The geyser purchased at Chennai - around 11 - 12 months old is not working. Unable to get service. Pls depute a technician to rectify the above geyser. I am not sure if it is having warranty. If not in warranty, still I am prepared to pay for the services.

On behalf of our Apartment i.e. Suryakiran Apartment, 15 No. Khudiram Bose Road, Noapara, Barasat, 700124 in the district of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, I, Shri Prabir Raha (09434614015) let you informed the problems we faced after purchasing 2(two) 1 H.P. Submersible Pump from your company.
1 - Both the submersible pumps (also from your company) which were installed in the year 2011 and 2013 respectively were replaced on 01.05.2016 and 26.11.2016 due to non-functioning after your service provider request.
2- The new ones also facing some problems and one of them was replaced on 10.04.2017 (purchasing date 26.11.2016) due to non-functioning as the warranty period was not over.
3- Boring person told that it is not their problem as well as your service provider told that the pump is O.K.; though we are facing problems as well as tension.
4- Please do positively what you fell correct remembering the good will of your company.

On 28 Apr 2017 purchased Marvel ACGC-PAC201 model Air cooler. But during the operation a bad odour emitting from the cooler probably from the Honeycomb, while the cooling switch in on mode. What is the remedy to get rid of the same. My E-mail dated 01May and 02 May 2017, has no response from your end till date. request acknowledge.

I bought an 1.5 hp submersible pump on 03/04/2017. Recently i had an problem with my submersible pump and it is not working from 13/05/2017. when i called customer care ( 15/05/2017) , they suggested me seyon engineering service and my complaint no :1705059862. The technician from seyon came and checked(16/05/2017) and he said the coil was burnt.so i handed over my submersible pump to my dealer (sekar electricals-errabalu chetty street, chennai-600001). my dealer said he will replace a new submersible pump within two to three days, but still i didn't get the new one. whenever i call my dealer he is saying that he didn't get new submersible pump from the company, due to this problem i couldn't continue my work in the construction site for past 10 days. so kindly replace a new submersible pump as soon as possible and also reply to my message.

I have purchased pressure pump last year and in every two months from the date of purchase I am facing promplem. Sometime the tank was not working properly when that issue was solved after a month next problem created timer was not working and so on. Four months back the tank was replaced now again it was not working. Now I am fed up of your products. Please fix these issue as earliest as possible. Otherwise I have to complaint in consumer court.

I have booked a complaint regarding electrical gyeser since 1 month. My complaint no is 1708102219 , but till date it is not attended by vendor. After one month i had made an inquiry about my complaint to vendor and vendor informed me that he cancelled my complaint as spare parts are not available and there is no guarantee for the availability of the spare parts.

This is the worst post sales service company. 5 days after lodging a complaint no one is bothered to even contact back regarding problem resolution. customer is suffering & company role end immediately after the product sold. no efforts to look into customer grievances.. would suggest not get trapped by buying crompton product.

But the card is not active, for its assistance contacted your partners several times but no response by your side. If dont want to active the card.. take it back And i will thankful to tell you. that we will not place a single order of crompton pumps by next time.

I purchased Geyser (Mode IWH 03PC1) The product is defective and not working properly. I have raised complaints . I requested for replacement of Geyser but he assured that thereafter no problem will arise. But still the issue has not been resolved. Please replace the product and provide the new one.

I have done complaint no (1803066611) regarding my geyser on 14/03/2018. On 15/03/18 mechanic (AHID-8010025621) from the outsource repair agency ie.- Jagdamba service centre that is appointed as service agency on behalf of crompton visited and told me that your geyser 25 litres is leaking and it will be changed within one week. After almost ONE MONTH on 13/04/18 i called Jagdamba service centre on (8130598814) where they told that particular model is not available but your complaint will be resolved in 3-4 days. I called west delhi area manager Mr.SUMIT ON (9643151157) on 17/04/2018. He told me that your problem will be resolved maximum by 21/04/18 as he is monitoring this case on priority basis. Till date nobody called me neither jadamba service center nor Mr. Sumit area manager west delhi.

I suggest you all never buy crompton product as there service is pathetic and i have personally had very very bad experience of crompton service and product.

Sir Jai Hind, I am Durgesh Kumar (Mobile No 8619601808) a soldier from Indian Army. I bought a Crompton Submersible pump 7.5 HP from Faizabad UP in Apr 2018 last year. The cost of the motor was Rs 22000/-. The motor got faulty in the month of Aug 2019 and a complain was raised to customer service of crompton. Then as per direction of service mechanic, the motor was sent to service center (Aaditya Enterprises Faizabad UP). There several defect was declared by service center.

2. Complain No 1809211231 dated 29 Sep 2018. I was told to pay around Rs 10000/-. I received motor repaired by service center and they told to pay Rs 11800/- for repairing. Faulty fitted items neither returned nor shown to customer.

3. I want to know from higher authorities from Crompton motor whether it is appropriate to charge that huge amount for repair whether motor is almost new (one year new motor). Even motor was very less used and got faulty. I am very sure that there is involvement of officers of manufacturer in taking some incentive from service center as I was looted by this huge amount. Thus we are being looted by manufacturer who are producing such poor quality of motor and also by service center.

4. Your company is producing a very poor quality of motor. This may be one of the reason of suicides of the farmers of this country.

5. In view of the above , you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action please.

I bought a crompton geyser online. It was defective and started leaking. On registering the complaint, the engineer visited and told that it needs replacement and will be done within 7-10 days. Now after 12 days have passed, they have not replaced it yet and telling it will take 1 week more. One of the worst service by SD Sales and Services. Tried to contact Sumit Kumar at 9643151157(provided by customer care support), he is not even picking up the phone. Really pathetic service and response from these guys. We are facing lot of problem now.

Hello Crompton team,

Engineer from Crompton visited yesterday to diagnose problem of leakage in the Gyser.
He suggested that there is a manufacturing defect and the unit has to be replaced and that is ok.

My query is that who will be bearing the uninstall / installation charges along with the cartrage fees, why cant you fix it like other companies are doing.

I sent a email to customer care on 30th and still waiting for the response. When can i get a response regarding this.

Is bar Maine customer care phone karke Complaint Note karayi. par ab 3 din ho Gaye koi bhi isko repair Karne nahi aaya. Maine Care par dobara

i am complaining because i am not satisfied with your Customer Care Agency. To resolve this problem i would like you to take an strict action as early as possible.

when i first learned of this problem, i contacted manager AMIT (contact details-9810797607)at your company. He always used to say .it will be done tomorrow. I registered my complaint on 10th April 2019.After that a person came on 13th April 2019 for Visit. He told that a motor must have to be changed.

Till now, Nobody is here to change the motor. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem,
