My Huawei Honor 6 is got in reboot loop, its repeatedly restarting and showing honor logo, again restarts. if i plugged it to charging then phone functions OK, bt as i plugged out my phone its start restarting. Plzz guide me.

I have been facing a issue for the last 6 months or so , had called your service center also but did not get the desired support.

Issue : All of sudden the address book , call list , SMS screen becomes blank, cannot retrieve the no for making outgoing call , incoming call does not show the number. Your call center gave me many suggestions..

1: remove google account , switch off , switch on after 20mts re add google account
2:Go to apps select contact remove cache and force stop , restart the Phone.
3:Backup data and to a factory reset.

I have done all this and the phone runs ok for a week and again it is same story , I require your support in getting this corrected immediately.

Since last 2 weeks I have a problem with honor 4x mobile that when I touched a battery in settings it shows mobile network signal. I called a customer number he said wipe your data & reboot, I reboot it again my problem is not solved since last 2 days I went to service center he install the software & he said your mobile is fine. I am having same problem so can I get a better suggestion about the mobile network signal in my mobile??

I had purchased honor powerbank 13000Mah on jan 13, 2016 from flipkart (OD204948273456913000). It is not working since 4-5 months. Power bank is getting charged but it is not charging phones. I have taken honor 6x 3 weeks ago and now mobile display is showing problem. The display is turning yellow in colour, sometimes showing three yellow lines. The mobile has not fallen at all.

sir, i am using huawei modem E8231, and using idea network. the problem is modem is not connecting in 3g network, connecting only in 2g network. from yesterday morning onwards, after updating the huawei modem firmware version to 22.618 from earlier version 21.001. Upadated version of memory 24.9 Mb or 25 Mb. the upadating process done in huawei modem home tab [link - http://192.168.8.1/html/home.html], not upadated from any other website. yesterday 2-3 times only modem is connected in 3g network and automatically it is converted into 2g network itself without changing any settings, after consuming of some data or intially itself changed to 2g network.

yesterday i hav done resetting the modem after contacting your customer care executive, they have given this advice resetting the modem for 30 sec, but after that also modem is connecting in 2g network only. in settings also [ dial up - then -network settings ] it is showing - support 3g networks - check box, right mark symbol for enabling it and network search in AUTO, MANUAL Modes. i kept in manual mode, i have seen various networks available, in that it is taking settings of - IDEA 2G (REGISTERED) defaultly., after changing this setting to IDEA 3G (AVAILABLE), modem is connecting in 2g only, but not in 3g.

So , please solve this problem sir because from yesterday onwards this problem is effecting my bank exams preparation. Pleae help me sir, by resolving thi problem as early as possible.

After upgrading Nougat Version to Oreo, I am facing battery draining fast and low brightness issue on my honor 8 lite and the functionality also not good of Oreo version on honor 8 Lite. So want to degrade Oreo to Nougat Version. Plz give me any solution.
