I have purchase a titan watch NA1937ymo2 (ydc) from ELMA RADIOS, KADUTHURUTHY, PHONE - 04829 282988 on 02-2016 at an amount of Rs. 2050/. After 6th day the watch is dead, I do not know what happens...the second needle is vibrating, not moving forwarding. tell me what shall I do. may I throw away or can you help me. only 6day...if there any warranty about this matter. expecting a reply. yours faithfully... pokuttappan.

we have purchase above noted watch from grewal watch co. ambala cantt distt ambala haryana on dated 06/11/2015. it was out of order on dated on 09/02/2016 the same day we have reach grewal co. for repairing the watch. they said us that you have paid the cost of display of this watch of rs 250/and your watch will be received you after 20 days with rude behavior. i want to know if this watch is under warranty period why they are demanding the cost of display of the said watch and why they are taking 20 days to repair my watch. if it is true this very bad and poor customer service. system will not allow to do such type of service and behavior with customer regards anmol gahlot H N 1826 SEC 03 KURUKSHETRA HARYANA 136118 MOBILE NO 09466435451.

I have gave my sonata SF watch 2 to 3 times for repair in virar sonata shope ,but still my watch is not working properly.it's has belt remove 2 to 3 times now i put in dusbin. it's was totally very very bad experience with sonata SF watch...dear friend i suggest to u never purchase sonata watch bcuz sonata product and customer service is very poor.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had purchase a watch from pune satara road, pune dealer name Satyam Enterprises on 1st of Feb 2016. model no. is NF3039SM01 worth Rs1895/-. My watch Strap pin was broken, i launched a complain on your above said showroom on 20th of Feb2016, they said will get the new chain fixed from company and given the expected date of 2nd of march 2016. Its reference ID: 216AW01417B11463. If you have the facility to upload the bill i should have done that, coming back to complain, today i am writing this mail and yet not received my watch, even today evening I spoke with your customer care executive Mr. Vikram about the status, it was annoyed to hear from him that still it is pending till date. I request you (Company) to maintain the trust for public. This long sentence i am writing to which itself speak my unsatisfactory level.

I want the solution in short span, help me to get my watch ASAP.

I have purchased TITAN leather strap Design no.10714BB Titan(GC), CAF no.9/0, 20F from M/s, Dayal Jewellery Museum, Gariahat , Kolkata-700019, W.B., vide their receipt no.045, dt. 16/04/2016.

One of the leather clips for clamping the strap detached from the strap within two weeks of purchase. I had gone personally to the seller & requested for repair / rectification & they have told that the repair is not within their purview. I am a bonafide customer of TITAN since last 20 years & have not expected such type of customer service.

One watch replaced and one repaired. Repaired one's strip is turned in pieces as per photo attached.

Kindly arrange for replacement of watch or return money of purchase/ extended warranty. I shall be obliged if you take it as a feedback from a brand loyalist. This may be useful for your Quality Assurance department and do the needful for the existing and future lots.

I bought a titan men's watch on 9/9/2015. Since rust formed on the strap and watch was under the warranty, we gave the watch where we bought they took a ten days of time to replace the strap and returned the watch.

After fifteen days of wearing that watch, now the gold plating is gone in some places. Do we have to go top the shop every month to claim the warranty?. Till this warranty period itself we get all these problems then what about after guarantee?

No middle class people will buy a watch every year. I really dont know what to do for this. The shop may even take another ten days to change the strap but whats the guarantee that it wont have any problem atleast for the next one year?.

I have purchased a Titan watch worth INR 8000 as gift to my Wife, with an extended warranty of 5 years. exactly 2 years from the date of purchase, We met with a minor accident and the Watch Shell glass broke. I took it to Jubileehills, hyderabad Titan showroom.

I was informed that the Company has actually stopped manufacturing this particular Model watches (Variant No 9938KM01) and Cannot replace any part of the watch due to unavailability of Spare parts for this particular Model.
If So,
1. I still the same piece of this variant in the same showroom available. How about the new customer who purchase this model and have a similar problem in couple of days. Are you going to get him a new watch ?
2. What is the use of Extended warranty for 5 years, if you cannot even supply the spare parts in just 2 years. Anyhow, Titan anyways charge for new battery. that doesn't include in the warranty, so what does 5 year warranty insure.

Finally, the showroom guys have convinced me to buy a new watch from the store, where my old watch will fetch me 70% money back (30% of original cost is depreciated) and I received a depreciation note.

Anyhow, this is not my concern at all. My Concern now. Since I got a depreciation note from the store, I tried to find a best watch ... I searched over internet (titan.co.in) and found a best suit which is also 6K + with 10% off promotion (on web store). I rushed to the store and found the same watch (Variant no. 2539WM01) available at a different price 8K+. when confirmed with the store supervisor, about the variation of price in Physical store and web store, he claimed that there is always a variation in the two channels and Online watches are very old manufactured, unsold and hence they promote them at a lower cost. ( the employee himself disqualifies the quality of the product he promotes)

I was surprised to hear that and finally decided to take the watch from Store even if it is at higher price. we selected the watch and were ready to pay the excess amount. Now, There is another twist in the story... The store supervisor again informed us at the billing counter that this watch we selected has also a promotion at the store and I cannot avail my depreciation note on it.

This was ridiculous, since the nobody informed this at the time of selection, nor the executive who briefed about the product didn't even say a word before taking it to the billing counter. There is a huge communication gap between the employees of the same store :-)

Anyhow, we wanted to take the same watch and asked for an alternative to purchase the watch using our depreciation note. The supervisor informed us to avail the watch with depreciation note and excess price after 17th July. Now, we went to the store today, i.e. 18th July 2016. Surprised to hear from the supervisor stating the promotion on the product got extended and I can avail this by 24th July. This is already 5th time, we visited the store (Gachibowli <--> Jubilee hills ). Even after sincere request to inform us on any changes, there was neither communication on availability nor on extended date over promotion.

The VERY BAD part is our Depreciation note provided by the same Titan Store will expire by End of this month and if the promotion extends on the same product for another week, then we will loose a watch worth INR 8,000 and there is no other go, since I CANNOT GET BACK MY OLD WATCH as well.

Now Can Titan people respond and act on this appropriately ASAP. Please provide the email id where I can forward my depreciation note and the model we choosed to purchase.

After making a purchase of Rs 2200 watch company neither provides quality products nor service. The colour of the watch started fading in 16days of actual use. When I complained first they took 1month to answer and not a single level I.e from sales executive to store manager to Regional Head, they talk to us like we are begging from them.

They rejected my complaint by saying that product is not covered under service policy. Now at the time of framing policy is company a God? They know all the defects? Also the regional head replied that the colour fading is because of your misusage. Now which person would after buying expensive watch would misuse and will get into such an harassment? Who would like to talk & get rude replies from you? In Titan as you go to upper level authority at every stage you can experience the way they are taught to react disrespectfully.

What a shame for such a Reputed Company?And now when customers talks this way then they feel bad but just see that customer has crossed the limit of patience.

I had complained for the rude behavior of manager but still no reply on that too.. whether you provide a good product or service we can at least expect that you talk to us properly.

Defective Sonata watch Model no: NG7989PP01J- Ist complaint no:1278714 dated: 21-08-16, not resolved till 28-08-2016. No response from the company officials, service center, help desk team & Titan backend team. Second complaint No: 1287585 is given on 28-08-16 @ 12.35 Hrs, till today no response or feedback even after promised resolution by help line. Sorry to say that this kind of service I will get from Titan company. I purchased my watch on 29/10/15 , but continuously problems I have to faced 3/4 times I have to go for repair. Atlast I return the watch on 28/8/16.at world Titan shop raopura Vadodara. I purchased from their Till date I have not recd any feedback from the company nor dealer.I complain my register on 15/9/16 number mentioned above.on 18/916 and 21/9/16 reminder also given on your toll number. WHenever I call person ask 48 hrs (working) to reply but you can calculate the days ,it's more than 48hrs. If I will not get reply by tomorrow I will walk to customer forum and talk about your service.

I have purchased a watch on 29-7-14 model number-ND1560BM01 from SHREE MARUTHI TIME ZONE showroom Bull temple road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore Karnataka. In the certificate of warranty, the warranty valid for a period of two years from this date. I have given my watch to service on 24/07/2016 acknowledgement TIN NO-29880692108 after two month from service center I got a call and told me watch is ready but I went and collect my watch without repair, my watch worth rupees 4000 after discount i am not satisfied with your service and with your company product also.

It is not a physical damage according to company terms and conditions.please do the needful as early as possible. please reply.

I bought a fastrack watch from a nearby store just 15 days ago. I wore the watch as usual and no heavy work or anything, the strap started to get damaged right from the 4th day of use. I would like to know if you provide me warranty for the watch because I bought it just 15 days ago. i am upset now because i had lot of expectations from fastrack brand and shocked to see the leather strap damage within this short period of use.

Had the worst experience with titan. Purchased a Tommy Hilfiger watch from viviana lifestyle mumbai. Within 4 days of purchase stopped working. And in the last 5 months it has stopped three times after purchase. I demanded for replacement but they are not ready to give replacement. The watch cost is 7995rs. Titan being a brand should be ashamed that they are not giving replacement of a watch which is not working properly since purchased.

Hi Team,

Last week there was a discount watch sales in my company premises. In discount sales, we can't check or wear the watches. Select the watch and pay the money.

i bought three watches, in that, one watch is not working. How come, without working watches are selling in discount sale. You guys are cheating to the customer. it is really bad. Titan is a such a big company and cheating customers, it is really petty.

I showed the watch in service carter, service centre people are saying, the mother board of watch is gone.

Do let me know, if you want i will share my bills.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the purchase of a watch from one of the stores of Titan- 'The World Of Titan',G-22,Sec-18,Noida.I bought one watch for my daughter on23rd April 2017 from the above mentioned store. Model no of the watch is 95035SMOLJ. within a week I have noticed that the strap of the watch is defective. I took the watch to the dealer to show that defect. Dealer referred it to the person who deals with the repairing cases. After little inspection that gentleman came up to the conclusion that it was damaged and it is ours (customer's) fault and the strap needs to be replaced which costs something around Rs 1250.00. but I am not satisfied with this . If the piece is defective & in my case it seems so,than the company is responsible and it is its duty to replace the strap without putting any extra burden on customer.It is quite possible that the defect was overlooked at the time of purchase. I am quite disappointed Tata is such a big name and I am sure that company will never take such step which demotivates the customers.

I would like to request you again to replace the strap free of cost otherwise years old faith on company will be lost.

I had purchased a wrist watch on May'17. After three months the Gold plating got faded. I approached the titan's service center for repair of the watch on 29/07/2017 and was asked to collect the watch after 30 days. When i called them after 35 days, it was surprise to know that the watch wasn't repairable and offered me to replace the watch a voucher.

Kindly explain me for the below mentioned queries
1. In this latest world, it took 1 month to check whether the watch can't be repairable.
2.That too nobody responded before my call after 35 days
3. After 55 day also, nobody turned up for this issue

Why I had been forced to face this type of unprofessional care by TITAN ?

When we went after one month, on confirmation we were told they could not locate the watch. Come next day.... very pathetic service. Not at all happy.

I have purchased a lady wrist watch one year back vide model no NH9716BM01A dtd 27 apr 2017for an amoun of rs 4495/= from A retail unit of tital Cp Ltd Mahagun meyro mall shop no 119 First floor Vaishali Ghziabad 201010. But it unfortunate to say that this watch has not shown the correct time till today ( after being repaired twice during the last one year. Dear Service Manager, Head of Titan watches

On 02-01-2018, i deposited my watch at Titan outlet (World of Titan), R G Baruah Complex, K B Road, Jorhat for repair of my Octane Watch. Problem registered was - "Pin cut out".

The representative possibly could not reject the repair request of the defective watch because at the same moment, i had purchased a new watch for my wife. We were advised to enquire about the request, the following week. Every week, we were told that status is not known and the general reply was that they will revert back in another hour.

Since, then, i have been doing regular follow up. But sadly, this has not changed the approach of the local outlet at Jorhat. Today on 05.03.2018, when I enquired about the status of the repair job, they weren't even able to track the status. Evidently annoyed, i communicated my grievances to the contact no.s available in the repair slip. I wasn't expecting any confirmation call so i rang up the service outlet contact no. after an hour.

Today, due to the escalation and altercation with the local representative of the "World of Titan" Jorhat, I have been told that the watch is ir-repairable and is being returned back from their works.

It has been a casual approach from the Titan outlet at Jorhat, where in service related issues are not addressed properly. I had also tried to deposit my watch prior to 02/01/2018. However, then my request was not entertained by the local Servicing Team of Titan. I was told that we don't address minor issues and was advised to get the watch attended through local watch service outlets.

This evidently underlines the statement that the particular Titan showroom has tarnished the image of Titan and customer grievances has been not attended. moreover, customer has been ill treated and harassed for the last two months. When the customer has lost patience, the particular showroom has shown arrogance by informing that the watch cannot be repaired.

Sorry to state, but this kind of service and attitude was not expected from Titan.

I got a battery replaced from M/S Sagar Traders, F-405, Vijay Block, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. I was charged as under;

Battery SR626SM – Price > Rs 50 ; Labour Charges > Rs 50
Battery SR721SW/362 – Price > Rs 55 ; Labour Charges > Rs 100

This is shocking. For one battery, the labour charge is Rs 50 and for other it is Rs 100. (Any watch repair shop will replace the battery without any charges as such). This is cheating the customer. Also it damages the goodwill of the company of the stature of Titan. I have always patronized Titan watches.

I Propose to bring this matter to the notice of Competition Appellate Tribunal Ministry of Corporate Affairs, MRTP House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110011 for protection of consumer rights.
