I am having Suzuki Access125 with Amco bettery. There is a major problem founded in battery. Battery is in guarantee (purchase date- 3/8/2015) When I visit to authorised dealer (Axar Batteries in Navsari) he return with only charged it 2 times by replying that battery was sent to company for report and than not working properly for a Single day. So, Now I am going to GRAHAK SURAKSHA for claiming New bettery and will sue against the Company for third class service.

I want some help from amco service like for new vehicles battery complaints are coming we want service to give warranty for batterys. Before one amco dealer came to our dealer starting there are giving good service. Now days no service giving, so many times calling to battery vendor but no response. In our service station amco battery no one asking amco batteries, that's the reason they are not giving service. so,kindly we need service warranty for batteries.

Dear concern, I have purchased a car battery of Amco, and there is 3 years warranty available on it, but in the first year it is declared damage by the machenics. Request you to kindly arrange to replace the same on priority.

Very difficult to face to customer in competition era. Customer claim battery not processed problem with me so many months ago sent to murtijapur but yet not clear. Even company service eng mr pawan also not take any strong action. Stock not available, Battery not in date. Etc excluded

Battery claimed from last so many months. Now customer told a very hopeless service from amco company now customer n we think very Small word for third class service of amco company, company not focus on its employees of service.

I have purchased Amco CATz5Lb 1ZL7 919299 Battery for my Two wheeler through A5 Batteries New No.219,272/2 Kilpauk garden Road,Chennai 600 010 vide their Bill No.6753 dt 01.05.2018,which was not functioned after a six month then you have replaced with new battery CAT Z5LB 1ZHB 060161181 dt 15.11.18., Subsequently the new battery was also not functioning after a year approximately, I approached the battery dealer A5 Batteries on 07.12.2019 they ask me to check 3 working days i.e. 11.12.2019. I went and approached them on 12.12.2019 they said the Amco Batteries Limited are not willing to replace another battery because they already provided the new battery replacement(on 15.11.2018). Also they said only one time only they will replace the battery even though it is in guarantee period.

As the above purchase is under Two year guarantee period I request you to issue a fresh battery for the same.

Battery in warranty 30 months. i buy your amco company battery and after 22 months battery problem on bike. please contact me and replace battery.

This is kumaran honda service station rasipuram -637408. customer give the vehicle to the service station. Due to starting trouble, we check the battery on battery tester found low voltage. After put the battery charger but not charging again, shows the low voltage. we collect battery warranty card from customer side and arranged the warranty process. we spoke the amco vendor do the warranty process and change the new battery, but he said, purchases from our vendor only cover the warranty. i am not satisfied this answer, i have two warranty batteries but no response and our customer also not satisfied. so many many times we called but no one response. i dont know who is the concerned person, another competitor do the good performance and good response but amco give the worst service and response. please do the needful, contact immediately take some action - 8098670707, rasipuram, namakkal (d.t) -637408.

I purchased one Two wheeler battery (Super start type -CATZ98) Sl-no- LIH7-525497 with 30 months guarantee at -Angul. Odisha on dtd-13.12.17, as i aware that no maintenance needed on that product during purchase but the battery doesn't work two years after then i request to replace it on 08.09.19 as well replaced done with a new one on dtd- 09.11.19, this one damage on 31.07.20. Due to covid-19 not able to getting chance to communicate when i reached the shop after 10 days later the service provider reply that you have to purchase new battery this one gone and i ask how within one year or less then one years product got damaged. i'm very hopeless after hearing that... this is the service provided by the Amco battery.

I had purchased amco battery last year 2019 july, but now it was not working yet, and so that i asked for warranty claiming before 20 day but not yet new battery were came to me. If i voice raised on store, they were said, amco battery were not responding to us, amco service man is not at all picking up the call, because of AMCO BATTERY My bike were spoiling day by day. this is way ur treating ur customers,if ur not yet done this then dont give warranty for Amco Batteries. This is service worst ever i seen, Always ur side is said like ,its not in stock , its not in stock, just go for an action sir!

I need to start the bike daily by pushing behind. Once it get charged for 20min then it works.

नमस्कार सर मैंने दिसंबर माह में बैटरी खरीदी थी वह मार्च में खराब हो गई तो कंपनी ने बदल कर दे दी लेकिन अब फिर से खराब हो गई है हम बदलने गए सर्विस सेंटर पर तो उन्होंने कहा कि बैटरी सेवर ऑनलाइन ही बदली जाएगी ऑनलाइन व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर कर दिया है लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं दे रहे मेल भी डाल दी है कोई रिस्पांस नहीं है कंपनी का कंपनी की गारंटी 18 महीने गया बजाज पल्सर 150cc 9 एंपियर की बैटरी है जो कि बदलनी है कृपया कर इसे जल्द से जल्द बदलाव आए शिकायत यह है कि मैं लगभग 8 दिन से इसे बदलने के चक्कर में लगा हुआ हूं और आने जाने में मेरा काफी समय कोई खराब हो चुका है

This is bringing to your kind notice that, I have purchased a BATTERY for my ACCESS 125 scooty on 31-12-2021 in VISAKHAPATNAM. Apart from that, While purchasing the BATTERY ther shop person where i have purchased said, Warranty will be available for 2 Years or 24 Months. As per that, I used the same.

Now, On 07-06-2023, I got an issue with the BATTERY that the vehicle self starting not working properly.
With that, I visited the shop where I had purchased the battery. Then they suggested reach out to the AMCO vendor near MADDILAPALEM.

As he suggested, I approached the vendor for a warranty. But they refused for warranty, As the AMCO company stopped all the operations. Due to this, We can't provide the WARRANTY at any basis.

Now the concern was that, If the company stopped operations, Why should i face issues for warranty, as i purchased earlier and having warranty to claim.

I would like to bring to your attention that the battery in question is still within its warranty period. I was asked to take this battery only because of its best quality and table warranty. But now my mechanic is saying that no one is responding.

Some say the company has fraud and closed the company. But I Don't think so, being with such a big amalgamation group.

I purchased 2 battery, one for Bike and one for Car, both are stopped before warranty period, when I am discussing with retailer he denied for battery replacement ( National Battery - Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan (322001) ), what can I do regarding this. Not getting any support from anyone, I am buycot this company products if I am not getting any resolution.
