I have cleaning machine which is only 2 months old is not working

I had bought a Russell Hobbs steam iron on the 13th of November, 2015. The iron broke down. The service person came after two phone calls and after 5 days. I gave him my warranty card. He is now demanding the bill also, which I don’t have. He is saying that I will have to pay for the part which again he will get after two weeks. I am so disappointed that inspire have giving the certified warrant card I am not getting free replacement.
