This is my second experience with Cox and Kings located at Spur Tank road, Chetpet, Chennai . I must say that this is a complete horrible experience. Nobody answers calls and i have submitted my passport to them . Its been a complete nightmare as they don't inform you or update you with anything. They take their customers to be granted and yell at them when they are asked for any questions. Its a complete unprofessional behaviour by Mr.Nakeeran and the entire team that deals with our travels and visa procedure.

I would highly suggest anyone to avoid Cox and Kings.

We are on South Africa tour from 21 may 2017 to 3 June 2017. (1) The website show, they will provide four n five star facilities and booking agents too commit this. But they booked three star hotels or guests house. (2) Their itinerary on website is false. They reduce your stay on good n famous place such as our stay in Suncity was reduced by 1 day. They took cheap early morning flight for us instead of late evening as per itinerary. (3) we paid very good amount for a exclusive tour to big brand but we didnt received service.

Myself dr rajesh modi & dr (Mrs) Chetana modi booked tour for eastern whirl on 11th August 2017, from panvel office, the tour date was 23rd sept 2017. Being repeatedly told to staff members to apply for visa, they applied on 7th sept2017, because of that v didn’t received visa on time & my tour was cancelled. Because they required at least 15 days (calendar days) to apply for visa , I think which they took very lightly. Still till date I didn’t received our passport,it is still in Czech embassy. We r very much worried, so please kindly help us & call us as early as possible.

We are on Europe whril trip at present as I write, the tour is so poorly organized, our tour manager Mr. Dandewala is clueless on how the tour is organized. For example today we are going to Europe Disney and City tour of Paris, organized as follows.... Disney in morning and City tour in afternoon.... nothing to do in evening.... given this the best planning would have been first city tour and later Disney so that there would have been no time pressure. Now we enter Disney at 10am and will have to come back by 1pm. People explain as to what can be done at Disney in 3 hours?

We are supposed to be traveling to Moscow, on the Russia package but with 24 hours left, our tickets have not been to us. Difficult to believe that visas were issued ,without the tickets. Absolutely no response from the Kolkata office,no one can say exactly when we will be given the same.The tension is unbearable, and all of us in the group are in the age group 65- 74. Never travel with them again. Very poor customer care service.
