I have recharged ola money via net banking on 30/06/2017. The transaction failed but money (Rs.999/-) deducted from my bank account till date I have not received the said amount in my in my bank account. You may please check at your end and revert the same ASAP.

Hi, Thoroughly disgusted with OLA services, had booked a cab from Mumbai to Pune on 1st July to depart at 5.00 am. To start with they do not share the driver number till 45 minutes before departure so you are in the dark. At 4.02 am i got a confirmation message from them sharing the cabbie driver details, At 4.03 am i got an SMS saying the trip is cancelled, sorry for inconvenience...Disgusting. I then tried booking again, this time at 4.07 i got another cabbie details, till 4.40 am i was calling the driver who refused to pick up, on tracker i saw the cab stationary at the Mumbai airport....I waited for 30 mins and then cancelled the trip, I had to reach Pune by 8.30 am for a meeting. Thanks to OLA i got late for the same as i had to rush and make other arrangements for the travel.

Never again am i going to trust OLA for outstation travels....It is all Bull shit talk by these operators....who do not know the real meaning of service.

I am NOT going to recommend anyone to trust these guys if traveling outstation.

They suspended my account don't no why but I was having 659.45 rupees in ola wallet. I don't want ur shit app give me my money back. I referred my code to my friends and he taken a ride from His account and atop the tripe but I have not give my referred money so please give my referred money.

Fraud company....worst experience for ever. this company theft lots of money from customers.

Ola had suddenly blocked my account. No reason has been provided. Their help line is worst they do not know anything they say write to email to grievance dept. Their grievance email does not accept our complain emails. When asked whom to contact their helpline people do not know anything at all. Worst service. Uber on other hand is one of the best service. I have shifted to Uber. Their help line is good they guide us properly. Till date ola has not answered why my account has been blocked. I suggest shift to Uber.

when i want to send ola ride payments into my mail iam not able to get. actually ola shows your payment file has been send to your mail but i did not got any ride slips to my mail. when ever i open ola settings i can see email not verified if i enter into it, it shows send verification link when i press it shows mail was sent but mail was not coming to my mail please update my mail with ola.

My personal expierience is that when we book an ola auto after getting comfirm booking the auto drivers say that they are far away cant come. so they ask us to cancel the booking and many ask extra fare too. pls help me out.

As i am daily traveller used to book ola .. but every day when i used to book the trip its shows me less fare. And when trips gets completed i get charged high fare. Is this ur policy or ur way to take customer by making fool of them or i can say doing fraud things... and wen i used to put my query on ola app without knowing nything... they are like sir we have communicated the same amount what u have charged.. just because of this only i have started taking screen shots at the time of booking. And i still do have... u just fraud around people.. atleast uber charge what they.. bad and fraud service.

I utilised your ola auto for 2 trips on 25.7.2017. At that time there was offer. of Rs 50 credit for. using ola auto for 2 trips and the amount will be credited within 48 hrs. But so far no credit took place.

On 25th July I recharged Rs 599 to OLA MONEY App and then I booked a ride OSN: 569640787 for which I paid Rs145 cash and then much late rI found out that same amount has been deducted from OLA MONEY Account also. And now when I called them they are saying it is already over 3 days so they cannot refund the money back. Why is this so? Whn they have already taken the money twice they should refund them back at any point of time. this is purely fraud and people who are not so tech savy are very liable to face this. Please refund my money back. this is very unfair.

I have not received bank deposit Rs.(3000) which was reduced from your end. I have visited your (pune vadgaon sheri) office many times but not got appropriate feedback there. This is the 2nd time my account is being blocked that too after 2 days. First time my ola account was blocked on 28th july . I cld ola support to find the reason but they told me that i hv violated their terms. Thereafter i recd a mail from Mr Mohan to fwd my ph no n the next day it was unblocked. But today i.e 5th Aug when i tried to book ola auto i realised my account was blocked again. Are you guys playing the fool there?

Is Ola select subscription paid only for displaying "OLA Select"  on the GUI  of OLA app? If OLA select is beneficial then you should provide the service. If OLA is not providing the service for this so called Select membership then OLA guys are just misleading customers. Today I booked 5 OLA prime rides (CRN 936584241, contact no. 9013969403; CRN 936618232, contact no. 9810841713; CRN 936630147, contact no. 9810841713; CRN 936639657, contact no. 9810841713; CRN 936753050, contact no. 7530958184) and all of them had to be cancelled wasting my 30 minutes of the day. Some had to be cancelled by me myself and about two of the drivers cancelled themselves. All OLA drivers deny duty when the ride is Gurgaon to Delhi or Delhi to Gurgaon. The common excuse of your drivers is Toll Tax.

Well, if there is toll tax being levied, why should the drivers refuse the ride? Is not the tax amount being adjusted with the fare. Why should the OLA app book cabs that these kind of corrupted drivers drive? Why should OLA app book a cab registered under Delhi transport authority if the drivers refuse to go to Haryana because of toll tax. OLA plans and subscriptions are just fake and misleading, to extract money from customers without providing the service.

I really had a very bad experience. 1st I booked a cab the driver cancelled ride without my information then I booked 2nd ride & driver was so rude and cancelled ride after saying dusri cab book kar lo and I had to pay Rs25 extra in my 3rd Ride for the cancellation charge. I just wanted to know if I have not cancelled the ride then why should I pay. And when i called up to customer care they told me that they can check that driver has cancelled the and i will get back my money but its been 10 days but i am just recieving the mails and got one call and they suggested me few steps in Ola app which i have done but still my issue has not resolved.

Just wanted to know that will i get my money or not if yes then how much time still you all take to refund it. if you all take so much time to resolve the complaints then how are you managing your customer.

I booked the cab for Dombivli from Mulund on 15th August17. We tried for almost 30 mins to book the cab. The driver was not replying 3mins. Afterwards he picked phone and he was just 3 mins away from my destination. But after 20 mins i called him, he said he is unable to reach my destination as he cant find location and canceling ride. And again helpless i have to book another ride again half n hour was gone. This not expected from Ola. My 15 aug ride is still showing schedule not yet canceled. Neither receive reply from Ola as same day i ask for support. Frequently this issue is happening.

I was going on 23/08/2017 07:00 PM approx. for a meeting and that time was the rainy season. Then your Registered Taxi No. RJ14-TD-9514 was overtaking high speed to me and dirty water sprung up to me and my friend’s. Then I and my friend cloth is get dirty with that dirty water. Then we are overtaking your Taxi and say to Driver that runs the car slowly in the rainy season. But your driver was abuse me. But your driver is not say sorry for this mater. Then I will says that I will complaint to Ola for this matter then your driver says that Ola can’t do anything to me and abuse in name of Ola and Taxi’s customer say to driver please say sorry to him for this matter but your driver is not say sorry to me.

So my cloth is very dirty/bad and I can't attend my meeting and from my office there was a lot to hear and my HR Manager says that you can't attend that meeting So now you are responsible for any problem and your salary will be got for the half month of august month.

So I think that all problems are responsible of your taxi driver. If your driver says sorry that time then I will manage of this matter. But your driver did not do that.

So I am requesting you to please provide to me my concession claim and remove these drivers from your company. Because these driver are mentally disturbed for cast reason. If you and your driver are not providing to me my concession claim then I will forward this matter to Social Media. My name will not be something that will infamous your company name.

I am simran had a extremely bad experience with ola cab today onwards we had book a ride at 7:20 around and the cab driver had picked the cal for once and after when we tried he was not answering my call the cab no was 1077 driver name jayanta das i have the screenshot ready with me and that driver had wasted my 1hour and you think that your company grade will rise up i have wasted such time on such it better i not use ola cabs and i spread this rumor through the videos such that no other customer get cheated with these kind of drivers and infact that driver transfer his ride to another one...so kindly look after such or send me some rides free now so that i can ride it through my destination. And i wil spread this if no action is taking against such now i am waiting and kindly please email me.

Yesterday I never confirmed the booking and I have been charged cancellation fees. This is repeatedly happening.Same thing happened on 27th Morning at Chennai Airport.Finally some how managed to contact the driver and informed him that "NO" cab was booked by me and message was sent that the cab was booked by me, even though I never booked a cab.Please check your software. If this is happening repeatedly,then I will be forced to stop using OLA. Please arrange to waive the cancellation fees of Rs 50 immediately.

MD of OLA please look into your customer care section. There is no idiot available to take a call we are kept waiting for hours on the call and still no one from your experienced lot is available to take a call. This shows your expertise in running a business, if you are not capable of running a business better run a fish market and employ all your well educated and experienced guys to sell fishes because this is all you can do and manage better.

I am writing this mail to report against my lost phone (iphone 6) in ola cabs on sunday. I was driving in the cab on Sunday 3rd September 2017. The booking was made at around 7.00 p.m. using ola cabs. Please find below a summary of the incidence:

I dropped my phone in the cab and 5 minutes after getting down from the cab, i realized I don't have my phone and i tried calling my number which was coming switched off. Then i tried calling driver, 8 times, then i called from different number he picked the call this time but he had not revived my call.

I called customer care executive who then connected us to the driver who denied the fact that he has my phone and I also had a word with senior at customer care which was also of no help to me.

I don't understand if you don't care about customer's belongings and safety, why don't you guys promote that rather than screaming about customers first?

My mobile lost in ola cabs at last ride. Cabs no WB25G0095. Drive name Rana mobile no-7007932963, already l jave lodged FIR in nearest police station and FIR copy send our litigation @olacabs.com. Drive mobile till now switch off please find my mobile phone and inform me very urgent.

I have booked a cab from Navalur to Perumbakkam in a so called high demand range portrayed by ola cabs. Trip charges from navalur to perumbakkam in Cab may take max of Rs.250, yet i booked this cab which showed Rs. 307 as trip fare as i was in emergency. After all such waiting & efforts to explain the route to driver, the cab finally arrived & we reached the destination in next 20 mins. I was so shocked to see that the trip fare was Rs. 475 at the end. OLA cabs are now demanding too much money from customers just thinking that no customers are crap. I spent 15 more mins to call the customer care of OLA to explain the scenario & the irresponsible agent just gave an answer that he cant do anything with this issue.

These OLA cabs were good in initial stages, but now that they started looting money by creating their own demands of vehicles. If vehicles are in demand, then please stop your services. Instead you are collecting too much money from customers betraying them in the name of demands. Such a worst experience. Uninstalled the app & i will never use it anymore in life which made my whole day go bad. Sick OLA Service!

I travel OLA cab in regular basis Today at 6:38 I book a cab from TATA Medical Centre, Rajarhat with my cancer patient 86 years old mother and pay the amount from OLA money. but the driver is too much talkative from time of traveling he use soo many uncomplimentary words, unfortunately I notice that before reaching my location he stop my trip from his device and he tell me your location is end and force fully drop me and my cancer patient 86 years old mother 2 k.m. before form my location. and after I book another local AUTO and and pay him 70/- and reach my home with my old mother patient mother.

I share this experience to all of my friends and relatives and also social media if you are not take any action against the driver.

Dear Ola Team,

I would like to inform you the my experience with the Ola cab has been really bad today, and same issue happened in the past as well. actually today I booked Ola share from my residence I got the notification that driver has arrived at my place despite of the fact that he was around 1KM far from my residence, I called and explained him that I am far but he denied to come saying I have reached the location and I will not come at your pickup point.

I cancelled the ride but ola has charged the penalty of Rs. 25 to me instead of considering the fact first that it was not my fault at all.

Then I booked more than 10 Auto rides everyone cancelled the booking saying they were not interested to go the the booked destination. most of them were very rude while asking them the reason for cancellation.

Again I booked ola share my fixed fare supposed to be Rs. 39 however I was charged Rs. 90 by the driver.

This not just once incident I feel this has become a practice at Ola. though I have always tried to provide my strong feedback using Ola app but I don't think it is being taken seriously.

Hope to get some response in this email.

Seriously pathetic service by Ola,
I used to travel on a daily basis. Most of the times I have to face cancellation by driver. Same has happened today as well. Driver asked me for location and agreed to come on the given location but a few minutes later I got a msg of cancellation, reason location not found. This has became a daily problem. At the time of need u ll get a msg that your ride has been cancelled due to any unnecessary reason. I ll suggest to my known persons not to use Ola & after today I ll not gonna use this too. I have raised my concern 3-4 times from my busy schedule but dint get any answer from your side. Very disappointed from the services.

I seriously had a list of bad experiences with you. Among all the worst was on 15 sept 2017. My father was traveling with ola. He booked for aero city and the driver took him in jungle and stopped the car. He is not asking way from someone else and not even listening to my dad. When my dad said for complain against him he is saying I am not the person who's name is showing in booking. What the hell it is. I seriously insist everyone to not to travel with ola.

The ola staff called up the driver but the driver had refused not seeing my phone hand set. I had lodged a FIR complain at the nearest police station. Please help me get my phone hand set back.

Whenever i got offers like free next 4 rides after taking one rental ride for the same day offer. I got this offer only once applied but after one time. I never got that offer applied and i have to give money to driver. I will never use the ola service and i lost so much amount while having offers from their end on my registered Contact number.

Hi, i booked cab from registered number 9573031600 and registered mail id is samyu.pandu.2509 @gmail.com.

I took a ride in bangalore from kundanhalli gate signal to ubcity in cab no KA 01 7296. My ride started by evening 5o clock and ended in ubcity by 6.20. When i noticed my phone is left in cab i immediately called to my number it was ringing and suddenly he disconnected my call and switched off the phone. Then immediately i made a call to ola customer care and got cab details and cab driver numbers is 8152960319. This phone is ringing and kept trying him like more dan 10 times then he even switched off his mobile. i lodged a complaint in police too i hv attached the FIR complaint and mailed at litigations @olacab.com. pls do needful and get in touch with me with dis number 8121004555..... hope i except a good response from u ppl.

I don't know why Ola blocked my account, if someone misuse or some kind of violence is observed through my account then firstly I think inform to particular afterwards blocked that account but here I don't know why my Ola account is blocked. I just book my ride on 13th September 2017 and Ola driver told me to pay in cash. when I refused it and said him to cancel the ride if they don't want to go with me afterwards my account is blocked. if you are not able to re open my account. please pay my amount which I have in Ola wallet (1078 rupees).

My account has been blocked bcz i hve cancelled the booking 2 times. It was not my fault, last time iy driver has told me that he is in other location and ask me to cancelled. Can u plz unblock my ola account again.

I am using Ola from 3 years but today its very bad with driver driver reached very late to my location. so i cancelled the Ola auto after that driver called me and his talking very rude with me also his talking like rowdy. its really bad experience with Ola if your cab reached in location you will charged for that again we have listen wording with driver Che same same Ola.
