad experience in ola
Yesterday I booked ride for morning 6.30am. This is for an important meeting. And the driver called at 6.33 and spoke something and I was waiting for him. In next 5 minutes I saw the message your ride cancelled and charge 75 rupee . Driver details Pranab Nath, car white Ritz
CRN 1510576454. So this service make me a UBER customer.
