The service center or the mechanics of TVS motors are not up to the standards. Got my new bike serviced but i was not satisfied.

New TVS Jupiter vehicle was service in KAVARI MOTORS MYSORE and free service coupons was also availed but the service center said that oil change was made compulsory and was charged approx 500 every time. After 4th service some problems in vehicle was not solved so i left it in private garage. the garage mechanic said the company seal to change the oil is itself is NOT OPENED.

The image of TVS BRANDED COMPANY IS getting SPOILED pl check on it.

I had purchased a Tvs Apache RTR 180 series 2012 model. At time of purchase it was nice to ride and very smooth but now I am very disappointed to take my bike for a ride of atleast 10km because my engine is overheating and also I have maintain a speed of around 45-50 instead. I was also show the same heat from the engine I can't kept my legs near gear and brake peddle. I have also service a bike just before a week and also changed the engine oil ...none of my problem was solved....what is the TVS COMPANY going to do for me. I need a better solution from you...reply me as soon as possible.

I purchased my bike tvs phoenix in 2013. my bike wheel is tubeless and bike tyres is not tubeless why? company wheel base print make tubeless and tyres is not tubeless, and not mention any place like (service book, bill ,manual, atc ) tyres tubeless or not tube less.

I am sachin Kari purchased TVS sport ES from BHARAT TVS, Belgaum on 07.07.11, vehicle no KA 22EG 4725. During my first oil change due to negligence of dealer there was oil leakage hence my vehicle stopped in middle of the road. When I called the authorized dealer they towed my vehicle to the workshop after their investigation they said engine is seized due to oil leakage from drain plug which their technician has not fitted properly. I demanded them to replace my vehicle or engine assembly but they overhauled the engine and convinced me that in future any problem arises it will be their responsibility and any repairs will be done free of cost

But even after doing the engine job the sound was not like the original sound and was not smooth which I had also bought to their notice. I have been regularly servicing my bike with the dealer without any lapse, now the vehicle has run 68500kms and there is an abnormal sound in the engine which we reported to the dealer. They said that the sound is of the crank bearing and has given an estimate of Rs 7500.

My contention is that if they had given me a brand new engine during that time this problem would have not occurred. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

No complaint against dealer, service manager and other staff and they are very polite and good. Only sparking plug provided by the dealer which is supplied by you is not good quality.

Completed 4 free services. Those problems highlighted by me from first service it self still continue, even-though they are simple problems. They may be in wrong notion of free service, it definitely damages TVS MOTORS reputation. please warn them to give better service. My vehicleTVS JUPITER problem

1. Mileage not increased.
2. petrol level indicator showing wrong indication.

Shortly my vehicle will go for last service. Shall i expect better service atleast now. MY cotactno..9849230639 and 7702772989.

Sir. My fourth& fifth free service is Lapsed. As stated by shanti tvs showrooom shivamogga. But the kilometer difference was just 50kms from last service at the given date for fourth service. How can i make service. Now they are not getting it done. And they are asking 400rs labour charge. And330rs for oil change total 800rs. But i am feeling very bad. Please provide me atleast one free service if you really care for customers.

Sir, my bike suspension was broken at 27000 kms and my bike runs 38000kms now. every 1000kms i am gone for service. Still now there is no solution for my bike. And every service they ask Rs600. They change only engine oil but they ask 600.

I have bought a new bike (Apache 200 4v) on dated-26.8.2017 from Krishna motors PURI-ODISHA. I have facing starting problem since they delivered the new bike. I also visit ur servicing centre JYOTI MOTORS 5 times. i also log a complain on ur toll free number. and my ref complain no- 93723.and ur service team observe my problem 3 days. but still now my problem not resolve. i also contact ur territory manager mr. Satyajeet panda and ur service manager Aditya anand mohanty. But those officer unable to resolve my problem. i have a valuable customer of ur company. I request u plz. follow up my problem on top priority. And solve as soon as possible. Please contact as soon as possible.

I purchased new Scooty pep plus at Thaly Motors this year in March 2017 on the day of Gudi Padwa. Initially all was good for first 2 months. But after doing the first servicing at Thaly I used to hear loud noise of the silencer. After which I went to them twice. They did something as gave it to me back saying all was okay. again after 3-4 days same problem came up and this time I was very angry as I had to visit the centre again just because they have not done their work properly. I spoke to the manager over the phone and he told me that the silencer was spoiled and he would replace it with the new one. But again after a month I faced with the same problems wherein I have visited the service centre for 4-5 times. I have asked them to replace it for me as the problem seems unending.

I regret my decision of buying a TVS product.

I have taken delivery of my new bike 2 months ago. There is lot of noise in my vehicle and all parts are rusted. Already told so many times but not rectify these problems. mahalakshmi tvs, villupuram.

I buy Jupiter from u and v TVs Vadodara makarpura above 3 months but the not reg my number plate. Reason they ask is rto document late. Don't buy any TVs vehicle from anywere because they have no responsible for customer complain. With Jupiter I also buy Honda activate and they gave me number plate in 15 days so buy activate not jupiter. My number is 9033501966.

I have a tvs starcity +bike. I recently serviced my bike from maharaja service center. I had complained that my bike self start is not working properly, they told that the bike have battery discharge. I said that please solve this problem. they prefer me to go battery service center, the mechanic said that battery is okay. he charged the battery bit the self start is not working properly. I again went to service center but the really is no response. they again said that the bike has battery issue they are not able to solve my problem.

TVs showroom very very bad in pioneer TVS, very bad service in Guntur showroom washing is bad.

I had purchased one TVS Jupiter EL model from thayar motors manali,they had collected extra amount from me with ought bill they dint give any invoice and promised some assurance at sale of time, but now no response Ask dealer i want to details ,he threatened with some local peoples ,for the fast one month complained with tvs rep mr.usai and jalal no response’s I could not able to fluent English in speak and write, what can i do sir, i request you if you call me correct superior will explain with full details give to you I dint never seen like that dealer.

I had purchased one TVS jupite El frome thayar motors manali-chennai-60, they gave one quation finaly Rs,65074,including spares, i paid initial payment Rs,40000,Balance amout TVS credit for 10 month x 3000,thats all. negotiate with Mr,sabari (tvs staff) and sangeetha (dealer staff) they asured one benefit for one EMI free ,i ask how is possible he said so many customer is coming selected three customer i can free for you one Emi,i hope and then if you dont go to bank, you can cash paid at dealer point without charge.i agree above deal.by the by i paid cash at dealer point two EMI extra charge of Rs,802 realy i suffered, and ask about free EMI ,dealer was threatened me,and simply say the dealer sabari is tvs staff i dont know about him he ask tvs pepole, suddenly i call to mr.usain and jalal. no response, i could not able fluent in english ,they purposed cheated me.

I bought a new bike TVs apachi 180 metal blue on 10 july 2017. My bike sounds much like kut kut from 4 months . I have done service timly but the Agency's technicians could not finish the sound yet. I bought my bike from Pahwa TVS Balrampur. Please solve my problem otherwise i will habe to sale my bike and again i will never purchase any bike of TVs it will be a bad response for u sir.

After promising to pick up my vehicle on 04/02/2018 at 11.00am person from SBM motors kolathur did not responded till 1.00pm. After i called and reminded the receptionist they did not even mind to ask sorry.Why the customer are not satisfied because of the responsible attitude of the dealers. I regret to say the service customer is not satisfied for the above reason of all your service center.

I regret to inform you about bad service and uncivilized behavior of SBM MOTORS Kolathur Chennai.
1) As promised person did not turned up to pick up my vehicle.
2) I called and reminded my appointment still they could not send a person to pick up.
3) After reaching i have been told that could not deliver on the same day (4th free service).s

Since this is my fourth TVS vehicle iam not satisfied at your service dealer. Only thing iam servicing for warranty.. i would like you to take up this matter to improve your service and advice your service dealer regarding the above. I expect a solution for this.

Service manger is not there in service centre, only local mechanic and water wash boys some body is there. I ask where is manager they told nobody is manager,service is not satisfactory.

I would like to inform you that i have buy a new jupiter scooter from shivam enterprises jammu but after 15 days i face lot of problems with jupiter like self not working and many other problems. when i contact dealer they gave me not a positive response. Their mechanics are not able to satisfy the customer. worst experience with tvs.

Self start is not working properly, i already informed to service center 03 months back but my problem was not sought, now recently 02 days before servicing was made in same service center but the problem which was faced by me is not sought, starting is main problem of my new scooter Jupiter.

I had purchased jupiter in the year 2017 and my vehicle number is GA-04-M-5513, register at Bicholim RTO office.

I complained before two month about my problem, to customer support helpdesk, customer conduct and area officers. till date no response,what ever it suffered only normal people. so may wep sites and email id toll free number, phone numbers but no use, only use for high society peoples, I dont know law. I have not money, only human being.

This is Nanda kumar from Hyd. Am purchased TVS Star City Plus ES on 14th of Oct 2017 from Suheel motors Kukatpally. When am purchased the bike on that am faceing problem with bike.The service people taking the bike and kept the bike till evening.

On 300 KMS Replaced the Shocks, Open the Engine, Low mileage after service, Pick up drop.

My bike have a probleam at since last 9 month but your responsibale person not solve.

I have purchased my TVS Jupiter (BSIV) from K.S. MOTERS PVT LTD 54/222,madhyam marg, mansarover ,Jaipur-302020 on15/06/2018 having Chassis No. MD626EG49H3E58641 and Engine No. EG4DH2159778. The petrol meter is not in working properly from very Ist day. After changing old petrol meter the new one is not working properly till date.

After the three services the Petrol Millage is very poor only 35Km/Litre which is nearly half as per your advertisement. This shows that company is cheating to customer, which is very bad for the credit of company.

Tvs Jupiter body is company fault. Don’t purchase tvs Jupiter, company sells damaged & defective scooter. Showroom ignores any customer complain.

My TVS sport is also not giving average, showed in service center but the problem is not solved.

I have purchased tvs zupiter zx in jan 2018 by cash. still they have not given me my RC and insurance paper. last 10 day my zupiter was making noise from silencer and after running 4 to 5 km it stopped. when i take it to the service agency they charge me RS 70 for petrol saying that they are taking it to another agency solving noise problem because they can not solve this problem and also charge RS 400 changing some part, owner was behaving very badly. My bike number DL2S Q 3120 18 months old only. Service continues completely in service centre at Om tvs Badarpur school road. Today 1st time pollution failed... Why? I want solve this problem with pick and drop because I have not extra time for this 3rd class work and pollution cost 71rs.

Have purchased a new tvs jupiter vechile registration no. MH 19 DA 5612 on 21st Sept 2017 from Pankaj Tvs Bhusaval Dist Jalgaon got a very bad experience in these 9 months while vechile running engine stops automatically complain given to dealer three to four times bt no proper solution Honda Activa is ever best than these tvs jupiter.

I have TVS Jupiter scooter and its having some problem or the other since Januray 2018. I visited the dealer and tell my problem but its not solved satisfactorily. One problem is solved and another starts. The service center personnel doent even talk properly. Dehradoon, Uttarakhand.

Dear Sirs,

I own a TVS scooty streak and gave it for service at TVS center in Peravallur. After analysis the showroom have detected various problems with several parts and I accepted to replace few components.

However the service was not upto the mark while riding the vehicle the issue seems to be much worse and have put my life at risk. I don't feel there is proper control as I ride. Due to the service center unprofessional service yesterday public and my life was at major risk in a highly traffic street. I assume the vehicle was delivered without proper test.
