I hav a vivo y51l phone this phone a 4g preferred 3g pre 2g. But Problem is i hav a 4g data only. So 4g network is gone and 3g auto connected so my main bal. Is debited. so plzz help me... and update software for LTE only.

Vivo y66 should have lte only and it should have pattern lock, fingerprint lock and it should have nougat version. Vivo is so bad company. For which are you taking money, making their customers fool, this vivo phones doesn't have a simple fingerprint lock. Vio y66 cost 14990 and it doesn't have nougat version. Redmi note 4 has nougat version but this vivo phones doesn't have it.

My battery was not working properly with in 1 hr it was decreasing to almost 20 to 30 %.

Hi, I cant seem to move my apps to my external memory card. I noticed that it keeps on saving in my internal memory and my internal storage is almost full. help me out please I'm a new vivo phone user and it's very disappointing.

How can I rename again the folder for video lock in my phone because I accidentally written a random name in the folder (dont delete this folder). Now it cannot even be read by the phone and left as an encrypted file.

Vivo y51L mobile phone 2 and 3 Year old model for company system and software update 5.1.1 not coming to 6.1.1 ,7.1.1,8.1,9.0 and others company mobile phone but update and software updates 2 and 3week to my mobile phone vivo y 51L but 5.1.1 not a updated.

Sir, i recently purchased vivo v7 mobile. I am very happy with its features but only one thing made me soo sad. The colors occur in this ph are very dim snd dull but the same are look very colourful in other phones..Purchasing a mobile worth 17,000 vthout proper colours is waste i think.. I want u to resolve this problem as early as possible..its not even having full HD display..soo please look after my problems snd try to solve and reply me or provide sn upgraded version vth bright colours and full HD display..its waste vthout exact and proper occurence of colours.. Please take necessary action otherwise this product value may decreases.

1 vivo handset purchased in last month dated 14/06/2018 modal VIVO V5 S.But handset not proper work. already 2-3 times handset deposit to service centre but issue still not resolve. Error showing SYSTEM UI IS NOT RESPONDING. Error is coming after net data on. Pl help ASAP.

As per service engg-came in service centre and deposit the handset. Boss itna time kiske pass hota hai Baar baar sevice center ke chakkar lagaye. I am already working in JIO. so free time not available. Pl reslove the issue otherwise change the device.

vivo s1 ka face lock thik nahi h mera dost laya tha uska face lock pada tha mere face se unlock ho gaya ..aise hi shop bale ne service center bale ne 3 mobile diye tino me same problem hui...iska video service center balao ne bhi banaya tha.. I have this mobile vivo vz1x - 8gb ram / 128 gb storage but I feel my display frame is hanging over lot. But what I do. Last 8 months ago i was Erase my vivo v9 mobile like this reasons. But I know that your mobile is totally same no one better your mobiles each other. so If u like we are relationship stay long time so solve this my problems otherwise I'll chnge my mobile and baycott your Brand. Seriously I like your cell phone but I was wrong.

I sell some Vivo mobiles to my customers which they like very much but they are very exppensive for me. That why i buy it from someone else then. How can i get directly from company?
