Dear Sir, I purchased yu yureka yu s5200 16 mobile phone from Paytm Co. Delivered on 10-7-17 and found damaged so I complained and requested for replacement of damaged mobile phone. Which accepted paytm but still today after so many calls and e mails to both paytm and yu play nothing is done regarding replacement of damaged mobile phone or refund of amount or after all least replacement of damaged parts of damaged mobile phone.

I also registered a complaint in National Consumer Forum but still today all are very silently doing their activities without taking care of my complaint after a duration of at least 1.5 month.
