i Dharmandra meena, i am airtel prepaid connection user (9997778584). i had bought my new connection before at 26/01/2015 then i had a problem to operate my un process by this my connection is automatically disconnected. i have talk to your agra airtel store to tsm (vijay chauhan) but that man not behave well so i have contact to ur upper officer. i have very problem to using ur airtel service. kindly grant and pursing my request. I got msg on my mobile from airtel that 159 rs plan gives you 28 days 1gb 3g data. after that i recharge my no with this plan. but i got only 200 mb 3g data and that too only for 14 days. plz solve this issue.

This is inform u that today I call on 121 helpline no and ur officer didn't resolve my problem. I had charge Rs 25 from main account because I didn't receive any alert for data pack expire. When I call in 121 and ask him my problem officer ask me its your fault but we didn't give u balance for this and disconnected my call and i had receive one from no 9797010364 and ask me don't call again in 121 helpline no. He ask me to go in a consumer court tomorrow I do same. I want my balance refund and that officer out off company which disconnected my call and forward this message to everyone.

I see your comment to be valuable. You have posted this on 2015. And now it's 2018 and the service remains the same. U request Airtel to rectify the behavior of your customer care executives. Resolving problem is secondary. But they should acknowledge the customer properly. That's why they are called as customer care. Please understand that.

I had visit your Local store more than 2 times. for complaint of no out going for more than 15 day. First time they gave me a New sim and told me change after detective old sim. But there is no use. Second the they make me to call to customer care bu my mobile. Senior Technical Manager spoke to me the he will solve the problem on or before 28 oct 2016 @ 12.00. but still there no service.

This is regarding India's no.1 poor service network Airtel's grabbing money from their customers by providing wrong information.

On Jan 8th i have the Data balance of 1.25 GB.on suggestion of one of the Customer Care executive i have recharged with 55 to extend the validity.next time when i checked the data balance,I lost data and validity.I called the 198 and raised a query,he said that there is no 55rc for validity extension and thats why i lost the data.He also said that they will not take care of wrong information provided by their fellow executive.indirectly he said we have to get repent for their wrong information.

One more important thing is Air tel' s executives disconnect the call in the middle.I called around 6 times on that day(they disconnected 4 times in middle).They dont even regret for their rude behaviour. For Us to connect it takes lot of times(I waited for 8 min to connect to the executive and 12 more mins from that to connect to their supervisor,total 25 mins if we take IVRS voice into account ).

I have raised a ticket,hoping it would be sorted out soon.I an ashamed of being one of the airtels old customer(from 2007).

After so much request our fixed landline no got shifted on 16/02/2017 with the represent no 04448511293 here i request to brings the same fixed landline no 04443526416 to be fixed in the given address, we are using for official purpose please rectify my problem as soon as possible. thank u.

I got the attached message on 6th march 2017 at 6.52 pm which was about the recharge of 147/-Rs giving offer of 14GB free data (0.5GB/day) and free local+std Airtel calls for 28 days. So we did recharge after 5-6 min on same day, but i didn't get the benefit. I did the complaint in your CC service(198) but the complaint was not resolved. Pls give us our recharge benefit, or don't send the fake messages.

I have brought new airtel postpaid sim No:9108440444 as per case knowledge. The Airtel customer Sales Executive Explained Rs 499 plan.1postpaid connection. 2.3G hand set available 3.6GB Data free. Who the person Mr.Madhu Airtel Executive collected my documents for activation and Rs.300 charged and gave bill without TIN No, Signature. I asked to Mr.Madhu airtel executive about Rs.499 plan same explained above mentioned plan. As on 7th day March 2017 Airtel sim (9108440444) activated after a 10 days I am not able to 5GB data and got doubt to call centre.

As on 20 March, 2017 registered a complaints on Airtel Company and Executive regarding network not working not able to use net and executive said your not in that plan only one GB Data only. Completely making Airtel company fool the customers and grabbing money from the customers no solution from the call centre indirectly executive supporting cse and Mr. Madhu. I request to Airtel company to refund my money or what promised a plan above mentioned provide me. my request no is 2392498013 & 2392489523 Airtel company named fraud to me with help of call centre and CSE.

All my friend' s not suggest Rs.499 plan Airtel Sim from Airtel Company after activation make fool the customers or Buyers please do not buy Airtel sim. No response from Airtel.

I am very sad to say that Airtel is running with (very poor , not providing complete information, not listening customer voice and disconnecting calls ) services in India.

I recharged with Rs. 349 after getting 3 times confirmation like this plan will work for 12 months. And later from 3rd person m getting correct updates about the validity of 349. If i asked customer care executive complete details about 349. Then they should tell each n every things about calls, data, it will work roaming or not. But giving worng and incomplete information to us they are playing with customer.

As per requeated i deactivated my 349 plan and they said they will return the amount (Mr. Pranshanth & Shiva ) from Airtel. They call themself floor superwiser & floor manager. But money they not returned and making customer fool by saying that they have credited to Main Balance.

Later spoken again with Mr.shiva they are saying due to net usage ur all credited + previous Rs.49 got deduted. But one thing i would like yo inform if my data enabled id disabled from my phone then how its got deducted. Mr. Shiva told me he is going to credit the amount but i never received the amount back from airtel. They say you will receive call back from senior but never i got call. Its all about fake promise & service.

Hence, if any authorized person is avaliable in Airtel then they can contact me on 9945068877. Hope Airtel understand my problem and revert me as soon as possible with solutions.

Now I will never use airtel sim. Airtel stopped my incoming calls.. My num is 8126476200. They are saying go to airtel store. Why I go, I m in my vill and airtel store distance is 110 km. So why I go. Airtel is not thinking about the users problems

The worst worst worst.... Airtel spends its money only for advertisement. Only the adds are right but the sim is very poor. I would like to suggest airtel to stop their services. The only thing is network is good in airtel. Unnecessarily more than 15 pack has been activated in my number. And there is no customer care for airtel. I couldn't talk to them from two days... Worst network ever. Either please stop your services or give good offers. Stop unnecessary activating unwanted packs without the permission of the owner. I couldn't connect to customer care so i have posted my complaint here. Give a good service or stop the services.

My no is 7367805364. As per the daily packs for my number, I was shown that by recharging for Rs 399 , I will get UL calls+ 70GB, 70 days but when I recharged I didn't get the actual benefit. So, I called the customer care and told them my problem. They said that the benefit is not possible for my number because my sim is 2G. They said they will do something on this. (My complaint no.is CBNRD20418672671) Its been 3 days and I haven't received any call from their side. Therefore, my question is if this offer is for 4G sim then why the hell the benefit is shown on my number. I also have the screenshot of it. I recharged and got nothing. My money has gone in vain. Either you people resolve my problem or refund my money. I never expected such worst experience from a renowned brand like you. I trusted your service and you people cheated. Hoping for a positive response.

As per the daily packs i dialed *123*12# for my main balance enquiry offers shown 145=4GB 3g/4g 28 days.. i got 360MB benefit..then i called customer care for my problem then they said i dont have any offer for my airtel number. this is not the valid option for checking balances... how it is even possible.

I have recharged 399 for daily 1 gb data and unlimited Cls for 70 days. After 3 weeks u not providing such data. why u r sending fake msg for recharging. Now i understood jio is better than airtel. bcoz they r not cheating like u. fake network, don't fool the customers.

I have paid to get the installation for airtel broadband.. but they said that they have no connection to my area i.e after the bill payment. i have asked for the re-payment.. but they didnt repaid my money till now. i gave the installation charge before 1 month and they are not picking up the call her name is ms.saraswathi. please take action on my comment.

I have subscribed to Airtel 4GLTE back in 2013 as a backup/alternative for my wired MTNL broadband service and exclusively for my use while I am mobile. I discontinued my Tata-Photon hoping it would serve me well. I was happy till last year with the service and I continued despite my meager use. However, presently the broadband is damningly slow. I am expecting some superior service from the leading service provider of the country. The internet response is abysmally poor, when I want to talk to the call-center executive via toll free number, it is very erratic and always the prerecorded voice says "You keyed in the wrong number", when I want to lodge a complaint, the page opens for payment related matters, the broadband upload and download is very, very slow, the sites are very slow in opening, etc, etc. Is Airtel discontinuing its mobile service and getting more into banking. The download of 45 MB data on 6th July took 45 minutes at a speed not exceeding 5KB/s. I think the Ads you show and the claim is all a hoax. Let the whole population know about it.

I have subscribed to Jio wi-fi a couple of months back and believe me it took less than 5 minutes to do the same job. It seems with the advent of Jio, Airtel has quilted under pressure. Now Airtel strategist, find out who is superior.

Do some soul searching, get trim and fit, and focus to your primary, core business which elevated Airtel into a mammoth enterprise. Do not let the sun set in you.

Kindly check the services which you are providing to us. We are trusted customer for Airtel sim... but if you are not resolving my issue..i will not use this airtel sim and i will post on facebook as well.

In 3 years i have bought 2 times new sim of same number by giving charges of RS.25 and submitted id proof again. Now i had gone to airtel store care at vikas marg delhi. I had words with one executive, but he has not provided me any resolution and rudely words with me. He said that you need to buy new sim again. What is happening? I will not buy again and again same number sim, if you are not able to provide service or network signal.

I put 399 on August 15. And after using two days the data balance has been finished. I called to the customer care service and they informed me that I have no more data.. I am shocked . How can it be possible. I didn't aspect this kind of inconvenience from Airtel as I'm a old airtel user. However I decided to leave from Airtel. It's become such a cheater company.

Its been two days that i have taken my airtel tv connection and still the channels have nit been activated. I kept calling customer support for help and even the airtel office near my area. they have carelessly handled my complain no response as to what should I do. Only thing that they keep saying is that it's not our fault it's the IT people's fault... really bad customer support from you guys very disappointing.

Nowadays airtel is cheating with the public. The 399 pack writes in front of 84 days with unlimited calling and side 1gb data / day.When this person recharges, then his recharging ends in a month and the company is your old.You put a QM in another 4G handset.Thieves are Airtel's Jiao has reminded his authors that the money will be discontinued in 2 minutes. Airtel is a thief.

Kindly inform you that i m airtel customer and i have complain regarding notwork problem on dated 27.08.2017 and again called 31.08.2017 but not solved and due time given me 04.09.2017 and again called 04.09.17 but not solved again called 08.09.2017 in this period i talk to senior supervisor staff but no any action taken by Airtel staff last there is still network problem and not given any responses only sympathy given by airtel staff. i request you if no any action taken then next time i will appeal in consumer office regarding my problem....!
