On 10-June we had send mail to you and got reply saying action will be taken. but till now no results and only harassing calls are coming to pay bill. So kindly deduct the dues from our security deposits of phone - 9246338898 and 040-65189898 and pay the balance as early as possible.

Dear Sir Hello, I am your Regular customer i have your 3 tata docomo nos 9034927255, 7404062844, 7404309597. i was very happy about service your network your data packs. But today i am very sad about your wrong deduction about rs 1800 in my no 9034927255. Sir if it was 10, 20, 50 Rs i might have not felt anything but 17-1800Rs is a large amount for a common person like me. So its my kindly requst please solve my problem and refund my amount.

I have closed my Tata photon post paid on April 15 in the Tata photon office in g.n chetty road t.nagar branch. I had paid the bill amount for that month abd for the next month still they call me say to pay the bills for May and June. When I called the customer care for nearly 20 times and told I have closed connection. They told that it is been converted to prepaid and due to that I had to pay who will pay after closing.

This is very bad experience i have visited ever. the customer service executives are not co-opertaive and again n again they are saying just one line "we don't have the sim that's why i can't give" arey if u don't have the solution for the harassed customers then why we will pay u? first thing there are very limited stores are available in kolkata, at first i went at salkia that one was closed then howrah maidan thn sector 1 that one also closed since last 4months. finally i reached at kankur gachi from here they are saying ki yahan nhi hoga.. Wow.

This is to inform you that, I am using your TATA PHOTON Internet connection since last 8 years. previously I used the tata photon plus connection and from the year 2014, I had used Tata Photon Max Wifi connection vide no. 9230080735. That I am facing some connection problem since last two month. That after several calling to customer care, they failed to give positive response to me. Today I visit your Ultadanga office in Kolkata, West Bengal, but they also failed to solve my problem. That, in the above circumstances, I do not want to continue the long relationship with you.

Kindly discontinue the connection from today and oblige.

On 26 August 2017 in evening I done a self recharge of 28 rupees by cheking *123*mob. No.#my balance was then after deducting 28rs. From 59rs. Was 31rs. then I tried several times to make call to my family but yours system was down Idid not get an outgoing call to my family from TATA DOCOMO sim,I tired and stoped. And when i checked my balance it was only 1rs. I get shocked how it happened, i am angry also,i was not in believe that tata docomo can do this. I called to 198 and discuss the matter to the call center executive but my matter not solved. Call center executive said that i made a 2hours of call to a mob.no. this is a cheating and fruad by tata docomo. I want my money back or I will complain to telecom head of India.

On 26 Aug 2017 my balance was 31rs.left after aself recharge of 28rs. Which was done through by checking *123*mob. No.#and in the night when I checked my balance it was only 1rs. Left.how it could be when I not done a single outgoing call through my tatadocomo no. Your system was down in the night of 26Aug 2017 because I tried several times to make a outgoing call to my family. I am very upset and surprise with this experience with tata docomo. my mobile no. is 8961239615.

Hi, i was using tata docomo postpaid and requested to change to prepaid in docomo store on bill generation date and paid bill. They told it till take maximum 7 days to change to prepaid. After 7 days I called to your customer care and they told they will take a request to not to generate bill but It changed after 20 days. why I should pay bill for this, problem is from your side. I am ready to pay only 7 days bill not 20 days.

I feel uncomfortable in docomo network so I decide port my number to airtel. already I submitted all the documents in airtel on 7th September but still I am in docomo only and I am receiving a bill. when I ask in airtel they said docomo only need to cancel customer care people's does no response properly.

My contact number is 8699104900. My contact number belongs to tata docomo.

Yesterday i recharge my number with plan of 93rs by dialing *141# which contains 2 gb 3g internet data for 7 days as said by the company. But they gave me only 500 mb data and also deduct my 263 balance from my account. I am also having a text message of company which i received after activating plan which clearly shows the plan of 93 rs. Following is the text message which i received from tata docomo:

You have subscribed to 3G93 @Rs.93.00 for 7days through USSD. Enjoy 2GB data for 7Days. To check Data Balance Dial *111*1#. Bal: Rs.263.82 at 2017-09-27 08:48,REF ID-19753282.

I request you to resolve my problem. The custmer care refused me to help.

Hello sir, i am rohit sharma from bhopal (M.P). my sim get locked before 2,3 months. when i go to the service center of ktm they tell me for upgrade ur adhar card because your fingerprint are not working. after upgrading fingerprint the bio metric machine not accepting the fingerprint. plz turn on my sim because it's not my fault it's your fault. other wise i will complained because you staff is also not responding properly. do my work i want mt number because it's too much important for me. reply me other wise i will complain.
