hi,
i am facing the network issue from last one week in my prepaid sim no.8185948096 full network given in terrace but in the room network is ... nothing please resolve this issue. i am regular costumer of air tel using 2 prepaid and one postpaid sim and Dish TV also use.

I was using 4G Data card for the past 2 years in my Area. But now for the past one week I am not able to use Internet due to poor/No Network in my Area. This I brought it to the Notice of Airtel helpline several times and also went to their Showroom twice. Then gave a mail complaint also . They promised to attend the the problem in 2 hours, 24 hours. But even after 96 hours nothing happened. I am suffering in the same No internet connection. Will they do something to set right this. My No is 7358290376.

I have applied for portability from Reliance to Airtel. After 1 week it has been processed and I received a message please insert new Airtel Sim @11:30pm at night. And since then my both numbers are not working. It is showing no network since yesterday. Please resolve this asap as without phone and no all my work is hampered. Do the needful on top priority.

i just now share 500 mb with my uncle, your airtel app debit the data from his sim, but they didn't transfer to my number, my number has nill data balance, where is that transferred500 mb data? Reply Me fast, your customer care service also worst.

I am not happy with airtel network. while talking to someone my call get disconnected even if anyone calls, they have to try many times after that. they can make me call after trying many time. I have been facing this problem for 3 months. whenever i talk to customer care they always say they will help me but they never. If u r unable to help me tell me so that i will do another things.

Hello , i am using this airtel no- (9910899699) from year 2007, since then i am an active user of this no. It is an issue of over billing .. earlier i was given a plan of rs. 298 in which my calls sms and data were included. which now i have been given that same plan for rs671 without any prior info given to me from ur customer services. they were charging me Rs-671 of my pack n i wasn't aware of that plan rate. that over billing though i thought that, my usage might be high, but it was not, and since march i am not active on this no hardly just 4-5 messages that's it, but they were charging me unnecessarily. Now my no. has been deactivated due to non payment of that excess bill. now i want my no. to be activated and i should be given my best plan and all the info related to it regarding its changes too in near future, Thank you very much - AMIT.

My self Mr Manish Jadhav paid my last month airtel bill of Rs 3959 online when i was paying bill online it showed me unsuccessful for three times and the amount was deducted from my bank account for three times and it was deposited to airtel.

Airtel refunded the amount of Rs 7918 as you send receipt of it but the amount actually was not credited to my account every time I call the customer care i have to tell full story to them. But solution nobody is giving. I have send you the statement of 16th May 2017 by mail.

I am trying since one month for my money that is pending with you. No one is giving satisfying answers and no one is taking initiative for refunding my money. It is near about Rs. 8000. why are you not crediting to my account can any one explaining me. I have not paid my airtel bill last month. Now the call are coming if you not pay the bill we will disconnect. I think thats what you want if I dont pay bill you will disconnect the connection so that the amount pending with airtel you can ear yourself.

Now I have send mail just for formality one call will come from airtel to show that we are caring and he will explain i have forwarded it to my official they will contact you and thats it no call nothing. One message will come we trying to contact you but you are not reachable finish again i have to send mail. This is going on since one month pass.

I had taken Rs 3999 Airtel plan for USA for 1 month. I am not getting the services promised as per plan. Example is each call is being billed whereas i am supposed to get 500 Minutes outgoing calls free etc. Please resolve the issue. 910173691.

Not in good service, very bad service no one can help me. i am very fed up with Airtel postpaid authority. Today is been 12 days without activation my new Airtel postpaid.

Dear sir,
I am hari, i have the issue with your service. from Jan'2017 to till know your people not solve my issue so money time generate the complaint ,but there is no solution. My problem i have not able to recharge through online any websites (airtel & other websites also) But if i go easy recharge. it was success.

Your end there is no solution every time those people tell 48 hrs leak time for recover. but till now problem was not solved. I lost my mobile recently and i take same mobile number also. But again those people are make same privilege only given. because now also i am not able to recharge online (including your official web also)

Note: actually this number changes from Tamilnadu (aircel) to airtel - postpaid (andra) and same migrated to airtel - Prepaid (Andhra).

Pls strength your technical team, this is very slow response. If possible you forward right technical person communication number.

Last three days i am unhappy with airtel my issue are not solve by executive this is not excepted by airtel in this days. i have many lose due to internet service but my problem are not solve.

i m using airtel prepaid number for 10 years. From last 6 day i cant call some numbers. When i called at customer care they told me that there is no mistake by their side. when i call, computrised answer telling me that this is not valid number. how can it possible. Finally i decide to port in vodafone.

I have already pay the airtel mobile bill of Rs 210 and they charged me extra 100 rs for late payment. Dear Airtel Team,
I was not using my Airtel sim for a month and the number is not working. And I found my this number has been allotted to somebody else.

Serious issue is: I had facebook account, Whatsapp number, skype and different banking password on that number and it has been given to somebody else. My airtel number was: 8800318869.

I am in serious trouble.
Please help.

I'm your honest subscriber. Recently I visited USA from 17 th May to 7th of July. Before going I had a talk with customer care for getting international roaming plan & I opted for 149 plan. I never accepted any other plan. During my stay there I made calls through WhatsApp via wifi & did not use phone calls. I threfore request u to correct the bill &continue service. 9870034050.

Hii, I recharged my mobile by the pack of 43 rs, the amount was deducted from my account and was credited with mb, but after 12 am the mb was deducted as, your offer states that the mb will be for 1 day that means 24 hrs, how can you deduct my money then, on calling the customer service and talking to the representative, he states that we are unable help you in this matter or help you with the refund, also when asking him for an complaint link he sates that we don't have any complaint link or service for it also sating that we re the the best customer service provider..I don't think so that you are the best customer service provider , when you states that we can help you further.

I just need my refund credited back to my account in the next 24 hrs that means 1 day here.
