I am using airtel prepaid no 9866584031 since 1999 so far no problems. We came USA in the month of 16th march 2017 so I was not using 9866584031 August 10th received airtel message that phone services disconnected. It becomes big problem since we have given this number for all contacts like gas, banks and other important. So pl take necessary action for reactivate same number if any dues I will pay. send to my email address how to reactivate or if I want same number what I have to do. we will comeback India September. Reply me as early as possible.

We, Rajesh Varkhedkar, A.G. Varkhedkar and Mrs. S. A Varkhedkar have apooled arrangement with your AIRTEL and have deposited sufficient amount in your AIRTEL bank thru which we pay monthly bills for cell nos. 9322692189, 9987083198 and 702891938. This months Bills have already paid for all three mobile nos. and confirmation of having debited concerned amount also is received. But despite this we were getting threatening calls of for not paying an amount of Rs.258. for cell no. 9987083198. And despite confirmation from your retail branch in Viman Nagar, that there is no out standing, my cell 9987083198 is blocked. No out going calls are happening. This is ridiculous. Appreciate your intervention and starting my cell immediately.

I had sent a mail on 20/08/2017 for deactivation of my postpaid mobile No. 9771417880 as I have come on overseas trip. After discussion with customer care on 121 I had deposited Rs.1330. I am still awaiting reply / response from customer care.

I am still awaiting for the mobile connection to be deactivated. I shall not pay any charge imposed after 20/08/2017 the day I gave notice for deactivation. If need be I shall complain with the Consumer Forum. I am also requesting all my friends and colleagues about non responsive attitude of Customer Care of Airtel who claims to be No. 1 mobile phone service provider.

I am not getting this new offer of 399rs prepaid plan for 84 days only 349rs plan is getting, while others are getting 399rs plan in mumbai from the app. Plz solve this problem or i may shift to jio or vodaphone. Number is 9004802274 mumbai.

My wife and myself are your customers.My mobile number is 9867933582 . On 16.08.17 , I got my aadhar number connected to my cell, by personally calling on your shop at Nerul Railway station (West), 400706. As my wife is presently unable to stand or walk, due to an operation in her leg, your staff, (Dhiraj) had kindly agreed to send someone to our house (which is only half a kilometer away) to help in connecting her cell No 7678065492 to her aadhar no. 8372 8567 8649 by sending some staff to our house. I have purchased a new Airtel 4g sim with Rs. 449 plan. After 10 days, the data usage is reduced to 1.7 GB (showing on Airtel app and messages) , valid till 17th September. But this should be 1gb per day for 84 days. Please solve my query.

I am using 7028937037 airtel postpaid number,for which i pay monthly rental Rs. 99 in which i get 10 GB data CUG calls free and other network 200 local std minutes.

Plzz resolve network problem at my home there is not a single network, working properly. my no is 8958222277 i am using 3 airtel postpaid no. still suffering from difficulties.

Hi team,
For the mobile number 9908597132 -we recharged 399 plan for 84 days by airtel service members after confirming that number is eligible for 84 days pack on 29th July.

But after 24 days the scheme got expired and normal costs were applicable for both data and call charges.

We informed the same to customer care and kept the message for porting from airtel, they said after 24 hours the same unlimited calls and data will be recharged back for 84 days to us and not to change the network on 26th th August. We tiday i:e on 30th Aug called airtel customer care and they said, no such call was received. Would you please check these and let us know if offer will be provided or we continue with porting from your network to other network. It would be appreciable if done early.

Have done recharge of 899 on 25th july where it was promised that i will get 210 GB for 84 days and unlimited calls but unfortunately my data got exhausted on 21st august 2017. I tried many of your customer service number but no response. Requesting you to look after it at the earliest otherwise I have to move to higher authorities.

Hello to Whomsoever,

This is to bring you in notice the very bad expereince of the service provided by you for DTH. I had a No signal error issue with my Airtel DTH repeatdly for 2 months (JUL & AUG). In July i raised the issue and the same was resolved in more than 4 days time after so many follow up in call.

Now again same is happening with my issue been forwarded and Deadlines been skipped more than 3 times. At first it was said issue will get resolved next day by 1PM than it changed to 3PM and next same got changed to 48hrs...that means after logging complaint issue is still not addressed and is extended to 4days now.

I am really very disappointed with the customer service provided and the pain i have to go through to get it resolved. (Your customer Care ppl names - Manisha (Senior Person), Shilpa, Arvind.

Following are few names i remember who attended my call and gave me many answers including my area is Local and that special Engg will be there and all.

Also i have received the SMS with Airtel Service Engg details (Uday - +91 8652425282) who never pick up the call.

I am truly thinking of discontinuing your service from NOV'17 (since i have paid for year) and will see to it that same mistake is not done by my fellow friends too..

Just need a favor to look into this matter seriously for atleast YOU COME TO KNOW THE LOOP HOLES IN UR ORGANIZATION PLS.

But after recharge with rc399, your customer service center is shows that it is only for 28D validity with 3gb/d & unlimited calls. I want the offer with 70D validity not 28D. plz help me.

Hi AIRTEL staff. We, people of Darjeeling can't call from AIRTEL Sim or receive any call to AIRTEL Sim. It is happening since the morning. We urge you staff to fix the problems as soon as possible or else whole population of Darjeeling are going to complain to airtel and are won't use AIRTEL network anymore. Hi, I had an issue with my hello tune service, so I called the customer care number, response from the executive by name "Siddhartha" was very rude. First n foremost he's not able to or eligible to solve my problem, second he has no basic manners how to speak to a customer. He was rude over the call n he disconnected the call while I'm still speaking.

"AIRTEL" please don't spoil ur BRAND & SERVICE by appointing such irresponsible, irrespective candidates, else kindly request you to train ur executives well before they handle calls from customers.

According to my friends i have changed my sim from JIO to airtel. I have recharged 399 data pack but the availability of network is too poor so that data couldn't work every night....even in daytime. Rs.399 is totally lost....who will affix this problem. Airtel network is in a condition which i hv never expected. So poor network even data symbol cant be shown in the screen. i am letting 1 GB data pack free everyday. 7085539242.

Your open network airtel not working in Gurgaon, Rajasthan and UP. Then how is it India's best 4G network. It is not working continuously, I just dial one no. Is seen call ended. Also customer care are do not receive call & not give reliable response. I think airtel is last of all network.

I am not ready to afford my loss because of your inconvenient services. I want my loss get refund by any means.
