My phone is not charging. Notification light shows that it is being charged but the battery remains the same. Plz give any suggestion to overcome this problem.

I ordered mobile on 4JAN2017 Redme3S prime from ebay and all of sudden it get switched off on 15th may 2017. i thouht it was may be discharged , then i tried to charge it still it was not getting switch on. Then i went to customer care in viman nagar, i told them i purchased on 4 Jan 17 it should be in warranty. they told me they are not providing services to EBAY. They charged me rs 115 to check it , the they told me motherboard is not ok. How new phone is having motherboard. Why you guys not tested it properly and delivering customer to such defected phone.

After spending 10500, phone worked for 4 months only. I took this phone for long lasting battery. But it was worse than others. When i purchased it, why ebay not mentioned anywhere, since starting it is not in warranty period.

Replacing mother board cost is RS 6067 , after spending 10500 just after 4 month i will pay repairing charge 6000. How disgusting, this is cheating to customer. Please return it or repair it. I am not going to tolerate this.

Actually I am very worried because of some issues in my phone. then am reached mi service center but they want mi account password but i forgot the password and when this thing from them they says that they can't do nothing. so am requesting to you plz help me as soon as possible as per your service quality.

I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 on 28.06.2016 after one year i.e. 30.06.2017 sim card mobile network not taking any signal. Is this inbuilt problem that after 1 year the mobile network will stop working. Same thing happened to me with samsung earlier so I stopped buying samsung phones. I will never buy Xiomi mobile if I need to pay any extra in future after i year.

I purchase mi 3s prime bt I have no online bill this time because i purchase my phone in a shop and I have shop bill. And my phone is under warranty. i have some problem in my phone, so I went to mi service centre in Moradabad madhubani Chowk. They are not accepted my phone and saying for online bill. I have no online bill. In this condition what I do. Pls solve my problem give me a suggestion.

After sales service it's not good. no customer support.. worst service no warranty given by xiaomi. dont purchase any phone (do not trust on china product).

I want quality and notice the product rating but you mi company product not working according to rating. battery consumes after 2:30 hour and bluetooth connectivity range is only 2 meter. Sound as not whatever I read customer review. please solve this problem. I have got product before 2 days.

I purchased note 3, phone working is good but once my mobile felt down that time mobile screen is cracked, but display is running is good but mobile on screen is cracked that time. i met the service center, they are checking the phone after he told the total screen should be changed. that time i am asking small doubt why are changed total display and that spare cost is very high range Rs 3340/-. He is not reply, please reply this mail.

I have bought redmi 3s mobile on 6 October2016. this is within warranty period. mobile not work properly especially touch problem. Service centre charge me Rs2300 while my mobile is in warranty period.. this is wrong..i will take help consumer help forum.

I have full screen vibrates and in service centre changed my plate but my problem not solved. Next day saying your imei no don't match so bring your purchase bill which match your imei no. How can it be possible after changing board. please get me a way to solve my problem at all.

I have purchased redmi mobile, I hope good mobile but one month before network. that purpose I going out service centre I needed mobile. my question my all contact details deleted but network problem solve all contact details compulsory yes or no and servicing after not correct guidelines needed .rajaji nagar 19th main road 24th cross Bangalore HCl service not good. that boy not correct response that boy told I am not needed service guarantee what's this customer satisfaction important. no service guarantee why redmi use what guarantee. Pls take action or future big lose it company.

I bought Redmi note3 by march 2017 and the touch stopped functioning by June 2017. I sent the phone to service centre at Coimbatore and was informed it is due to liquid damage and nit covered under warranty. I am 100% sure there was no chance of liquid damage and asked for clarification and actual cause of touch not working.

I wrote mail to service.in @xiaomi.com and they asked to give the phone back at service centre and get the job number for escalation. I did accordingly. Post that am not getting proper response from them for my emails and at service centre they are asking money to handover the device back which is not solved. When i ask the reason for asking money there is no response for my email from servuce.in @xiaomi.com.

Then i wrote to service.global @xiaomi.com. They are in turn again and again insisting to contact service.in @xiaomi.com but they are not responding to my emails. Now my device is in service centre at Coimbatore and there is no response from service.in @xiaomi.com for my emails.

Its a deadlock situation and i am not sure of further proceedings. If Xiaomi cares about its customer i believe they might respond with a solution. If not there is no point in buying xiaomi products.

I called to customer care of mi to confirm that today 21-10-2017 mi service center of Bilaspur Chhattisgarh is opened or not. Customer care was telling today mi service center is opened but when i reached there at 10:55Am it was closed. i called to person of mi shop but he was not picking my phone.

First of all, i am expecting a reply from you without just ignoring this mail. I purchased mi4 phone in may 2017. From initial days i found that touch is not that much effective. But after 4 months suddenly i experienced 2 to 3 hours hangout. But nw, touch is not working completely. I would like to know as a customer, is this the level of standard you are maintaining with your products? Are u guys are satisfying minimum standards and quality checks which are binding you? I think Rs.6999/- is some what material amount to be considered.

I personally felt like, simultaneous worth in other brands are giving much better results than comparing to your brand. if i have this typ0e of experience, how can i refer an other friend to purchase your brand mobile? I also want to know: Atleast now, what all you can do me to help me out?

On January 11th, 2017, I bought a 20000 mAh power bank from your website for Rs.2199. Now just after 1 year it has stopped working. I called your customer care and they told me that nothing can't be done. I know that now it is out of warranty, but are you really manufacturing this low grade quality product. You assure best after sales service to your customer, then how can you just say no for any repair work if required.

Your customer care executive didn't even tried to troubleshoot the problem. I am very disappointed by this kind of behavior. If any action is not taken on this I will be forced to move to consumer forum. Waiting for a positive response.

Dear sir / madam, i purchased Redmi Note 4 gold handset (imei - 865758030586124) bill date 30-06-17. I have one years warranty period. phone is good condition but on 15th march it automatically epc assy side key not working with front camera not working. Next day i visited service center at psv solution, shastri nagar jammu, they told me that your mobile is open already. its out of warranty. it will be cost around Rs- 1121.08.

Why i"ll pay? during warranty period it will be free of cost. Handset never fallen from myself & don't have any scratches. I definitely say that it is the product issue.. please solve my problem & do needful from your end. i need positive response.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Yesterday I had given my phone (Redmi4-FDD-IN-3+32GB-Black) S.No 15101/80315451 at Gurgaon Service Center (Gurgaon Sec-14-QD1G1) to get its battery replaced as its back up was very less (Only few hours). But when I went to the Service Center to collect my phone back, I found that phone was not even logging (Switching on).

I had submitted the phone in working condition, only with less battery backup, but now the phone is completely dead. The service center is now giving all sorts of lame excuses like the phone was opened up earlier etc. whereas it was never touched earlier.

This is totally unexpected and leads to cheating with customer from such a Reputed Service Center. Please look into the matter. The service center job order is enclosed for reference.

मैने tvs सर्विस सेंटर ,श्याम प्लाजा ,रायपुर में tvs xiomi सर्विस सेंटर में अपना Note 4 रिपेरिंग के लिए दिया था, चेक करने का चार्ज 118 रु लिए, बिल्कुल सही है। पर जब खर्च सुना तो पसीने छूट गए जब मेरे पॉकेट में डाका डालने का प्रयास किया गया। नोट 4 में 5916 रु खर्च बताया गया मैंने मोबाइल लिया चला गया मार्किट योमें चेक कराया बैटरी का फाल्ट बताया गया जिसका मुझे 1100 रु लगे। ऐसे सर्विस सेंटर क्या काम का जिन्हें कुछ भी आता नही, अच्छा होगा इनके जगह किसी दूसरे जानकार को सर्विस का काम दिया जाये। लुटेरों से ग्राहक को बचाना जरूरी है।

I booked mi 6a mobile on 26 Sept but it was not delivered still I call to mi call centre at least 15 times there are telling that our higher officials call to you but the did not come. please solve my problem.

The concerned office had damaged my phone on pretext of repairing it @even changing its mother board while confirming on telephone on 23rd October 2018 around 12:15PM by its Authorised Service Center no. 9732089946. But at last they returned my phone citing mother issue board of my phone. I don't understand if this type of forgery being by its Authorised Service Centers then how this company's phone is allowed to being sold in our country.

This entire company should be banned in India without taking any further time at an earliest. I am definitely going to take this matter to consumer court @try my best to fix this racket by this so called company Xiaomi. My phone no. is 7384545769.

Unsatisfied with mi service center I have problem in my note 5 pro with audio jack socket on 7 /12/2018 and after visiting they solve it and 9/12/2018 same issue happen. I visited the same service center they told me that we will replace the audio jack socket after 10/01/2019 complete one month bcoz this was policy after service same issue observed it will solve after one month and after talk with customer care employee (complaint no) they told them we don't have jack socket to customer care person very unsatisfied with mi service.

I bought mi note 6 pro on 28/12/18.... after using few days today suddenly mobile screen light off and the light become so Deam or low brightness I can't see anything ....after giving brightness.....after that ...doing all such things like reboot and reset the mobile. what is this sir.. I want immediately response.
