when i try to order a product after completing the procedure of ordering it, at last it every time shows that the following item can't be delivered on the address even if i provided the valid address it still shows that it can't be send on that address......plzzz help me what i have to do?

Mohd you have to order in another city. ex- you are ordering the product to Allahabad it is not so you have to order in another city.

I have taken Lenovo 7000 from flipkart. from the day one i have problem with mobile that, it is blinking vigorously, now it is making noise even in the rest,I had contacted customer care thrice but the problem is not resolved. Now i am scared to use the mobile, because it is making sound as click, and extra blink. I want to return this mobile immediately.

I bought LAVA IRIS WIN 1 order no: OD303130641694931500 on 16/06/2015 at 16:09 through Flipkart. It was delivered on 18th or 19th June 2015 the device is not working properly. Please help.

Hello, My name s himanshu shinghal. here i am sharing my very bad experience with flipkart even 4th times... 4th times i order shoes and all the 4th times i received another product. Recently ordered - Foot lodge Stylish and Elegant Casual Shoes and before that i ordered-

1- Loafer
2- Loafer
3- Ladies bellies

But unfortunately all the 4th time i received wrong product....what the hell is happened to flipkart sellers or management they all are doing their job or they are making fool to their customer. Even i had a good faith on the flipkart but now a days i think they do not want to work properly if u guys are really not in mood so plzz tell to ur customer that we r now off....and plz from the next time be careful for the product whatever u r sending to the customer. Even i have a great suggestion for u guys ...now make a proper team who cross check the all products before delivering to the customer.

I bought Moto G 3rd generation today but it doesn't have File Manager option and also not pre-installed Audio/Video players. And I can't able to set a song of my choice as ringtone.. Somebody please help me.

I would like to inform you that I was going to order a Motorola X play mobile(32GB) through my flipkart account. But at the last moment after giving every details of my debit card and amount of Rs.19999/- , a message from ICICI bank with a transaction ID showing payment has not been made successfully, though same amount has been debited from my account. Kindly look into the matter.

Last month october 2015 17th i buy a phone in flipkart .The model was swipe elite 2, it had a problem from nov 21 2015, the problem was i restart my mobile elite2 it ask privacy protection password but i could not make anti theft mode. what can i do?

Flipkart is the worst online service I have seen. None of there any customer care no are correct. Cant get a order in time. Worst in all online services. Just an extra app like a dust in my mobile. I am deleting this app and also deleting it from my all friends mobile.

I received the watch on monday (22/5/17) night. While insert the sim in the watch, the watch not respond to the sim. The watch shows no service but the tower is full on the watch. So,please service or exchange the smart watch quickly.

I have ordered a fashion valley cotton dress for mom and canvas shoes for me. these items were delivered to address perfectly that flipkart shows. But flipkart is very irresponsible, rushed, hope breaking, disgusting company cause when on the date of my two deliveries was came.... flipkart send me massage that two deliveries were cancelled.. like*****.......i don't like this company.

The ekart services have really come down... very bad experience with Flipkart service as i was been informed by the flipkart customer care department that i will b getting my product delivery on 28 th june.. which i failed to get any information regarding the product. Today again i called up the customer care department the same story i heard from the flipkart executive but still today there is no update about my delivery but as per my flipkart account it is clearly showing that my expected delivery date was 28th June 2017 bt today fortunately the date is 29th June. After lodging several complaints so many times still no action has been taken.. these days the Ekart executive also sometimes does not show up instead of him he send a local person who is not working with flipkart who actually comes to give delivery demands for cash who is in reality not a staff of Ekart. some nuisance is happening while shopping from flipkart, where we people being the customer receives a sms from ekart which clearly states cash or card we can use at the time of payment after getting the delivery.

I have place an order for dell inspiron 3542 (4th generation ci3/4gb/ 1tb/ note book vide order no OD404971429219656000 but unfortunately it was delivered dell inspiron 15 3000 series with a defective key board. It was notice in my knowledge during its proper use. Before that it was just kept in my house in packed position. I am very much astonished when it is become my knowledge that the item has been delivered wrongly and defective from such a big and reputed flipkart company. I am in a very much trouble to operate this defective system with key board. I have lodge the complain through mail but till date no answer has been received or no change/rectification has been made from the flipkart co.

I got wrong product delivery of coffee mug instead of my order of pack of 100 glucostrips of Dr. Morepan from flipkart. Wrong delivery was done 0n 27th of june. I registered complaint on 1st july. but false commitments & false reply has given by flipkart.Till date I didn't get the product replacement .Helpline is a big painful experience. you have to call repeatedly to register your complaint. I called for 10 times in a day. Its very poor experience I got from flipkart. Any solution for this problem? Or By whom & when this issue will be resolved?

I had ordered a welch allyn ophthalmoscope. The ophthalmoscope provided is fake, has no lenses and definitely doesnt belong to that company. i tried to return the product. Next day someone rang two rings on my phone and then cut off. Msg came saying we are unable to contact you. Today no one called, got another message saying you were unable to contact me. I order a new mobile lenovo vibe k5 note 32gb gold colour on my axis bank credit card.and returned on same same day because of that day im not there.so returned and canceled that mobile.then after 2days again i booked another mobile same 64gb and black colour on my axis bank credit card.but the problem is 2 mobile emi is generating.im taken only mobile.previous mobile emi also generating. how its possible. how can i stop if not i am raise legal action on that. plz give me solution.
