I usually use the service of DTDC but so far I did not have any complaint. But on the 23rd Dec I approached your Palakkad Town Rly station branch for booking a small packet containing one CD of family photographs. The packet was superscribed as such. But the lady receiving this booking told me that the cost will be Rs 120/- I told her that I usually send such packets and they cost only Rs 30/- She countered by saying that 'this is a branch office and here everything costs more. You can try a franchisee office'. I went to your Victoria college Road office (franchisee SF OF7400 and they readily booked the parcel for Rs 30/-.

I may also mention that usually I use the services of your franchisee office and they are really good, courteous and very fast in completing the booking. Your Palakkad Rly station branch, apparently is not interested in getting business with small incomes. People like me also would like to LIVE and continue sending small parcels to our relatives. This is the first time I am facing such a situation although I use your services frequently.

Although i have asked the worker of the office...he said that this gift will be reached on 31st of january 2017. So today on 30th jan,2017... i tracked in the evening and found that it is out for delivery from vasai west:-401208...but now i found that it is not delivered....why it is so sir??? I Booked an envelope containing single page very important Document from Kothrud, Pune-411038 office by Self on 22 June 2017 vide consignment No P41404045 and Ref No 120002351238 for Mr Suresh Patil Chief Security Officer of Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd at Hangar C-He/Hf, Juhu Airport and clearly mentioning the Mobile Nos of addressee also. In Spite of this the delivery man did not make any efforts to contact on mobile the Addressee from the High Security Airport Main Gate as no one is permitted inside without the Juhu Airport Security. He has returned to the same to DTDC office Undelivered on 23 June 2017 as tracked without realising the importance of document couriered, which shows callus and could not care attitude of delivery man and the sufferer is me.In view of the above and as there being long weekend 24th to 26th June 2017.

Kindly have the same delivered unconditionally and without further delay on the mobiles Nos mentioned on the envelopes.Also I have given this feedback on tracking window for which the Case No is 06701961. Please take immediate action to deliver the Document.

I have ordered books for my exam, which was on 24/6/2017, and now it is over, our courier docket no Z28549181 was booked on 20/6/2017 from JAIPUR TO AGRA and your TRACKING showing, it is delivered on 22/6/2017. I have given the order to Shopclues dot com BSNL 3G Data Card LW273 (Unlocked) 7.2 Mbps by order ID 121323824 20 Jul 2017 and your service was selected which shows as shipped on 21.07.2017 and was supposed to be delivered by 31.07.2017 which is very fast in present days (Clap to you) but till date i hav'nt received the goods to be delivered at Vadodara. You the renowned courier service should not do like this and request to deliver the same urgently please.

I have done my parcel on 1st March 2018 and today is 3rd March 2018 and when I'm checking my tracking details it's shown data is not available I'm not able to check my tracking detail of my consignment no- Z56393798 I'm checking the same through SMS services but they replied that consignment no is not valid. Why is it ??? Why my tracking details is not available till then what should I do?? Please let me know and deliver my consignment as soon as possible.

I am writing from Ludhiana, Punjab. A regular DTDC customer. It's regarding the loss of my Parcel

I got this couriered on the 20th December 2018 from Ludhiana's DTDC office on Fast Courier basis,
so that it could reach my customer by 22nd December, 2018.

Unfortunately, my courier never got received to my customer till date who had to wear it on 23rd December
for a Reception Function. She called and messaged me numerous times to know the status as online it was showing last updated on 20th dec.

So, I called the DTDC office person ( Deepak, who booked my courier ) ph : +919888004892 operating from Ludhiana and asked him about my status of the courier. He told me that some liquid fell off from somebody's load so the whole lot did not go from Chandigarh airport. however, it was suppose to reach mumbai on Saturday. He told me that on Sunday , we can check about the status & let us know.

On Sunday, i tried to get in touch with so many persons in mumbai which Deepak asked me to talk to , like Krishna ( DTDC mumbai ) ph +917738898869.

Nobody picked up any calls. Next day morning i again called everybody. they said we are tracking, we are sending mails and ma'am we will get back to you in 10 mns, and to my surprise no body called me back ever. I gave almost 20 calls to these concerned persons but nobody understood my situation. He further gave me a person's number, Honey (not sure about the name) : ph +918451007260 and he told me i am tracing it & later says ma'am we have not received the parcel here , it might be in Chandigarh only. ( So irresponsible).

My clients there were in huge problem due to not receiving of their outfit. I hope you know how much time efforts and money is put in making one garment which now will not be taken by the customer or is not even coming back to me. i am in a huge loss.

Deepak gave me north india DTDC's head number: Jatin Khunger ph +917087682998. He too said he's getting into the matter through mails but nobody has a clear picture where the parcel went. next day i called him 17 times , he did not pick my call. and then later talked to me rudely initially but when i talked to him in the same manner then he listened to me. Still , nothing happened.

They say we will give back your booking amount.??? Like seriously , do you think i am worried about my 700 INR ? or my lost customer and lost outfit which cost me in more than thousands INR.

He called me today morning and said i have forwarded your details to senior head etc. Later in the day when i again asked to confirm, he disconnected my phone twice and never called back to update.

My customer shouted at me and we had to listen it to all that because we know they are not at fault, but neither are we, it;s your DTDC company who is at great fault.

So, i would want to know is that how DTDC operate?? is this kind of customer services do you provide??

I really want you to get into this matter and investigate about my outfit as soon as possible. Otherwise i would need to take some serious actions for the negligence on behalf of each and everyone involved in this case. I have lost my valuable asset, my design, my hard work, my client , my money just because of the mishandling from your team, whosoever is involved.
