I got a txt from ur end about 499 pack... In that it was writen as unlimited calling local +std +1.5 gb per day
But i got only 6gb net..... i didnt got call and 1.5 gb per day for 84days.

Bill problem for using net but i have 50mb data for last month. so solve my problem.

I have recharge 399 but I had worst network I have experience if any body want 2 contact me they have 2 call me more than 10 times about net it's not a 4g it's 1g speed.

Airtel executive provide false information Nd change my bill plan..... he told me your outgoing roaming is free on same plan should we activate..... Nd after some time I receive a message your bill plan changed from 349 to 649. I get shocked..... please help.

I am using your network in a plan of amount 549. But without my permission and knowledge the plan has been changed for last two months and bill amount has been increased from 549 to Rs.1300. How can you change the plan without my confirmation. I need Proper reason for this. If I am not satisfied with your response then I am in a plan of changing my network. 9500464999

Dear Sir
I have no access to internet and mobile services around my residence since past 3 weeks. Even when calls were connected no conversation was posssible as no voice from other end was audiable. The mobile displayed no service. I have registered compliant regarding this multiple times in past 3 weeks. I changed SIM as advised from customer care feedback with no resolution of situation. You can go ahead and check with your database regarding calls received from my number(7742494799). To mention few compliant numbers are as:

77808090(16th July)
78216800(30th July)
7826822

Everytime assurance was given and a time frame of 3-4 days was requested. My compliant status is being informed as "still pending".Till date suituation has not changed. Iamstill waiting for response.With such circumstances is there any reason not to port my number to other networks? Moreover should I be charged bill for this month? Kindly reply.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Airtel Connection is in the name of Mr. Vijay Taneja broadband 01177133130, Mayapuri 110064.

Its been almost 3 years that we have subscribed Airtel as our broadband service. We are unhappy with your service.It is not our daily routine to call your customer care and get our compliant register and no one gives a response. It has been more than two to three months that there is no internet service yet bill is due on time.

Now situation is such that even landline is not working. It is very shameful on your end that such service is being provided.

We are timely paying all dues and then we except some service from your "esteemed company". Highly disappointed with the work done from your side.

Due to the slow or no internet connection, our work get suffered. It is because of your faulty network we are unable to provide our best services.

Do we expect any response from your side on this issue?

Kindly look into the matter as we are one of your old customers. Please make sure that such complaint do not happen again. We are tired of this internet connection problem, we want a response from your side as soon as possible.

Please focus on your network in nand gram ghaziabad its irritating since last 6 month and if it is not solved within 1 week i will port in vodafone.

Since you are giving an offer of 399 which is 70gb (1gb/day) and unlimited local and std call validity for 70 days, i have recharge it from the shop on 18 july 2017 to my mobile no. 9612867136, until yesterday the call is working just fine but today the call does not work saying that you have insufficient balance to make and outgoing call. Why is that happening? Please make sure you activate the calls until the said validity. The internet is working fine 1gb/day but the calls please settle it at the earliest. Be a good customer service and we the customer will be good to you.

Due to regular fault in your service of broadband, i am willing to de-activate my broadband connection. from last two month i have paid full rent, while less services rcd from airtel. despite frequent complaints issue is not resolve, do me the favour by de-activation.

I have recharged(9500772504) in airtel app for Rs.648/- on 12-08-2017 . The pack includes unlimited calls +3.5Gb data + 2.5GB/day . But 2.5Gb/day data pack is not activated.When ever i am using data u guyz are debiting my balance . Till now you are debited more than Rs.100/- from my balance. I made a complaint also Ref. no. is RCIMP10814566591, but no response from airtel. I am totally frustrated by airtel. when will be my pack activate.

I had recharged my pre-paid mobile - 9810664379 with a plan of Rs. 349/- i.e. 1gb/day with unlimited calls for 28 days vide transaction Reference Number - 1708177946707 dated 18.7.2018. Accordingly message was received : Recharge successful. Unlimited All local & STD calls+1GB 3G/4G data per day for 28 days. But no data has been credited in my account. How the way Airtel is working depriving the customer of legitimate right. I need this mistake to be corrected immediately with additional 2 GB data for 17th and 18th August 2017.

I am a long time user of Airtel service... The scheme is come with if I upgrade my 3g sim to 4g sim I will get 10gb of 4g data as free for month I did it but now approx 6 months or more are passes but not get that. what you promise bad service.

Sir, I am sad to inform you that previously i hv bsnl connection on dt 08.08.2017 i have ported my sim to your company by hearing about your services, but all was is vain my problem was that first of all every time we get busy and when and the same problem at the time of incoming, or any call comes then sounds disappear we cant hear sound and most of the time tower was not shown network. Your r giving 4g connection though i hv 4G connection network was worst than bsnl. We dont get any complain no where to complain about the network issue. In 198,121 and 09933099330 number we have to hear computer system lectures after that no result. Plz help me.

I am facing network issue at lot at my work place. I visited at stores but cant get resolution from your side so please solve my problem or either i should go for portability in vodafone company. I am using airtel from last 10 yrs i appreciate airtel but from last few months facing network problem.

I have a problem with calling. When I'm calling to other after 5-6 second hanging up call that is automatically ended. So,give me a solution of this problem.

Very very bad network in muzaffar nagar up. We try many times but we find all ways very bad during this period my no is 9917007865 past in idea. I converted in airtel, did you think it is my mistake.
