I was called to attend a club mahindra meeting with my husband in JW Marriot, Chandigarh in the month of January. I was given a free holiday voucher after the meeting. When I tried to register it I could not do it. I called up the company and to my surprise the same voucher was registered in the name of Damandeep Kaur. I wasted two hours and did not get the voucher as promised. What do I do now? I want to experience Mahindra Resort.

The RM came from club mahindra and showed me the demo in month of Feb 2017 and committed to arrange a 5 days complimentary stay in Puduchery (pondy) and i decided to enroll for the membership. he said i have to make payment of down payment immediately. i asked for a day to decide they said it doesnt happen like that. but insisted and at midnight he was calling me for my credit card details. and after sharing my card details and paying the down payment of 34700 they sent me the membership ID. after that i asked RM to block the rooms as committed. he said he'll block the rooms and i have to pay three EMIs together to get the rooms booked/blocked. i agreed. after that when i try contacting him he doesnt take the call and respond to my sms. i send a mail to him and his manager but no response. his manager had spoken to me at time to taking membership talking bigs words to convince me to take the membership. now no response from him at all. i raised a request with the member relation and they too dont respond. please do the needful to refun my down payment.

Now no response from him at all. I raised a request with the member relation team for refund of the down payment and they too don’t respond. I have stopped the EMI and now they send message for paying EMI. Please do the needful to refund my down payment.

After posting in social media and compliant board they called me and said to provide the contact number of the sales person who made wrong commitment. i gave them and they tried to conference the person but was not able to. if the company itself cannot get hold of the staff how will the customers get service. they also say cancellation is not possible after validation. which service is this that refund is not possible.

Dear Sir/madam, It is very disgusting to let you know dat ur staff's behavior at kandaghat resort is totally unacceptable. This is the first time in our 9 years membership when we experienced such a rude staff. I should say that the staff at kandaghat is "DEAF".. they were not responding neither to any of our queries nor any requests. They do not have etiquette to treat the people around dem.. n m very sorry to say dis dat even manager is sailing in d same boat. we had experienced many incidents within just 3 days of our stay but I will share 1 of dem.. we were a group of 19 people n were having dinner when a person from the team of restaurant came n suddenly switched off the projector on which the IPL was telecasted. I should say dis dat he didn't even try to take permission from us b4 doing dat.. also we weren't done with our dinner too..!!

I had booked coorg resort for 3 days well in advance with your local officials at Ahmedabad. From 25th to 28th May 2017. Your company has given me booking for one day 25th at Virejpet and one day 27th at Madikeri. The local officials were promising me that you reach Virajpet we will extend your stay for 26th in Virajpet and on 27th you go to Madikeri. But now your people at Virejpet are saying that they don't have rooms. So where should I go for one day 26th and then go to Madikeri on 27th? Please do something immediately. Otherwise I am not going to vacate the room allotted to me at Virejpet on 25th! This is Emergency!

Sir, cancelled membership CID- 2751520, Down Payment of 45710/- made in March 2017 and cancelled via confirmation mail by head office on 3rd April 2017. [Due to wrong selling, told no 10 years product exists]. So we cancelled 25 years plan. Later Mr. Manish from Bhopal contacted and sold a 10 year holiday plan to us [CID 2757968]. He assured us that your DP for CID 2751520 will reach you within 45 days latest. If this continues I am afraid club mahindra may lose trust. kindly see to it.

Dear Club Mahindra Team,

It was really a misleading attempt from your company to onboard customer.

I was promised by your executive who had called me to attend a seminar and in turn will hand over 3N and 2D holiday voucher, movie ticket and meal voucher. It was advised by your tele person Mr Abhishek that irrespective of whether we are interested in the product or not you will provide the above mentioned vouchers as we are taking time out of our schedule.

I have still not received the vouchers which was committed by you on the day of 22nd october 2017. Did not expect such a cheap strategy to attract customers from such big company of yours. Completely disappointed. I have raised complaint against you about misleading customers. Complaint no is 482946.

I am happy that i did not chose you for travel needs. Very cheap approach i must say.

1. I was not allowed booking resort online for non payment of afs dues.
2. When i wanted to pay for the current invoice for the year 2017 and also take advantage of the discount offer, i was not allowed and prompted to pay the full amount of rs. 13,711.00 for the year 2016.
3. Whereas, i have already paid an amount of rs.13,511.00 (unsettled advance of rs. 200/ only) vide indus ind bank cheque no. 155860 dated 20.01.2017).
4. Fyi i have already lost 7 days of my holidays due some confusion last year. My booked room was also allotted to some other member in our absence.
5. Kindly update summary of charges online to avoid such incidents. Unable to attach screen shot.
6. Kindly reconcile and revert with your offer reg days & payment in response to stated above.

When i try to redeem my holiday voucher no.YADZ838IRE and fill all my particulars, the reply comes "YOUR MOBILE NO. OR E-MAIL ID ALREADY EXISTS IN THE SYSTEM". Your customer care, when contacted, also filled my data at their end and found the same caption. I was advised to send e-mail at " memberrelations @clubmahindra.com" along with the caption and my problem will be solved. But the mail to returned due to the reason that no such address exists.

Our car was damaged while parked in the parking area of Club Mahindra resort, at Poovar, Kerala. Inspite of notifying the Mgt promptly they have refused to compensate me. The car front window shield was damaged in the front. Also the parking area was shown by the security staff and assured to be safe. There is no cctv footage in this area. I have no choice but to take a legal course. Pl assist.

I am a retired defense personal, on 23.09.2018(Sunday) a agent from Club Mahendra came to my home at Film city road, Malad East and he discussed about cost and benefits of club Mahindra membership but he didn't cleard about Annual maintenance fees (ASF) and my wife paid half of membership amount by credit card on same time Later after his departure, my wife called one of her friend who's father is also a member of club Mahindra holidays she informed about ASF under which one has to pay 14000/- every year. My wife got astonished and immediately called to that agent on same date for clarification on that. he said it is there and I told you in very beginning but also told that it will be waived off, whereas it was not told as I was also present during the discussion.

She asked him immediately to return the money or waive off that amount. My wife and I called him next day morning also at about 1000hrs to him and his senior to stop any further process of membership and refund the money but yet no action has been initiated from them and didn't returned the money. After a lot of call he told that he will come at our residence on 01.10.2018 and give a written promise in black and white for waive off of ASF but he didn't turned up.
It is requested to do the needful.

I have been struggling to get in touch with customer care team but it is impossible. They do not have any clear cut ID indication. All there is is clubmahindra.com. which takes you on the booking site but it is impossible to write a grievance or queries anywhere. I fail to understand that an organisation as big as club mahindra's system is so poor. Could club mahindra customer care kindly please get in touch with me via email.
