I have placed a complaint for a new WC Entice, which has installed in my new bathroom. Function is not proper. So my complaint has registered, but whenever calling to Kochi, response was no technicians available. Almost a week now. Finally said 26th monday, some will call. 48 hrs. Service has promised by the dealer. Parryware has to think to improve customer service.
After many reminders person came for inspection and check and assured all this parts will change under warranty but now no response from the executive, when we try to call him call goes unanswered.
I have experienced this kind of after sale service from the brand parryware.
As we are in civil construction we recommend parryware as our premier segment but after this experience we lost confident..
I have complained many times, Side engineers come and they assure that they will forward it for replacement but after sometime complain ticket gets closed without any update and next when you call customer care a new ticket number gets created. I have already spend so much time in followup not sure if there will be any solution to this or it will kept going like this.

Please refer to above-mentioned, it's selling price or full catalogue of items to be fitted for a small sized bathroom.
