I am not able to connect 1800 3000 9009 from BSNL mobile or land line. This number is accessible only from other services. I have wasted lot of time dialing from bsnl. why this information is not communicated to customers. This type of service will be a black mark for Amazon.

I ordered a Samsung printer, with tracking id - 934284113. Without giving notice by phone my order was refused. When i contacted Bhilai Amazon office in Chhattisgarh they too told its fault of delivery boy. I have your payment ready, plz send the printer.

I ordered an Asus laptop on 30 April 2017 through Amazon Prime to be delivered by 2 May 2017. After waiting till that date I kept calling the delivery agent whose number was provided against my order on 2 May 2017.But the number was switched off. The order did not arrive the entire day. Next day my Amazon account was said that delivery was attempted which was untrue since I did not receive any call. Several calls to the customer service from my end ensued and I was not promised any delivery date. Even the executives were not ready to accept that it was their fault and advised me that I better cancel the order if I have so much problem. I needed the product on an urgent basis and had already paid for it through my Debit Card. Naturally, I was worried. I have been calling the customer service for 3 days now but every time they say that it is out for delivery.

On 4 May 2017, my account update read that a delivery attempt was made and that the customer had rescheduled the appointment which was a surprise to me since I can not consciously remember getting any call or message or any other kind of communication. Is this a joke? It is 5 May today and still there is no news of my ordered product. I will not only stop vising the site but will make sure that my friends and family rejects this disgusting site too.

I am a regular customers of Amazon India since four years back and till date. However, I am very disappointed with Amazon India in respect of Order Id 403-4357446-1250738 relating to non-refund of the cost paid by me for non-delivery of HP V510m 16GB OTG Pen Drive, as promised by Amazon on January 2017 through an email from customer care service. I have not taken Amazon Prime membership.Today USD 10.99 has been charged to my credit card with out authorisation. Bank allowed this transaction with a cautionary note. This amount be refunded to me. Even Amazon app notifies that I am not a Amazon Prime member.-B N P Azad.

I had placed an order for a book and in my order summary the delivery charges were subtracted and not applicable as it showed free delivery on the website. However, when the package reached the amount in the invoice included delivery charges while still in the order summary the delivery charges have not been added. As usual I am unable to contact customer care through the mentioned number. Why to mention free delivery at all if the charges are applicable? This leads to a discrepancy in the procedure as well as during payment. I request you to please take note of this.

I ordered to your company through online a Chevit men casual running shoe 418-10 on 21/06/2017 but your company send to me a wrong shoe (Chevit men running shoe 414) on 27/06/2017. I apply for return/replacement on 27/06/2017 evening. but till today no one delivery boy come to my house address to pick up the wrong shoe from my house. I contact to your customer care (180030009009) two times on 02/07/2017 and 05/07/2017 , they assured me about my replacement but till today there is no response from your end/no delivery boy come to pick up the wrong delivered shoe.

I ordered a IFB washing machine from amazon on JUNE 24, 017. The machine is defective (broken). I have registered number of complaints but have not received replacement until now. I had a very bad experience with amazon. They have locked me out of my account, but they are deducting money from my credit card against my prime amazon membership, which I want to unsubscribe. I have tried every possible way to contact customer care but there is no option for this problem in the customer care number. please help.
