I bought new carrier split AC (1.5 Ton) just three weeks back on dt.30.05.2017 and found the non cooling problem within couple of days. I complained it to the showroom owner and at a later stage to carrier customer care but till date my AC is not functioning neither I am receiving any reply from the company. I suppose, this is the worst company I have ever seen with such third grade customer care. I am now going to court of law.

I bought split AC 4 months back, after doing regular cleaning also the AC started giving cooling problem.Last week smoke started coming, I contacted customer care and technician was assigned , after waiting for 24 hours nobody contacted me so I contacted the technician who refused to visit, I again contacted customer care and to my amaze they are saying that I cancelled the complaint. Now 8 days and still I am struggling to fix my AC. Such a poor after sale service would definitely reduce the sale of carrier.

I bought an 1.5 ton carrier split AC 6 months back. The performance was very poor. Not getting cold. Inform the service persons thrice. They tell some lame excuses and go. Don't know what to do. My guarantee period is not yet over. Can any body tell me what to do?

This is my worst experience for using carrier window ac which was not cooling from the date of purchase.

I purchased the Carrier AC last year and my ac not working properly in one year. Manufacturing defect was there in the ac but no action taken by service. AC approx four time cooling not done and service is very bad. so please next time not buy Carrier AC.

I have lodged complaint on 26.09.2017. Again reminded on 27.09.2017 and again on 28.09.2017. But my problem is still existing. No one from carrier company visited so far for the remedy. Very poor service.

Worst AC ever and customer support of the company adds to it. Toll free number does not work. Its been 4 months I have bought the AC and have made 5 complaints. Not at all satisfied with the cooling. Thinking of sending it back to headquarter of this company as anyway its not working.

Surprisingly no one comes to fix it.

First 1yr is. But till now it's giving problem, improper response.

Very worst company as well as service engineers. They act like they have vast knowledge in AC field but whenever they came for maintenance, it created more problems. Very bad response from carrier company. Once I tried to contact a technician he talk with me very rudely.

I purchase Split AC on 21.04.2018 and company installed my ac on 22.04.2018. when we start the ac there was heavy sound in compressor. company men say to me that this is a normal sound. I written complain to the service center. this is very bed experience that any one purchase new products and face this type problem.

Any way now will see when they solve my problem and what action taken by company.

I am using window carrier AC and with in 2 year, i have spent more than 25K in repairing and part changing. They are not giving proper solution, now i have taken AMC for AC and with in one month now we are facing same problem.

Now i am feeling that my selection was not good as all family members are disappointment because of my choice. Please do not buy carrier products as the products quality is very poor.

Yesterday I had talked to customer care for installation of spilt AC he assured me that you will be contacted by 24 hours and installation would be done but till now no body had contacted me and my AC is lying in my house for want of installation. Poor service in Ahmedabad City. Naam bade aur darshan khote.

Worst service, worst product, worst company (Duractiv 1.5 ton split AC).

After four five times of use there is no cooling from the AC and the guy who came every time to service the ac not able to find out the problem even. Fed up.

It is very very bad experience my AC is not cooling properly .Purchased carrier 1.5 ton split AC with 5Star one year back still unfer warranty period . I called to customer care no one is taking call, getting busy with other customer even waited more than 15 to 20 min it is very bad experience.please let me know how can I proceed.

Dear MD

Wish to inform you that your product might be good but the service team of your dealers or HO are not trained to effective AC installation, they are most unprofessional and unethical. The Window AC 1.5tonn is just purchased delivered to our address on 6th June-2018, and was attended for installation on 7th June-2018 by company's engineer. Surprisingly the engineer damaged the cooling coil fin (rear and front) while installing and as well broke the outer body. The vent stick was as well not fixed and kept inside. The grill was not fixed and was just placed with out screws. All this defect was informed immediately to your engineer attended on the date of installation. We are constantly calling your Toll Free# and requesting for replacement of AC as your engineer damaged the new AC and charged Rs1100/- (I believe this money is towards damaging the AC).

We are getting the calls from your office some Sumit from Gurgaon but he as well is very much unconcerned.

Sir, please attend my sincere grievance on top priority with a necessary replacement of whole unit and refunding Rs1100/- which is claimed by your engineer for damaging the machine bought new just 02days back.

I have 1.5 tonne AC so its cooling power is not so good. The room doesn't get cool even after an hour so performance of the AC is not good.

I think purchasing carrier ac was the worst decision of my life. The day i purchased carrier ac, i started facing problems. I am fed with the problems facing due to this third class ac and its services. Every time i am charged with fee for its repair and after 5 to 6 days again it stops working. Either i request company to replace this waste product with new one or I will go to consumer court.

I bought Carrier AC 5 years ago. We have 3 samsung Ac one Lg in total. But unfortunately the most expensive and well know brand like Carrier who is know for quality product has failed to perform. I personally bought this for my bedroom and now I am being mocked upon because of this faulty product.

Every year same issue of water leakage happens. None of the other AC's have this leakage issue. Every year technician comes cleans the filters and takes off, last visit on 13th april 2018 bt they filled in gas. But condensation problem persists. Really disappointed on my decision.
