I purchased diakin 1.5 ton split AC with pirgal electronics kukatpally hyderabad 500072 on 04/04/2017 and installation date 17/04/2017. 13 days for installation, this is worst. Ok fine this is summer your people are very busy I adjusted for that. Then my first complaint registered against cooling problem 08/05//2017. Customer care people promised your problem solved with in 24 hours, more than 26 hours problem not solved. I am call to customer care 09/05/2017, your people not reflecting your complaint raise another complaint and engineer arrived solved the complaint. But with in 4 days same problem repeated, complaint given to cc and engineer came on 13/05/2017 problem solved. Today 15/05/2017 same non cooling problem repeated what is this toooo worst. From installation date to today 30 days not completed four complaints raised this is no 1 company are road side company think you only.

They have been purchase the daikin ac on 25 july 2017 and they installed the ac on 28 july 2017. from first day this unit cannot work properly and first visit on 31 july 2017 and outer door motor is defective after this they have next visit 2 august 2017 and the engineer said indoor motor and jack is defective. from 28 july 2017 to 3 august the ac not working propely. so i want replace indoor unit instead of repairing.

AMC of spilit ac is due upto june2018. inspite of reminders on phone, mail nobody listening worthless service.DEAR SIR/MADAM.

I will not happy with your Daikin a/c service. I gave request for a/c service on 18-01-2018 on mobile no.9210188999 (Laxmi/priya) But not reply by customer care or engineer. very worst service by Daikin. I think my mistake to buy a Daikin a/c.

I purchased a Daikin AC from Metro Vision ,Bhubaneswar,Odisha on 31-Mar-2018. As per them the installation was free.

I requested the the installation at 9 AM on 2-Apr as I have to leave for Office. But Service personal from Air Master came at 11:30 AM on 3-Apr.

I postponed it to 7-Apr(Sat) as its off for me. Airmaster (Service Provider for Installation) is charging exorbitant price for wires, cable and copper pipe. As per their technician Copper Pipe is 250/ft,Wire 100/ft and Uninstalltion of Old AC is 500 and Ladder/scaffolding charges extra for new new AC installation. This seems to be quite exorbitant which I was not expecting.

Even the Service Provide AirMaster has very Rude behavior and don't respond to calls.I had a conversation with Bibhudatta Tripathy from Diakin Bhubaneswar and he even provided another price through chat. And his behavior was quite rude and I assume there is some connivance between Service Provide AirMaster and Bibhudatta Tripathy from Diakin Bhubaneswar.

Please provide the official price sheet for Daikin AC Installation Charges
1) OLD AC Dismandling
2) Copper Pipe
3) Power Cable for Outer Power Unit
4) Ladder/scaffolding charges if any
5) Any other hidden charges

Please help with installation asap

The service provided by service provider ganpathi air solutions in hyderabad (Srinagar colony branch) is very poor inexperienced technicians. we had already paid for new pc board and censor still can not repair the ac its being almost one year.

I purchased daikin ac in dec 2016. i trusted this brand over many other but m really disappointed with the quality of the product, as recently ac swing came out. i complained about it but the authorities want me to pay for repairing also for a visit. my question is why should i pay for poor quality.. i just want to repair or replace my swing at your own cost bcoz it was none of my fault.... as soon as possible.

I got be fooled by bansiwala store gamma market Greater noida and purchased a Daikin AC on 15.6.2018 but till 19.6.18 it is not installed. If you are not able to provide services why cheat them. Now I have no other option to return the AC. My Parents are suffering a lot this summer due to your inefficient service.

Purchased split AC last year on 20 june 2017.It worked properly that season but in this season compressor doesnot start and working very poorly.Complained many times about the problem to dealer and daikin india but issue not resolved yet. Very poor after sales service and My AC is in warranty but they are not repairing it.

Sub: Complaint regarding poor service of Daikin

Dear Sir,
We have installed few Daikin Air conditions in our factory and at the residence of our Managing Director. This is regarding once of the Air Conditioner installed from them at above address. The Bottom frame drain tray was damaged (leaked) for which we have made a complaint vide NO. 1437048 dt. 13.06.2018

The complaint was attended by team of M/s Unique Cool point they took 15-20 days to arrange the required part FTYN50JXV16 (Bottom frame drain tray). After so many days on 05.07.2018 they arrange the tray and that too big in size which could not be placed and now they are arranging the other tray to resolve the problem.

vide ref no. GHA0607201814585457 (Our Unique Customer ID is 10047215).

The have assured us to arrange the part in 5 days but Still after passing a week they are unable to arrange the same.

We have passed the whole summer without the use of Air-conditioner. We are feeling cheated by installing Daikin make Air-conditioner. We are following up the matter on daily basis but nothing happened and keep assuring us by giving another date which never comes.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve our problem otherwise I would be forced to opt the option of Consumer court.

I Purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton 5 star Split AC from Umar Enterprises Private Limited, Patna on 8th of July 2018 cooling of Air Condition stopped. I complained the Next day. An Engineer arrive on 10th of july said indoor unit of AC kit is burst. On 11th july AC kit changed but cooling of AC was not working. After 2 days Senior Engineer arrive and said there is a manufacturing defect in outdoor unit near condenser. I have complained 4-5 times but problem have not been solved yet.

Hi guys,

I think this is 111th call to Daikin regarding a simple noise issue from a indoor unit of cassette A/C which is still in warranty period but the irony is no one is able to resolve the problem! The only thing I get to hear is APOLOGY, which I hate. I’ve 5 Daikin A/C’s at my home in which two are cassette n three are split.

There’s a irritating whistling noise issue from the indoor unit which the technician also experienced n took the video of it n went off with no response at all??? In fact the local technician to whom the job is assigned is illegally changing my address of complaint n closing it without my knowledge, is this what the so called great Daikin company is doing.

In that case I’ll take this matter seriously n deal it in a appropriate manner! FYI ...I had a conversation with your supervisor SUNIL as well but no response yet.....WORST OF ALL!!!

Since last one year the swing flap is damaged of three air conditioning units. Complain given to Cool line Agency Surat for new. They said it costs about Rs 750/- then they said 950 then again they called up it is 1250/- plus even the motor is to be changed. We said okay atleast do it but they say the parts are not available. I think this is the one of third class product and the authorised dealer Coolline in Surat is one of the worst company to deal with. Kindly look into this complaint at your earliest and oblige.
