I have purchased Bajaj Discover 100 t on 30/10/2013 from Noida dealer name- Suman autos B-77-78 sector-2, Noida.

I got a accidental bike where whole front portion of the bike is bend and the bike going to the right side. I have complaint next day they said that the bike of yours is okay but they could not agree to me. Then I had mailed directly to bajaj company then they call us for formalities. Because I have complaint direct to the company. They take my fork put the same fork back by telling me that they have changed it but fork was not changed. Then again I went to them many times with same problem. But could not solved them, they always did all whole front portion and give to me that something had been done but problem is same then again I wrote email to then they said dont complaint directly to the company.

But Still they had not solved my problem. I dont understand whether they are mechanic or customer is a mechanic . They ask every time where is the problem in your bike it is ok. But still the same problem. After I was fed up I told them pls change my handle & lower t of the handle. I will pay the money. Then I had paid them 1800rs, but the problem could not traced out. Then I told them to change the fork. They change the fork and they asking money 4200rs. It was in the warranty period for 2 years it was 1 & half year. Why I should I pay money it is there problem they have given me accidental bike right from the beginning when I purchased it.I am senior citizen. I have no children I only drive my bike. I will not able to pay 4200rs. My bike is also spoiled daily dis mental harassment and the same problem.

Kindly see it to the matter other I will take legal action. I will go to consumer court. Take some action and I will not pay for the fork. But I know you people wont bother to the customer. Bike no: UP-14-CC-0686 Bajaj Discover 100T.

Bajaj service center Allahabad are overcharging for the service. Lots of my friends and relative owning bajaj bikes have the same complaint. Pls look in to it.

I recently purchased Bajaj v15 on 27.03.2017 and all ready have 1st. Service done but the main problem I am facing that my bike engine gives vibration after speed of 50kmph. My bike RTO no MH. 48.AS.1364.

So can you help or suggest some thing that is this bike for beyond 80kmph speed or not or bike engine has some problems till today I have tuned 4200 km what shall I do.

I bought bajaj 200 ns dated 13.04,2017. After three days I observed that engine oil coming from the left side upper part of the engine. I complained to the service centre and they told that leakage coming from the magnite side cover. They tight a screw and closed my complaint. They told me that problem was rectified. But I used my vehicle two days again oil leakage from the engine. I think I received problematic vehicle from krishna motars, vizianagaram, andhra pradesh. So please change my vehicle and give me new one. I was very disappointed with this. Please rectify the problem immediately because its new vehicle having engine problem. I mentally torchered with this problem. If you are not rectified I will go the consumer court for the justice.

I am from Panipat and I have purchase a bike from Panipat bajaj company name of bike is avanger150 street. so usually I have to visited there many of time like service or etc.. but few days ago a controversy held with me my bike. so some part of bike has broken due to accident. but when I have to reach to bajaj to change there parts then they are answering that we don't have an stock of parts. means it's a big shame less salute to Bajaj auto center. I always thinks about that company that it's a big brand but these type of shameful situations are so worst full in last two months. And staff behavior is so worst n cheep.

so at last I requested to who is responsible person in high command in bajaj auto please stop these type of valgure things.

I booked CT100 bike at Annanagar , ChennaI branch of K.L.N bajaj. On 23 april. I was told to wait for booking period. Then on 2 may got phone call to come and pay the bike amount. I paid full amount by cash. I was informed once RTO work is over bike will be delivered . On 10th may got sms bike insurance with reliance done. But I was trying to contact showroom over phone past one week as ia am away from chennai. No phone calls was attended by kln bajaj showroom just now also I tried all 3 numbers. No one attends. This type of service they provide hats of for them. Is it not the duty of the seller to have the courtesy to atleast attend phone and inform how long or how many months they will take for delivering the bike after full payment they had received. Whether after full payment from customer. Bajaj will procure material and start manufacture of the bike. Its really awesome.

I purchased Bajaj V 15 bike last month. The first day of bike some kind of sound coming form chain. when i did first service of bike i told that problem to company mechanic he said to me it is a normal sound. Next day i went again. He again said same answer. sound is very high. And i am not satisfied with their service.

Respected sir,
I myself sandeep salian proprietor of ANSH ENTERPRISES who is also a registered vendor of V.V.C.M.C.

We were biding for tender no: 7067 providing vehicle on lease for V.V.C.M.C. As per the terms & condition outlined in the Bid Document VVCMC wanted an agreement to be executed by the bidder with authorised service centre which should be located within vasai to virar.

I approached SURYODAY MOTORS on 4th august 2017 and met Mr. Amit vartak (DIRECTOR). I explained the need of the agreement for the tender process from a service centre located anywhere between Vasai & Virar. Based on which an agreement was executed between ANSH ENTERPRISES and SURYODAY MOTORS (BAJAJ).

On SEPTEMBER 2017 V.V.C.M.C received a letter of termination of the agreement from SURYODAY MOTORS based on which i visited SURYODAY MOTORS and met with Mr. Amit vartak. I informed Mr Amit vartak that Ansh enterprises have submitted the RFP for the bid including the agreement executed between Us on Tuesday 8th of august which also was the last date for bid to be submitted. I was informed by Mr. Amit vartak that he was pressured instructed by his superior to cancel all agreements that was given by SURYODAY MOTORS to approved V.V.C.M.C vendors. When I asked for the reason of termination which was not mentioned in the letter sent to V.V.C.M.C no reply from Amit vartak director of SURYODAY MOTORS (BAJAJ).

When i questioned Mr. Amit vartak about SURYODAY MOTORS being an authorised service provider of BAJAJ MOTORS how are his superiors taking stance on whom to sign agreement with which is a unfair practice, to which Mr. Amit vartak accepted that what has happened is wrong & Unfair but he has to follow his superior orders as possibly due to political pressure.

I am hereby asking BAJAJ MOTORS if the company would choose which consumer it has to sell its vehicle and service it or will the consumer have he right to choose BAJAJ MOTORS as its preferred vendor in the Vasai-Virar Region. I would also like to ask if the company would accept this Unfair and Parital behaviour of its employee MR Amit vartak who would decide which consumer should get service from BAJAJ MOTORS and who should not.

Due to the unlawful termination of the agreement by SURYODAY (BAJAJ MOTORS) after agreeing & signing it with my company ANSH ENTERPRISES, we will bear the loss of V.V.C.M.C tender. Will BAJAJ MOTORS take the responsibility of the loss borne by my company or will it step in to resolve this issue by being Fair with its consumer.

I would request you to take this issue on priority and get it resolved so that my company Ansh Enterprises do not suffer any loss due to the unfair means opted by the staff of its Authorised Service centre SURYODAY Motors.

I have attached all the relevant documents as required for you to check the reality, feel free to get in touch with me at the earliest for any clarification that may be needed in this issue.

I purchase a bajaj v15 from that day the bike showing mistake, bajaj showroom person told me its new bike thats why its happening after a few km its will be ok. But not, on bajaj service centre my bike opens 4 times and they can't repair my bike. Now i want to change my bike. I am given money for a new bike not for a second hand bike. I already waste my 4 days in service center.

Please help me to change my bike, others wise i will chose another way.

This is to inform you that, I had a very bad experience from your Bajaj service point available at Uppal X Road.

I had a small doubt before sharing experience in detail. Is it authorized for your service point that they will not take any bike for servicing once the time reached 10:00 AM? you will be knowing why I had asked that question after going through entire mail. Please go through the consequences that I had faced,

1.I have reached the service point the day before diwali they stated that as there is festival tomorrow we will not be taking the bike today, considering that as a genuine reason I have taken my bike back to home.

2.I had reached along with bike on Saturday (21-10-2017) at 12:00 noon they told that as time is approaching 12:00 and tomorrow is a holiday (Sunday) please come on Monday.

3.I had taken the bike again on Monday at 10:15 AM exactly they have denied taking for service told that the time had completed you should have come before 10:00 AM. after several arguments they have taken bike for service. and told that they will be giving back the bike on Tuesday evening as I had given the bike after 10:00 AM.

4.While giving the bike the requirements given by me are
a) Kick rod adjustment
b) Gear shaft replacement
c) There is a gap between speedometer and wiser headlight that is to be fixed properly with out such gaps
d) oiling and general servicing

5.Tuesday afternoon (2:30) I called them for the estimation cost but they haven't even touched my bike for servicing and same was informed by technician later on at 4:00 PM they have called me and informed that the bike requires some spares which costs around 5600 rupees approximately I had agreed for that as well to get my bike fixed properly and asked for the day they can give me my bike after rectification they informed they will be giving it on Wednesday evening. I had approached them on Wednesday they informed that the bike is still under rectification and will be given on Thursday evening. I have argued with them saying that this is irresponsible behavior from their end saying that if the bike cannot be delivered on the date mentioned they should be calling and informing the issue instead of waiting for the customer to approach and get the details.on Thursday evening at 6:00 PM I have called them and asked whether I can get the bike today they told that the bike will be given tomorrow.

6.Friday I had went to service point for taking the bike after they confirmed that the bike is serviced completely. but I found that the complaints raised by me were not rectified properly The gap between speedometer and wiser headlight and the Kick rod issue still persisting they have replaced wiser and headlight all the spares and couldn't rectify it. I have asked them for the reason they were saying that "Old bike couldn't be more than this " I had not asked them to replace it with a new bike ,I have asked them to resolve the issue .If I had raised the issue they are saying that till now for entire service the charge 8175 rupees if it needs to be completely resolved you need to pay more or else you can take your bike by paying for the service till now. If they couldn't resolve the issues I had mentioned why did they used the spares which cost about 8175 As I need my bike urgently on Friday I have taken my bike by paying the money.

the service point employees are ruining the fame of your company. As you are one of the best company in automobile field , you should be more concentrating towards customer relationship to gain the best position in present field.

Raja Bajaj auto showroom have some misbehavior staffs for bike service. I have gone for service then some staffs are not work properly for customer I think they man are want work for his faithfully and relatives they are not same behave for all.

I own Pulsar RS200 since 9 months and having some problem with my bike. The service is very poor. As i went to service center RV Bajaj at Nayandanahalli (Mysore road) and reported about the problem many times but i m still facing the same problems. The mechanics and the staffs there are very irresponsible. The only only thing they are doing is sheding the bike and returning me as it is by convincing me that it is the common problem in evry RS200. The every time i go, they give the same reason. My kind request is to please take proper required actions against them and provide good service.

Very sad to say it was my Biggest mistake to purchase BAJAJ - V15-150CC. CONTINUOUSLY leakage from block since more than SIX YEARS, and now my FRONT TYRE (eurogrip) is bulged. Bulging of front tyre of my Bajaj V15 is showing very worst quality of MATERIAL USED in tyre.

Very worst service and worst customer service by ktm dealer from Bijapur 586101. that ktm dealer name is bijjargi bajaj (11857) because I gave for some bike part loosen. so i got much vibration so they fitted that part from unspecified screw and there is no good mechanic also.

This is very much embarrassing and disgusting response from your side. I am owing bajaj pulser 135 LS whose registration number is DL**** ####. I visited your service station which is at Dilshad garden, Delhi . service station is named as jhilmil area. One of your employee named Chandra pal misbehaved and use abusive language and denied to take my vehicle for some repair work.He told me, it's lunch hour. If there is lunch hour then you don't have any provision to take the vehicle of customers. I was shocked by his behaviour towards me and also he told me to lodge his complaint anywhere. In his words " jaa jaha complaint Karni hai karde, Mera koi kuchh nahi ukhhaad sakta". Also he used abusive language which I don't want to even write here.

Also he stood up to beat me and said one of your staff to get out me from there. It was unbelievable that how your employee got so much courage, despite you are having a big name in the automotive sector.

I am also working and don't think of the behaviour and the language which he used for me.

Even After 15 days there is no response from bajaj customer support side. Such a irresponsible they are. I request all of you please don't buy bajaj make bikes.

I had purchased a bajaj pulsar NS 200 on jan 2018 from POPULAR MOTORS CORPORATION palarivattam cochin, kerala.

I'm a automobile engineer and I'm ride slow as per the company running in period speed limits.

I have been noticing many oil leek from the engine since 900km. The problem is on engine main head gasket. And i went to service and they issued for warranty 3 times the gasket replaced and head bolts are replaced and the head removed and they seated by giving lathe still the oil leek after riden 5km when engine get hot .The oil leeks when the engine is hot i can't ride the vehicle more then 20km the oil is leaking fast and the engine oil drained. This is do to the manufacturing defect of the engine materials .i had already reported the complaints on on the service center. Gasket changed 3 time and till now the problem have not been solved. just after hours from changing twice i am getting the same issue. The mileage of the bike is lower than company claimed. The dealer is also saying to pay to parts of engine nuts and bolts because that is not in the warranty it's against the policy of warranty.

I'm not recommending any one to purchase this junk bike. my friends Pulsar ns200 have lots of trouble i think your company loosing the trust i am tired of using this P200ns which is regularly giving me hell lot of trouble.you guys have left me with no other choice rather than to file a case against bajaj auto at the consumer court. if you guys dont want that to happen then i am giving two choices to you:

1. Replace my vehicle
2. Refund one lakh fourty five thousand compensation

I had taken finance for this vehicle and i have invested all my savings and time to this vehicle. this problem started from nearly 800kms and now i had covered 4500 kms. this is clearly a manufacturing defect as far as i can see.

I dont want to talk to any more bajaj dealer and expect the call from bajaj auto soon. Hope your respected authority bothered about the problems.

I will maximum wait for 5 days if i had not received any call or mail from you guys till then i am going to the consumer court against bajaj auto. The engine number and chassis number are given below:

But I am very very disappointed with the type of service the showroom people do.I got my bike serviced a week back.The service included engine oil change, oil filter change and many more.After that service within a day there was a leakage of engine oil.I went to the showroom again and they said the leakage was happening because of the oil filter and they changed it again. As there was a lot of oil leakage, I told them to topup the engine oil.They said that they ll do it and I told them that I am going to do a long ride in a week and I should not face any problem during the ride.And when i checked the bike there was no adequate amount of engine oil.They were like better topup the engine oil before going for the ride. And now the problem is again there is leakage of engine oil. I am from Tumkur, Karnataka. Hope i get a proper reply.

I have purchased Bajaj Avenger on 3rd August 2018, from KENA Bajaj, Zadeshwar Road, Bharuch.
My bike is just 10 days old. And this is 3rd time there was starting problem. I went at your workshop/show room to launch a complaint. I was talking to your representative in a polite manner, but the GENERAL MANAGER who is a lady started arguing with me in very rude manner without knowing the fact and started talking to me in very loud voice. When I was explaining my issue she was least bothered to even notice my issue in a proper manner.

I UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT THE VALUE BAJAJ COMPANY HAS DEMONSTRATED since years. A 10 days old vehicle with Rupees 1.05 lacs rupees, having starting issue I can even tolerate, but such rude behaviour with a customer like me is really not tolerable.

I am a very old customer of Bajaj, and in past also used 2 bike.

My technical problem is attendance and can be resolved, but the treatment given by your GM and that to with customer is.... I hope my matter will be understood and replied in a satisfied manner.

Dear Sir, I have purchased one two wheeler Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi. At dated 03.06.2018. From Surjeet Auto agency Bhopal. I have taken finance from Bajaj auto finance ltd where my disbursal date was 16.06.2018. Dealer has done fraud with me as after taking alot of follow up he has given me the RTO TAX RECIEPT at dated 25.06.2018. and unfortunately at dated 24.06.2018 my bike was stolen. Due to such casual attitude of dealer insurance department refused to settle my claim. As per insurance company (Oriental insurance co) they are unable to process the Claim as the Tax receipt date was greater than the Stolen date. I am taking continuous follow up with Dealer and insurance company but no one is responding over their. Even now they have started not picking up my phone also and they have started threatening me when they pick my phone sometime. Sir- i belongs to very poor family and from my saving of last 3 years i have purchased one bike.

I am working in private company where my salary is only 10k and EMI of stolen bike is 2775/- per month which i am paying regular. I am living rented and i have to send money to my home also. With a huge hope i am complaining you because due to such casual attitude i am getting suffered. Dealer, Manufacturer, Police, Insurance company no one is responding on phone. Awaiting your positive respond.

I purchased Bajaj pulsar150 UG4.5 on 16th of sept. from the first day i experience the bike is not running smoothly. The problems i faced:-

- Gear shift(While i shift gear i found some sound from rear wheel left side, and it is increasing on daily basis).
- Bike starts vibrating if i ride it on a constant speed (50-55 kmph).

I reported this issue to the showroom after two days only, but they said this is normal sound.
But i don't think that it is normal because we purchased same bike before one month and it is running smoothly. Also want to report the bad behaviour of service staff of the showroom.

I am M.S.Mohan an Ex serviceman. On 7/8/2018 I purchased a Bike Platina 100 from Krishnaa Autos , Pudukkottai. paying ready cash. The receipt No. is `1400089/BR dated 7/8/18. Even after two months the dealer has not given the RC Book for the vehicle No is TN55 BC8919. Whenever I contacted over phone or in person to the manager and the staff Miss. Deepika I did not get the proper reply. As a customer I am severely disappointed by their irresponsible answer.

Today I went to kirshnaa Autos and contacted Miss Deepika by saying that my friend who bought a Honda bike received RC Book within 15 days. Further I asked her why it was getting late to issue RC Book and I explained practical difficulties riding the bike without RC Book. As I did not get convincing answer I said that I may go to consumer court. But she replied rudely saying let me go to consumer court.

After running 200km I handed over the bike for first service. They charged Total 475 Rupees1. Oil change, 2. Oil filter change, 3.waste cloth charge. After two days I came to know there is a thump size bend in right side of the fuel tank. I did not take it seriously. I did not make any complaint. Because of their rude approach in issuing RC Book I bring the matter to your kind notice. I request you to take necessary action to solve the problem.
