I shobha sudarshanon feb-2017 month visit to Bangalore Airport road branch some personal work there one person Mr Hanumantha rayadu mob# 9886881123, (c c service) done risk policy (1 cr) and received 17745/- via net banking tru, and that parson says its finish in 3 working day. I after 1 week i cl that hanumantharayadu he says policy already done its delivered by next 2 days.. but policy is not received... already it is 5th month last week i visit to mg road branch and meet to Mr nagaraj (c c service), this person received refund document and promise to clr this matter in 3 days but hear also no any response already running 5th month hear policy not done and amount also not refund.

I have call 100 times that hanumantha rayadu not revive my cl also, so i filed case against hdfc life insurance consult person its bad experience......reg ....shobha sudarshan (9916113399).

I have a HDFC Life policy No.13548958. I have paid 5 yearly installments. Now I want to surrender the policy. Sidharth Jain , my son, is my nominy. He is working in USA. He has to close all his bank accounts in India. I visited in your office at Mumbai for surrendering the policy. Your concerned employee told that the benefits of the policy will go in his(nominee's)bank account. Under such circumstances what is the alternative, you just guide me for encashment of my policy. Sir, I am a trusted customer of your bank. I had purchased HDFC child plan for my daughter on 3/8/17 for annual premium of rs 50000-00 through Mr Indarjeet Kamble working with ur bank at M G Road branch. Due to some reason I decided to go for cancellation in free look in period. I placed the request in person at M G road branch on 14/8/17. Till date I have not received my amount back for the reasons best known to you. Is your bank indulging in cheating customers like this?

Even I have spoken to relationship manager with regard to this, but of no use. Before I proceed legally, see that my amount of rs 50000/- with interest is credited to my account, I am going to cut all the ties held with your bank if I am put in hardship. If a customer pays insurance, you people charge penalty, what do you say about this lapses on your part. Please initiate stringent action against careless officials immediately. Thanks. 9448535700. Dear Sir,

Kindly deactivate the Auto payment of my policy number 17825162 which was due on 26th Aug 2017, the bank have already charged Rs. 256/= from my Account as penalty, I am very much in a Grace period till 25th Sep 2017, how can penalty be charged in a Grace period, am not understand what is a meaning of Grace period why it is being mentioned in the policy then.

I have a policy no 17495405 monthly amount rs 1534/- payment by ecs state bank of india coimbatore a/c 30204744605, inspite of sufficient funds till date my a/c is not debited. when i called your call centre on 14/9/17 at 1615 hrs i was kept on hold for 40 minutes. you have sent me mail saying july/aug not adjusted it is not my mistake. please dont fool customers like this i am really unhappy with you. please activate my ecs immediately.

I am a retired officer from the Home Ministry. Today I received frequent calls from HDFC stating that my policy no 15002931 with an amount of 50,000/- issued on 31/12/2011 has lapsed and in order to revive it I have to pay 50,000/ more and the amount will mature on Feb 28. Besides being a senior citizen the amount has to be delivered by my unmarried daughter with her new documents such as her id, pan card and Aadhar card no. The personnel who contacted me were Ms Arushi kulkarni with no 9205967732 and manager Mr Nitin Rastogi with no 8057575815. I checked my status and I found no policy exist in my name. Further I confirmed it with your customer service officer.

Sir i request you to help me. i have bought a policy from max life insurance in 2010. i have paid 5 yearly installment of rupees 20000 p.a. after that i could not pay next 2 yrs premium. so thought to withdraw my policy payment, when i talk about submitting my claim process then a person priya shrama(08373999361) contact with me and told me that if i will invest some more amount then my claim amount will be increase much more. so i firstly buy exide life ins.policy of premium amount of rs.36000 p.a.and next as per her saying i buy another police of hdfc life of rs.74000 rs.p.a.in year 2017, after that i could not contact her on any way. i regularly try to contact but i could not contect her,one day i receive a call from same number and i talk with a new person name shree medam. she told me that my invested amount is little less for releasing my fund, she also introduce me with her senior person deepti nagar, she realiase my with confidence that your fund will be definitely released but you have to invest some more amount.

so recently i buy another policy of hdfc life of rs.35000 annual premium. in may 2018,after that i visited to near by branch of hdfc to confirm about that is it true or not,then they told me that this is totally froud happen with you,sir i can not afford this policy premium in anyway, priya sharma and shrre medam cheated me,pls help me and cancel myhdfc policy.my policy number is20350094,thank you

Dear Sir , I Inderjeet Kaur ,having a policy no . 19512284 had paid my premium in double .

First through my Credit Card On 22nd Aug 2018 for RS 33,419.
Second time through ECS from my bank Account no 001701008055 of ICICI Bank ,for RS 33,419 on 24th Aug2018.

You are requested to reverse my second paid premium to my same account from which the premium has been paid, Without any Further delay and oblige.

Sir,I Sikha Majumdar, bearing policy no14758373. plan HDFC Savings Assurance plan Dt of commencement 5th Dec 2011. I have paid 3 yearly installment of Rs 1,00000.00 as advised by the concern person. He committed me to send fund value report every year.For the first 2-3 year we received it, after that I didn't recieve any despite request several times. I visited many times to the Entally Branch , Kolkata , but of no use; I am disgusted with your service. So I request you to look into the matter and do the needful. Awaiting your prompt response.
