Dear Sir,
DMRC has introduced 'ICICI Bank Debit-cum- DMRC Smart Card'. It was given to me on extra annual payment basis. I was told that it would be 'auto topped-up' at all metro exit-entry gates. But, very sorry to say that auto top-up facility is available only at a few metro stations.

My simple questions are:
1. In this situation what is the use of this card?
2. Without making proper mechanism of auto top-up of this card at every metro station, why this scheme was launched? Only to make people fool?
3. As a customer I feel that I have been cheated and harassed by DMRC and ICICI Bank both. Then why should not I take legal steps against this act of cheating and harassment.
I will wait for an early and proper reply from your end.

Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that in between 7.15 A.M. to 7.45A.M. some badly soiled lady beggars accompanied by large no. of kids of all ages, newborn to 8-9 years board the the metro from DWARKA station. Their kids spoil the floor and seats of metro by passing out urine/feaces and throwing all sorts of eatables both liquids and solids. The beggar ladies emit out such a pungent stench that other commuters prefer to move away from that area and vacate seats which they readilly occupy and start spoiling them too. The same ordeal is again repeated on their backward journey to DWARKA to the inconvinience of the other commuters.

Please do something to have a check on them to save the prestigious/ neat& clean metro.

Hi! I wish to draw your kind attention at the DMRC service at violet line-Badarpur to ITO Station. I am traveling from Badarpur to ITO everyday in morning. The service from Mandi House to ITO station is now extended from June 2015. I am surprised to see everyday that some metro drivers have a habit to change its boarding destination from ITO to Central Secretariat/Mandi House at the last moment when it reaches C.S. Station. It is the mischievous conduct by the drivers. Hundreds of travelers are suffering by this notorious act. I have noticed this problem everyday. Even in evening, when I was waiting at the ITO station for more than 15 minutes, only a few metro were reached there for onward journey. I have complaint this problem at least 12 times, but no action has been taken till date. Kindly take necessary action against the careless persons at the earliest.

I was traveling from chattarpur metro station to rajiv chowk metro station with my family at about 16:42:32 hrs. I asked for 03 tokens from (TOM 01) i:e from Mr. virender. He in return asked for 90 bucks & gave me a single token. On asking him that why he gave me only a single token when i needed 03, he told 01 token will work for 03 members. As i came to delhi after a long period of 01 year, i thought that there might be some changes made by DMRC during this period. Firstly i crossed the barrier with the token, it worked. But when my mother & wife tried to cross the barrier doesn't open. Then some security person came & made my family to cross that barrier through some side passage.

I boarded the metro & reached rajiv chowk. When i was trying to make exit from rajiv chowk metro, the security person stopped me & asked with only one token how can 03 of u will exit. He asked me to go to control room & tell them for help. At last i narrated the whole story to the incharge of control room & he assured me that action should be taken against Mr. virender & i request that strict action should be taken against such people so that one should not be made uncomfortable while traveling with his family.

Please refer complain number 8338 of Iffco Chowk Metro station dated 2/11/2016 and online complain dated 3/11/2016 regarding theft of my car from iffco chowk metro parking. I received a confirmation mail and the case is under investigation on 3 November and after that not a single correspondence was made from your side. I requested to cancel the contract of the contractor but after an expiry of more than a month nothing was done from your side and DMRC is least interested in dealing with the theft of my car.

Again I am requesting your corporation to help me out as early as possible and resolve my problem else will go for Prime Minister Public Grievance forum as if a Government servant like me is not being helped by the corporation than what about the common men's grievances.

Please make your metro token sale policy more better. Sometimes it is difficult to buy tokens due to change problem and due to absence of staff.

The amount of the journey wasn't fixed for a fixed place. I was traveling to Dwarka sector-12, actually the token comes into the amount of Rs28 for Dwarka sec-12 but today he takes Rs38 and says that if you buy more token it have cost Rs28 otherwise we have charged Rs38. So please fix the definite amount for a fixed journey.

On 4th of April I was boarding from Kashmiri gate to dilshad garden metro during boarding time some one pickpocket my mobile at kashmiri gate. And it's a daily story in metro why not metro take action against them why not search in the cctv and find the suspects and there was no complain center in metro against it only lost and found department is there. Delhi metro or crpf have to be make a team to catch these kind of thieves.

Sir, I travelled from green park to kaushambi on evening of 6/04/2017 and from my metro card 47 rupees was charged but fair charge is just rupees 20. this is because of not properly scanning process at gate no.34 counter at green park metro station. I asked at the counter he confirmed the fault at green park metro station and recommended me to complain at dmrc website. so I will be obliged if u consider my case & refund my extra charges. please reply me soon at the same email address.

There are many time. Ticket counters taken extra fare from real charges. Today I m travel from Noida city center to Gtb nagar. The fare of this distance is 23 rupees. But they charges extra fare. The tickets men taken 33 rupees many time. Please take action against of taken extra charges. Why they cheat the peoples.

I am 57 yrs old and working at gurgaon. Young boys and girls are sitting on sr citizen seat and even watching movies, chating on whatsap, facebook but not vacating the seat. Though seats are reserved for ladies and evev one bogey. Pl do something for sr citizen that no body should sit on seats reserved for sr person.

It was around 9 o'clock when i reached nangloi metro station with my nephew to return the token money that was struck in vendor machine. The station controller misbehave in front of my 16years old nephew and threat me to put behind the bars by cisf if i asked the token money back again. As he was saying there will be no action against him if i complaint his senior or dmrc organisation. He is ruling the nangloi metro station as a controller but do not knows how to deal with customer. I request the dmrc to look into the matter seriously otherwise people would lose their faith in dmrc.

The DMRC has recently increased the metro fare from 10th May 2017. I wish to inform you that the concessional fare may be considered for DISABLED and SENIOR CITIZEN persons.

All Transport agencies like:
Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC)
Indian Airlines
Indian Railway
and other transport facilities.

I am a Senior Citizen and disabled person and availing the concession fare in DTC and Indian Railway. I understand that these persons are to be honoured and their traveling is very limited. Could you forward this message to the competent authorities so the scheme may implement immediately.

Pl ref my complaint regarding sr citizen seat which is occupied by youngsters and also watching movies and chatting, whatsapp, facebook but not vacating the seats. Pl do something. For ladies one coach is there/ladies seats are there.

1. Fare Hike - With the recent hike in fare life has become miserable ... earlier I used to pay Rs 27 now I am paying 50 which is double. It is the failure of the modi Govt that the govt was not able to curb the loan problem of DMRC and the sufferer are we middle class ppl. Despite of paying all kind of tax (income tax, education cess, swatch bharat, service tax) if we need to pay more fare hike then its the incapability of the govt. Please let the Officials know the honest feedback shared by a daily commuter. Atleast they should have hikes genuinely. Now with the hike there was comparatively less commuters are travelling. if further increase in fare.. the commuters will be minimal which will be loss to the govt.

2. Customer care - the person sitting in the customer case needs to be courteous and patient.. several times I had bad experience.. they should know how to deal with a customer.

3. Pick pocketing/ mobile theft in the metro premises is very common neither the police not the CISF is taking any step to resolve.

After getting out from Blue line at Sector- 21 Dwarka there is separate line for female passengers to catch Airport Metro. Male passenger are pushing the ladies and there is kiosk. Some time before when there is frisking facility there was a separate line for ladies but now a days it is very difficult to move towards airport line. Please do the needful.

Hi All, this is incident of kashmere Gate Metro Station. there were lot of crowd (queue). Always mismanagement by staff. Roughly talking with customer. Today 25th May 2017, i was standing in queue and just ask that how much time will be taken but there was a security Police and he is begin to say that he is also in problem how can i think about my problem and he told me , if i have any problem get out from queue and mention your complement. he was two star office and his language was so roughly. please sir, Please do needful for future not for me for all customer.

Hi, This incident happen when I went for security checking Date: 31-5-2017 time: 8:50 to 9:10. DMRC lady security checking officer start checking and I was listening music security lady snatch my ear phone and my ear get hurt. when I said to her “tum ky kr rahi ho “ she shouted on me and start fighting and said “ tumne mujhe tum ku kaha!“ and she arguing with me and hit on my leg with her racket metal detector because of this cheap and silly reason that I said to her “tum”. I didn’t expected with DMRC officers do such kind of shit things. And there male staff do same “aapko unhe tum nahi bolna chahiye “ are they are there for making relation or for their duty!!!!

Sir, I was traveling ndls to kirti NAGAR . I purchased 1 token & staff charged INR 30 . next day I was returning kirti NAGAR to ndls then he charged INR 20 .when I asked the kirti NAGAR staff to difference of RS 10. He said to me to complaint on ndls station.

After coming ndls I went to customer service desk & tell about the matter , she did not give me satisfied guidance , & said " jisme kal tumhe token diya tha use pakdo". I went to token window but due to shift changing same token issuer was not available . again I went to customer service desk & tell ,she said me " mera dimaag mat khao , yha SE jao dobara mat aana ".

Dear Sir, I am humbly request to you to take strict action against such as staff , who are damaging image of Delhi metro in their passengers / customers.

After display board Showing 11.15 But. Train start on 11.31 pm why this is wrong I pay for it to reduce my time not for late or increase. this is very poor service of DMRC shame on all of you who not maintain it.

Why the frequency of violet line is so poor. Average time between the two trains is 6 mins n it goes upto 8 mins.....also all the metros are having 6 coaches in this line. the rush is so high during office hours..never get a seat in this metro.

Respected sir, I and my friend live in jahangirpuri and doing govt job in gurgaon .the 1st metro timing in morning from jahangirpuri to huda city is 06:00am which reached huda city at 07:15 -07:20 am but timing of our office in gurgaon at 07:00am because of timing of 1st metro from jahangirpuri, we are getting late daily and facing lot of problem from our administration.So we are heartly requested to u that please change the 1st metro timing from jahangirpuri as early as possible. please change the 1st metro timing from jahangirpuri that 05:45 am. We are really thankful to u.

Yesterday (08.08.2017), At sarita Vihar metro station, a monkey came and snitch by hand bag from platform near ladies coach. All my original documents (e.g. Aadhar Car, Pan Card, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.) are there in my handbag. After snitching, he just left my handbag on metro station itself and then went away but metro staff is not able to get it back. They are constantly blaming MCD for this & saying I will get back my purse only when the Monkey itself throw it down.

Is this reality the way, how DMRC operates and provides service to your passengers ??

Why Station Officer is so much helpless ???

I don't want to listen this blame game, all that I just want is my hand bag back. As its still available on that shelter of metro station

Dear Madam/ sir,
I travel daily by metro to huda city metro station for work in the morning. Today on reaching the station at 12 noon as it was raining heavily I decided to sit and wait inside the metro station along with many other passengers. I was going to sit down on the metal benches on the platform, when I was suddenly stopped by a SIS guard and asked to go downstairs. When I pointed out to him it was raining heavily outside, he said I cant wait there as anyone can jump into the metro tracks . And obviously on being told that I will complain against him, he was casual , careless and least bothered about any complaints against him. I have never heard of such outrageous reasoning. This was not even a case of spending excess time inside the metro station. I am unaware of any metro rules which says throw out people in heavy rainfall on such inhuman pretext . Clearly these guards lack humane sense and they think they can behave in anyway they like due to lack of any administrative discipline or fear of higher authority in the system.

Most respectfully, I submit that there is no escalator for going down from Sector 28 Station towards Sector 28. As a result of this disabled, senior citizens feel great difficulty. For going to Sector 31, the disabled, senior citizens may have to make exist from sector 28 exist point and then may have to move towards sector 31 for hiring scooters e rickshaws. It is requested that one opening from AFC gates towards Sector 31 may please be opened for senior citizens disabled. This will prove beneficial to customers as well as improve the efficiency of delhi metro.

Yesterday my old DMRC smart card was damaged and I was supposed to deposit it at the counter the next morning, which I did, and got a new card issued with a BALANCE of 100 rupees only. While taking an exit at the ITO metro station, my NEWLY ISSUED CARD was quoted INVALID by the exit machine. I went to the CUSTOMER CARE SECTION of ITO metro station, and told them about the same. As soon as they realised that I do not have any TOKEN or CARD to take an exit, they asked me to PAY a sum of 120 RUPEES ONLY just because I did not have any other OPTION for the exit. I asked them why do I need to pay 120 bucks and all I got as an answer was that Madam you need to talk to the other(VISHWAVIDYALAYA) metro station officials about the NEWLY ISSUED CARD and about its error. This evening I talked to the VISHWAVIDYALAYA officials and they told me that there was no need to pay 120 rupees.

I would like DMRC to help me out in this situation rather than sending me here and there for the problem.

My metro card is suddenly blocked at Moolchand Metro Station and the person who is sitting on the counter is saying to go to that Metro Station where which we have issued. Now, I have issued it from TKD Metro Station and the person sitting on the counter says that we don't have forms for this task and takes around half an hour for the same. At last I want to say that I want some help from you for this issue.

I am standing at dwarka mod metro station from 9:45 am and it is 9:56 am. Metro has fixed the rates according to time management. I have to de-board at pullbangash but due to this my fare has been increased to RS 50 from 40. The voice of regret doesn't make money or not giving any cash back to passengers... So, have you any explanation about that???

During my stay Rs10/ coins are twice being refused to accept. First time on 16/11/2017 at Kaushambi station at around 8-30am by a lady ticket clerk at gate not near toilet complex(I have made a complaint on that day through 155370(complain no-1611170004) but no answer to your end till date. Second time at around 5-15 by a male clerk at Kashmiri gate ISBT station(gate no 7, counter no 4). Even when I contacted the customer care cell of the station(gate no7) with the copy of RBI Press release of 20/11/2016 which clearly stated the non-existence of any Rs10/ duplicate coins one lady & one male staff stated as RBI itself has no reliability, so they would not follow RBI guidelines. Please take exemplary action's against all those staffs & arrest them for disrespect to Nation. Information about action taken must be reached to me at the earliest

There is always chaos at the entry gates of New Delhi station. People alighting at New Delhi railway station having baggage in their hands are asked to use another gate, no passage to go there. Why there are no lifts, I fail to understand. Situation is the worst. I hope required steps will be taken urgently and effectively.

I have complained against the executive who is available at Laxmi nagar metro station counter no 2. I took token for New Delhi rly stn from Laxmi nagar . I give Rs 100 /- to the cashier who is available at counter no 2 he charged RS 40 & return me RS 60/- , the actual fare of the ride is 30/- . I comes into my notice when i touched the token on sensor to cross the gate it shows 30/- then i boared the train i raised the complaint for the same at new Delhi station. My complaint copy no 69615. My check in time 16:06, check out time 16:45. Token no-4020709455.

This is not a matter of charging RS 10 from me it's about matter of hundreds of commuter who travels daily in metro & this kind of peoples who charged people for their own sake.

While entering Dwarka Sector-14 Metro Station yesterday i.e. on 06-12-2017 around 0745 AM, I noticed that the security staff (CISF), in a rough manner, denied entry of some poor ladies having infant in their lap. While I asked the reason for denial, the security staff replied “Ye metro main gandgi failati hai or jaib kat leti hai”. Their senior SI/ASI was present there at that time. He also advised the poor ladies “Riksha se chale jao”. Earlier at Dwarka station I had noticed that the security staff was advising such passengers "Kal se naha (bath) kar ke aana".

Is it not the violation of fundamental rights of a national citizen? Have the security staff been delegated with the powers to –

(1) To discriminate any poor passenger as “ganda karte hai.
(2) To Identify and tag any poor passenger as “jaib kat lete hai.
(3) To deny a poor citizen for boarding the metro train with their own imagination based on the fake and false allegation.
(4) To advice the poor citizens to travel by “Riksha” while he intend to travel by Metro Train.

Such kind of act of a Govt. employees is not desirable. Will DMRC look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid re-occurrence of such incidents with any citizen. The CCTV footage may be referred. The name and rank of the concerned staff may be identified and furnished. I am sure that DMRC will conduct fair inquiry in the matter and appropriate instruction will be issued to the CISF staff.

Hi, Your service is very poor. Your token machines are only excepting choosen notes. So, it's waste of time to use your service. Today when I was in tugalkabad and I'm trying to take tokens from your machine I faced many problem also my 1hour has wasted. Please look into this matter and try to make it easy.

Dear sir, this is to bring in your notice that morning train from huda city is running on slow speed on today @ 4.01.18. I have my train scheduled from NEw Delhi Railway at 6.45 for which I had to reach there 5-10 min before and accordingly planned my timing. But it's reaching at Patel chowk now after 50 min of departure. After talking with customer care everybody reply that morning train usually get delayed 10-15 min ( which reason -- fog, dark??? Then no meaning of driver less train). Now who is responsible for dropping my train from New Delhi --- DMRC?? Pls reply suitably.

For the past four days, the commuters are facing a lot of difficulty due to non-working of 3 inward AFC gates of the station, with the result that the queues extend upto the municipal road outside the station This not only causes inconvenience & harassment,but also pose a threat to lives of the commuters on the busy road. Repeated requests to the Station Manager have fallen on deaf ears. Please take remedial measures immediately.

Further, the Station Manager should also be instructed NOT to be a mute spectator and remain seated in the room. He should frequently take a round of the station, take note of the any machinery not functional (be it AFC gates, Escalators, Lifts etc) and immediately take steps to get these operational.

Moreover, the CISF personnel manning the gate should also be instructed to open another entry gate whenever they find rush on the station.

I recharge my metro card bearing no. 56538259 with Rs 1,000/- (one thousand) on 5th Jan,2018 at 6.05.55Pm which was successfully ordered via Paytm. Successful order no. 4395210999. I tap the metro card on AVM machine but the amount does not shown credited in my metro card. Till date the amount is not credited in my metro card.Please do the needful at the earliest.

I have complaint regarding metro services in morning hours at noida city centre to dwarka,every morning passenger facing lots of problem due to delaying issue. Every metro taking atleast 15 mins to come on metro station which is unacceptable for passengers.at yamuna bank metro station all metro drivers started talking with each other gossiping, laughing, enjoying they have not even bothered to passengers they are wasting time of passengers they have no regrets that they are harrasing people, we are facing lots of problem at morning time.

I dont understand why people using metro instead of other transport if they are facing delaying problem in morning hours what does mean by metro. I am not staisfied with your morning schedule. Every one just talking about oh shit aaj bhi late ho gye metro ki wajah se. Do you have any idea people facing lots of problem due to lacking of such peoples.
