Very Good morning.
I want to know some technical information about Redme note 4 Volte smartphone. The first thing, is Volte or not? Because I have seen in many sites there was the redme note 4 mentioned as a LTE smartphone. So please make me clear this problem.

Second this that I want to know, Is redme note 4 have (SIM +hybrid SIM )slots or [(SIM + SIM )slots + memory card slot] ? Please make me clear this thing also. One more thing tell me that both SIM are 4g Volte or not?

So please provide these information to me. I feel happy to have these information from you.

Dear sir I have purchased redmi 3s mobile from flipkart.com, this mobile has been lost at saharanpur uttapradesh and also I lived at rajasthan. I complain for lost but no body cooperate with me. And also I wants to lock these mobile customer care not support with me. So please tell me what can I do because a lot of data was in those mobile. I wants to locked those mobile by inv. No. Or any way.

I am facing huge problem from past few hours as my phone is stuck on a black screen with a mi logo on it. its neither starting nor getting off. Really worried abut it, plzzz send me how to fix it.

I bought redmi 3s prime from ebay. In near about 10 months earlier but now I am facing problem in getting manufacturer warranty. My device does not works properly and for the same problem I went to astron computer services, varanasi but they did not listen to me aand said that mi does not give services on mobiles bought from ebay. Is it true ? And one more problem is that I am not able to contact mi india at 1800 103 6286. Please see to the problem and take the required action and contact me at 8604847388.

I ordered redmi note 4 on 12th May 2017 and I received on 18th May 2017. After 2 days when I use the device it works properly but device Over heating. So I replace it immediately... thanks.

i ordered an mi note 4... and already payment for the same. But the order has been cancelled and packet of phone has been returned without any prior information given to me... I am totally disappointed from MI services.

I had xiomi note 4 4gb ram 64gb internal i am occurring a problem in my phone in lcd spots appearance i had replaced my phone lcd in service centre but i am getting same problem but now i am getting problem in speaker cracked sounds with lcd problem i had purchased a new phone in 2 months i had getting 3 problem in my phone i had talked to Xiaomi customer support to replacement of mi note 4 but they are not replacing my phone so please help me to replace my phone.

I have placed an order for redmi note4, for conformation i have called to mi service number, they told me that my order wasn't placed successfully, he told me your money was deducted and will be re-fund within 5 to 7 days, and this is 7th day i have called to mi service care they told me sir your money will be refund within 7 to 10 days. please make sure atleast this time i will get my money back within the 10th day because i have pre-order for redmi note4 again.please make sure to refund my money back in time what you have told. so that i can order for my product as soon as possible. And, i'll send Screenshot for POS transaction which has been done on my card for REDMI NOTE4" for RS.13,748.

I bought a mi max on january this year, but it was recently broken due to an accident, when i took my phone to the nearest service center, they looked into my phone and they said that the motherboard was crashed and it has to be replaced with the front display ...so i told them to order the parts and they ordered it and i received a message too about the confirmation of the order ....But it has been so many days still the parts are not arrived yet. Why? ...I need my phone. Please it's my humble request for you to quickly send the parts.

I never expected that after updating my device from 8.2.0 to 8.2.5.0 my device will have any problem. Updating means more efficient make yr device not to get any problem. so I am very upset with the company's performance.

There's no option available for changing the notification light in my set. Option only for popup notification and battery indicator is available and none others.Also when i exit the messaging app it is not smooth and becomes bit hazzy.

Please replace my charger their adopter have not work properly. I am getting redmi note 4 and korba, chhattisgarh service center they are not provided service. please taken action and charge fine against korba service center and immediately concerned my problem for my new charger a note 4.

In my MI note 4 charger slot is not working..but charger when connected to other phone it is working.. why this is soo??

Sir when i open my mobile the child mode automatically activates nd ask fr choosing apps in child mode bt when i click on ok thn it ask provacy pattern to enter bt i never feed any privacy pattern because of which i m unable to use my mobile ur contact no. Is also busy.

My redmi note 4 having some charging problem. I plug my charger whole night and it jist charge 7 % to 19 %. And i can use 2 orignal redmi charger but still the problem is come in charging. I can suggest my friends and my whole friend circle there is 10 redmi's phone in our group but only i can facing the charging problem Plz help me.

i am facing issue with my 3S model that frequently get hot and hange at lease 5 to 6 times in a day. At service station xiami representative also not able to sort out the same issue and he said lot of same complaints coming for this mode. even company unable to resolve this. i never suggest any one to go for xiami.

When i bought redmi 1s it was very good and my experience was also very nice. It continued till 6 months then the phone started heating up even if i use it for 5 minutes it starts hanging and started heating up as i can make chapattis on it. So, what is the final remedy for it?

My phone 3s prime is locked on some security issues.. i want to unlock it. i have also added my mi account in it.. bt as it was not first mine. so it cant be unlocked..becoz that person has lose his phone no n password too. Kindly help to unlock it.

In this there is a problem of hanging and hearing problem.

Please inform to you that the I shatrudhan kumar our order id no - 5170630370672226 dated 30 june 2017 but till date not received our phone. So please confirm very soon.

I visit mi authorized service center in noida sec 27 (satguru communication) there is no communication between front desk employee and customers. Not having charge cable.. and said out of store. No services, rude behavior, no matter how to communicate with customers. Very bad experience in Mi service center...

Kindly take action asap.
