My name is Deepak. I am very disappointed from the services. i have not used the network for one and a half month but i still paid bill for that and told the person to disconnect connection who came to collect billed amount in my shop. he told pay this bill after this we can disconnect the connection i paid. now one day i saw my airtel app therr was another bill for the another month i contact to 121 and they also told me to pay the bill and after that we will disconnect connection which is not used for almost 3 months my complaint number is 88579338 still i did not got any call from airtel.Connection is on my brothers name Neeraj Saurabh.

The mobile and internet connectivity in our residence whether through Sim or Wifi is very poor. The internet speed as committed by Airtel is 413 Kbps of the new Broadband Plan taken recently, however, the speed is very poor and the connectivity gets disrupted most of the time. The Plan entails higher payment however the services are very poor besides getting disconnected frequently.

Sir, I have taken Above data card connection three months back from Airtel store , Turner road , Dehradun. For the last 15 days my data card connection was stopped by customer care as information received from the airtel store. The airtel store at turner road is just for depositing bill but without any customer help. Why should I keep on depositing bill for closed connection due to fault on airtel behalf. I have contacted customer care and they are telling that they received call to stop the connection as card have been lost. Who has called and what was the number from which call was made, they are unable to provide any information. I visited the Airtel turner Store today Who were unable to provide satisfactory reply but restored the connection is restored.

Kindly let me know how my connection was stopped without my request. I have paid all the bills. If you are unable to provide any satisfactory reply , I will no option but to close my post paid connection. I have Aittel prepaid and Airtel DTH connection also which will also be closed.

My postpaid Airtel no is 9860210041. In my existing plan I have 1(my own number) and 4 more family member in the plan. Now I want to add 7276847957 (which is to be ported from docomo to airtel) in the same plan. I have currently 4 members in the plan and airtel is not allowing me to add another number (the only remaining number in my family).

Hi Team,

I am Sudharshan Vasudev, an Airtel customer since many years. I have a request to deactivate my Indian post-paid mobile connection for my number – 9880755993 as I have permanently relocated to Canada and I am no more using that number.

Despite having sent my family members in India go to the Customer Care Service Centers multiples times I couldn’t get the required help and in turn getting negligent responses. I have got a bill for the last month as well and I have hardly used the number in last month.

Can you please help me in deactivating the connection immediately?

Hi, I had requested to deactivate boosters (199) for my number 9985873015 (airtel postpaid 4G) as it got activated without my notice but still you hadn't deactivated. So kindly deactivate the boosters as my due date for bill payment is tomorrow.

This is 4th time i am visiting your store in last two weeks for linking UID. Every time the answer is same, server is down. The store infront of bharat university Tambaram,chennai. Don't ask for address and all, all are available in net and only one store available in that area. Is it mare coincidence or intentional because i feel proud to be an airtel customer and can't expect this kind of service from you. Do the needful.

I am Vijay from Coimbatore. I had requested for mobile portability due to excessive data rates and no offers received from Airtel. I have been continuously contacting airtel executives for the past three days regarding the same. But the responses each and every time from the customer care executives were very much annoying and they couldnt even understand what my concern is.

I am using my airtel number for the past 12 years. But Airtel is not at all giving preference for long term customers. No good offers where provided. After all customers should be provided with proper response. One of the executives made me to wait over phone for nearly 30 minutes. Each time she connects the line and when realises that I'm waiting,she plays an airtel advertisement. She continued the same for 3-4 times and finally terminated the call without any response.

Kindly do not recruit such irresponsible persons for customer contact. Customers are valuable.. Do not loose them for silly reasons.

Before I am using Vodafone.now I ported to Airtel using last 20 days. worst internet service provider. i recharged Rs 452 plan is unlimited calls & daily 1GB 4G data for 3 months. but internet very worst 2G speed also not browsing. Compare with jio 4G it's coming 5% speed very bad service. i called customer care also but he only convince every time not resolving this issue. please resolve this issue.

My name is Witty Grace and i have paid my airtel mobile bill for Oct'2017 on the 23rd of Oct'17 for RS 477.00. However the payment is not credited to my mobile number 9582999889 till date (27/10/2017). The customer representative informed me to upload the payment proofs on this page which i am not able to. My Transaction id is 981203 and i have also received a message that the transaction has been processed successfully and money has been deducted from my bank account. I made this payment through "My Airtel App". Looking forward for a quick resolution.

When contacted 121 they told that the facility has been stopped. I do not know the reason and I was not even informed. This has put me into lot of inconveniences. Today through your official site(through internet), I paid Rs349/- for a prepaid recharge pack to mobile no. 9934183280 but she is unable to make any call from that mobile number, surprisingly you have sent the message of recharge to mobile number 9546092062. Please solve the problem urgently.

I wrongly recharged for 238 rs instead of postpaid bill payment in mobile banking but again this amount is due on bill so repay my 238rs or take it for my bill payment.

I am trying to port into airtel postpaid from idea and first time I submitted my documents to airtel gallery on date 30 Sept which was 1 month before. After that I was told that my documents rejected due some verification reason so I submitted another documents after 1 week and this is still in the process. I also got call from airtel customer service who asked me to submit another documents to him so I have submitted all documents like AADHAR card, PAN card, Government Employee ID for 4 times but my airtel connection is still not activated.

I took details of this person who asked me for documents which are as follows

Now from idea they cut my connection on date 27th Oct. So since last 4 days I don't have any active phone service. I visited airtel gallery for 7 times related to this issue but it is not resolved upto now. So now it seems like I made very bad decision to port into airtel. Now please help me to activate my number or tell me the process to get my connection back into Idea.
