I'm srinivas and my village is Lakkavaram, Malikipuram mandal, East Godavari district, Andhra pradhesh, pin 533254. there is no signal in our area... outdoor n indoor, no proper Internet signal. I have been complaining for so many months but vain. my neighbor village Malikipuram and Sankaraguptham and Irusumanda. recently in Irusumanda launched receiver, there is full signal but we are 1 kml away but we don't have proper signals. we r facing call drop and clear voice and bad network problems. so please verify my details n try to solve. i am using my Jio num since it launched and also bought Jio Sims for my family members but because of this bad network now we vested of this. we hope it will be solved.

I recharged for Rs 99+399=498. The amount was deducted from my wallet but the offer was not activated. I complained to Jio customer care and the complaint no is - SR00000C47N4.

I got before 7 month jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 35 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided. Plz help me to use internet and calls my sim.

My network is not working and i have complained 4 times but the problem is not solved. plz do some work fast.

I request you for the JioFi reducing the speed. My JioFi No. 9588477600 which is not give me a 4G speed from last 5 days. When I call in your Jio care they told me your data limit is reached. But I know that's not truth , because from last 5 months I use JioFi. I know when (2GB) data will riched. So plzz give me a proper service. And also I want to know about how to find data usage per day on Laptop (When Jio SIM No. inserted in JioFi) where I get the OTP for sign in Jio.com.

Data speed is very poor I am complaint to march 15 2017 and August 20 2017. please clear my data problem my is 8667898647.

I am recharged my jio number 9110709897 on 15/4/2017. Transaction ID : ISM35294841760 and reference number :BR000055G5GU

The service work one week then close. I asked you care they say you will recharge an other 309 and the old amount will be refunded. So 27/4/2017 again I am recharged but still now my 309 can't reached and Now you are closed my outgoing, data facility.

Where is my 309 ?

I complaint on customer care on 24 march 2017 in detail but no one single solution make against our complain. & Now today on date 24 aug 2017 the out going call are close. I am not understanding why ur response is not good for customer who r related from rural area. Kindly solve all problem who is related to our mobile no 7999592919.

Hello Jio Team,
Jio net speed is extremely slow in Nilakantha Nagar, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, pin-751012. I am not able to open a single video from the very 1st day itself. And web pages are also loading extremely slow. It is so slow that one page is loading after 15 minutes. I tried with different handsets and laptops. But I am facing same issue always.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I purchased jio fi in the month of February, 2017. The salesman offered me 4 free sim cards, he said that I'll have 4 GB data per day to use. He did not inform me that these are post paid sim cards. He has given me post paid sim cards with his own will.I did not knew this until I got two bills posted at my doorstep for the numbers which I haven't touched after the free offer ended. I am being cheated and being forced to pay bills for the sim cards I have not used at all.The jio delegates dont have proper knowledge about their work and they are misleading customers without giving them prior knowledge that they are being given post paid sim cards. kindly initiate action against the salesman whose name was Ravinder and phone number 7018341648 and ensure me that I dont have to pay for numbers which I have not used at all. This salesman's number does not exist these days.I have got bills for 8219524991 and 8219514152 each of Rs 471. These sims were registered by the name of Chander Shekher Turki S/O Lt. Shri Makhan Lal Turki. Contact No. 9418625677.

I was went to Jio care in KC plaza and said that plz convert my Jio prepaid no. into post paid through my license id proof. they are saying they will only convert with aadhaar card only otherwise my no. will be dismissed. plz take action these type of employee. 7006602358.

I have recharged on 19/07/2017 for Rs.399 plan through bill desk gateway on Bank of Borada debit card. Neither my phone is recharged nor money is returned to my account till date. Both Jio care mail and phone reply assured the refund of money with in 48 hrs. But already 10 days past after the assurance. Please go into the details to get my refund so that I can recharge my phone in time, aleady one month is passed after stopping my services.
