it is informed that NSC is a government of india undertaking and the corporation is having 52 airtel mobile connection but frequently it has been observed bill for mobile no.9891210216 and landline connection no. 45610216 for the month of 02/03/2017 to 01/04/2017 amounting to Rs.592.80 and Rs.1723.33 respectively has been paid by vide cheque no. 220673 dated 12/05/2017 [State Bank of India] amounting to Rs.2356/- and at the sametime an amount of Rs.2301/- .has been paid for the period 02/05/2017 to 01/06/2017 for the aforesaid no. and accordingly it has been observed that the previous balance of Rs.1923.91 has been added in the bill for the period 02/06/2017 to 01/07/2017 . The concerned bill is pertaining to Dr. S.K. Yadav, Addl. Gen. Mgr[HR], NSC, Beej Bhawan, Pusa Complex. It is informed sch kind of problem is frequently taking place and the concerned person preparing bill from your end is not taking due care and every now and then and the Corporation is facing problem in rectifying the same. In this connection, it is requested to furnish the fresh rectified bill in respect of aforesaid connection.

This matter has been brought to the notice to our Hon'ble CMD, and he has taken a serious view about it and it is hereby intimated that if such kind of problem are not rectified in time, the the National Seeds Corporation Limited would be in position to adopt other mobile connection plan.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I have buy 499 plan from airtel. They said that in this plan you just need to pay 499+ Tax. and you get facilities like Unlimited STD and Local calls from any company mobile.+ 5GB data free.

When I get my bill I surprised to see the my bill. it was rs. 1230.36/- airtel make the fool to me. He charged extra from me. While I have paid 250 rs. in Advance and 11.78/- my prepaid balance with airtel. So how they send me extra bill. It means they want reduce the goodwill of airtel.

I have humble request to you please update my bill as per plan which is 499 And also mines my advance payment of rs. (250+11.78 =261.78)

As per my calculation this bill should be:

1. Plan Amount = 499/-
2. Outgoing calls = 42.40/- (in roaming 24+13.80+4.60)
Total Amount: = 541.40/-
Add CGST@9% + 48.726/-
Add SGST@9% + 48.726/-
Total Amount of bill = 638.852/-
Less: Advance Payment = 261.78
Total Payable Amount = 377.072/-

I just pay of rs. 377.072/- as per your plan.

Please send me revised bill asap (bill is attached with mail).

Kindly deactivate/close my airtel post paid no . I want discontinue this number. Reason being that I am absolutely disheartened by the serviced offered by airtel.the net does not work and i even complained about it but nothing was done about it.today i visited three airtel stores. nobody helped. rather i was only misguided. thus i had to bear all the discomfort of driving from one store to another and in the end got no help. I pay a bill of approx 1000rs every month and this is the kind of service airtel gives then it is certainly enough to tolerate airtel anymore. i earnestly request to please help me settle my bill and close/deactivate my number forever. I would be obliged if i get atleast this support from airtel.

I had been rechargef Rs. 102 on dated 08 July for 5 days 1GB 3 GB Pack. But since 8 July I can't able to use any application and website till date. without using , my 1GB pack will lapse today. I had contact customer care two times and inform my problem.But my problem not yet solved and will lapse today without using a single day. I request u, pl solve my problem and extend duration.

Dear sir, i continuously call on ur complaint no. 198 since 7 days but my issues are still on and your customer care dept. i hv paid the due amt but no recharges hv been done yet. i hv enter my complaint on every call but no benefit, im so frustrated. I made payment of Rs 421/- during its week of July 2017 for My landline no. 0172-4651218 but no cash back has been given so far. Please look into this ASPECT and allow me cash back as admissible.

I recharge my airtel number 9987871793 for 195 by offer in my sim card for 1gb and unlimited talktime for 28 days the recharge was done the msg was recived but but i cant use that offer. I have a proof for done the recharge pls return my money as that same offer or ordinary recharge pls sir.

I have applied for SIM transfer from Tamilnadu region to Karnataka region on last month. Till now my sim is not activated, but am getting range, am presently in delhi how can i activate my SIM as soon as possible.

Hi, My name is Saurabh. I have ported my number to airtel 8278330119. The offer given was infinity 499 in whch 15 gb of data was there for 3 months. Instead , I was given only 5 gb. I feel cheated and fooled. 121 is saying to install my airtel app, in which the option will appear to claim. I tried , but there is no option was found in my airtel app for my number. I am using iphone 6s.

Please resolve else please do not fool new customers.

And retailer told me that i can call anywhere in india on the other network or airtel at free of cost. i have asked with the customer care he also told the same thing. and now from tomorrow i am not able to call on any number. your customer care is saying that now i have completed my 3000 min thats why i will not call to any number. he does not clear this think on that day when i have taken this sim.

I have shifted my residence from E1602 Brigade Metropolis to S10 Sai Green Apartments and have been provided with Airtel Broadband/landline connection with the same Airtel Landline Number i.e. 080 -49537185. May I request the following tasks be carried out:

1. The intercom against my phone number at Brigade Metropolis be de activated ( CENTREX Deactivation)
2. I have raised a complaint No 85250936 against my current telephone connection on Friday July 21, 2017 at 12:40 p.m. for malfunctioning of my current internet connection. I was informed that my complaint will be attended within 24 hours then I was informed on Saturday July 22, 2017 at 10:25 a.m. that another 48 hours is required to attend to my complaint. This complaint may kindly be addressed as expeditiously as possible.

I have been using Airtel Broadband connection for ever so many years and I would like to place on record the wonderful service that I have received from Airtel Customer care and the band of technicians/executives attached to it.

Your network not properly work last two month. Even in our home no service massage on moblie screen. Sometimes my client call me they always complaint me your mobile is switched off when my cell never switched off even i am in coverage in network. i cant use of data pack when my data pack bundle every month is lapsed unused. kindly M request u pls resolve my problem otherwise i ll be force to my cell portability to another company

Sir, I have used airtel prepaid connection. My Airtel No.8979756328 is not swapping. Mail was sent to u regularly through sh. mohit gupta airtel distributor of Khurja. Please resolve my problem.

I have recharge my Airtel number 9868311313 in 25th July,of an amount 349,which gives unlimited local and std call and one Gb net every day, but my net pack is not activated. i can share the screen shot of the msg as well. Plz chk and revert.

Postpaid, now plan changed before 4days,for netpakage sms shows that after post paid amount this plan Rs499/will be activated but not activated till this date may be activated early.

Last night 1:07am in my account there was 35rs deducted without any reason and without I can do. It is very very wrong way to deduct balance such a this type. I am really worried about this type of activity from your side. Please do a strictly action of this and get back to my money as soon as possible. Another I am decide to change your network. I can also put a complain but no one gives my answer and no one solve my issue. Thank you for writing to airtel. Your reference number is PR072800358 , we will get back to you in 2 hours. This one send a msg from your side and this is my complain number. Sending you a msg more than 2 hours. But there is nothing solution from your side. Last there was 35 rs deducted in my account. My mobile number is 9601665442. Without I can do anything they was deducted this amount. Last 6 years I I am with this network. And no one give a proper answer regarding my issue. I have a 5 times post my complain after all they are not give any answer. So lastly I am decide to change my network. Service is very poor any balance deducted any time.

Hello, this is manpreet and I'm using airtel connection for around 4 years. I am not getting any special offers as airtel is giving to their new customers so I'm not happy with your service. You should give preference to your old users too.

I got my new sim and activated in Chennai...but I live in Ooty. I'm not able to connect to internet... it is only possible if I ON data roaming and even if I connect to internet I'm not able to download anything and it's very slow. I'm very disappointed with the airtel. They never provide a good service that I expect from this network.. Other network like idea; jio; vodafone and other private network provide much better service than this.. I have more than 4 broadband and more than 5 postpaid connection of airtel and I'm going to disconnect all these connection.. The biggest mistake I make is after taking airtel connection. They always discriminate their customer on the basis of their relation with them.. I suggest to all my well wisher my friends and to all whom I don't know to not to take airtel connection in their life..

349 note unlimited calls. 300/day minutes and weeks 1200.... 300×7=2100... very bad airtel, very bad company.
