We want to cancelled the policy No. 2952201463177700000 immediately.

My policy amount debited in January, 2017. Still I'm not received my policy cards. It is 2 years policy. My EMI's still running.

Very very bad service this company employee.. And I never again join this company policy.

With reference to the above (Claim Case No. C230017094763 ), I beg to solicit your benign help so as to expedite the finalization of a year long old case related to missing of AS-01-DF-1910, which, however owing to the delay in process at police investigation followed by subsequent judicial processing. All requisite document was duly submitted by me to the HDFC Ergo authority concerned excepting the Certified Final Report which was under the process of the Police & Judicial authority right from 24.7.2017 and was received by me on 04.8.18 and was the original certified copy was also submitted to one of your representative.

Sir , apparently, you will appreciate that the delay was only a resultant to inquiry at Police & Judicial level. Under the circumstance I beg to solicit your help to settle the claim at your earliest.
