Went there for a group of blood test, but they didnt do a complete test. They left one Hb test even though it wast told to them to perform all required test. Now they are asking again to take a blood sample and asking for extra money to do it. They are just looting and wasting our time.

We the Sanjivani Diagnostics , from Sivasagar a Collection centre for SRL in assam would like to inform you that on 09.07.2015 a blood sample was sent for Ig E estimation. But on 03 rd day i.e. on 11.07.15 patient argued for the reports which could not be delivered, though we told to collect her after 05 day. But patient did not listen to us and wanted her money back which we had to pay back. This is to inform you to kindly cancel the charge against the sample.

I sent mail on 3rd I am not able to see reports on your site. pl send reports at above mail and my ID Mohali fortis is 108360

I am a retired Chief Engineer and a senior citizen. My query is, why SRL can not issue bill on the name of anyone of the parent when: their college going children undergo pathology tests @ SRL ??? My wife is working and has a facility of reimbursement for all her medical expenses BUT not for our children.

Request kind consideration and needful from top management with a reply to this message.

SRL Lab is located 300 meters away from my residence in KHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI,and, we are otherwise satisfied with their services.

I don't know SRL diagnostic provide correct report to patient or not. I have received my father report so on 1 page his name mention correct Rajesh Srivastava and on 2nd page mentioned that Ramesh Srivastava. Really doubtful for us.

I have been booking my appointment since two days from online app for home collection but no one turned up... I received a confirmation call twice from your head office but still no one turned up to take samples. kindly pay attention nd take a strict action.

मैंने SRL diagnostic के राबर्ट्सगंज , सोनभद्र , उत्तर प्रदेश , पिन -231216 के एजेंट राकेश सिंह को अपनी पत्नी के ferritin , D dimmer, CRP और RBS का टेस्ट करने के लिए दिनांक -01/05/2021 को ब्लड सैम्पल दिया था जिसकी रिपोर्ट उन्होंने 2 may को देने का वादा किया था लेकिन आज 4 may को 4.15PM तक रिपोर्ट नहीं दिया अभी तक कम से कम पचास बार टाल मटोल कर चुके हैं l पक्की रसीद भी नहीं दे रहे हैं l मेरे भतीजे को फ़ोन करके उठवा लेने की धमकी भी दिए हैं l मैं बहुत ही परेशान , चिंतित और भयभीत हूँ l

Blood sample of my wife Mrs Santosh jalan was taken for test CRP, DDimmer, ferittin & RBC on 01/05/2021 by the collection agent of Robertsganj,Sonbhadra,U P Pin -231216 named Rakesh singh he told that the report will be given on 02/05/2021. Sorry to say that after so many reminders the agent only misguided but TV not given report upto 9.20 PM of 04/05/2021. Not only this but I paid a sum of Rs. 4000/ to the agent and after so many reminders he given a fake receipt. Though i made a complaint to the customer care still i am waiting for report . My patient is waiting for the report for further treatment.

I had taken a package from srl lab Ranjit avenue Amritsar for all my tests and paid extra for calcium test
on 13/6/22 morning
They gave me reports that mentioned my cholesterol level 296
and Thyroid panel serum T3 106.90
T4 12.50
TSH 2.277 That means i need medication for thyroid
I could not believe as i never had thyroid Then i went for thyroid and cholestrol test again on 14/6/22
and result was shocking my cholesterol level was 263 and thyroid panel

T4 144.60
TSH 2.11

Really disappointed from the services, chasing for my reports from last 10 days. Will never ever even look at SRL for any testing. Done a huge mistake for choosing this lab. Bad behaviour from lab people (Sector 53 Gurugram , 1st for)

Unprofessional and negligent behavior of the staff (SRL Diagnostic - Sainik colony Jammu Sector C). We have requested for AHM+ test that needs to be done after medication and specifically needs to be done on the 2nd or 3rd day of the menstruation cycle and instead of AHM+ they have done AHM only. We have reminded them at least 3/4 times that AHM+ (plus) tests need to be performed. The amount they have asked, we have paid them however, our effort to remind them was a complete waste as they put in the wrong test code!!! Now, when we asked for a refund since an incorrect or partial test was performed (we don't know actually), now they are delaying this every day asking us to followup after 5 or 10 mins!!

For the worst Service reach out to SRL!!!!
