As i have putted request to Airtel gallery at bandra west for my number (9702374797) port from airtel postpaid to prepaid and i have completed all process and then give me one blank sim also.

After that i received call from your customer care on 8 April 2017, and she has given me one plan details of Rs: 349 and the plan is Unlimited local & STD calling, 100 Daily SMS & 1gb 3G/4G daily internet, so i have decided to keep my airtel no in postpaid and she has deactivated my request and Rs. 349 plan has activated.

But while i checking my plan details it showed as unlimited local & st calling, 1 gb 3g/4g data only. Not showing 100 daily sms & 1 gb daily 3g/4g data.

So i request you to upgrade my plas as early as possible. Even i called to customer support also but they are not getting proper details.

looking forward for your positive reply, other wise i will do complaint against it to police station or customer court regarding victimized to customer.

This complaint is regarding the conversation with your team yesterday, i want you to disconnect the wifi from my no. as they are saying that you are the old costumer , so this no. is old we also have to disconnect the landline as well but my concern is that i want you to disconnect only my wifi not my landline.

We already make the payment for the month of March 17,on 06.04.17,we already tried make the online payment from 05.04.017,my systems shows your trancation process for payment,at that time we made the payment again & again for aitel [07 Nos] time.my bank debited me Rs.521*07=Rs.3,647/-{three thousand Six Hundread fourty Seven Only] has been deducted for airtel,

I have been using airtel network for more than 6 years now but for my issue this time , the team is taking quite a long time and miss management could be be seen.

i have an issue in which i disconnected your network at the first stage. Basically i had a problem with the price but then i heard of a new plan which was suitable, so i ordered for a new plan with the same connection and landline number 0161-4656406.

its been more than a week when i ordered for this plan with my order id 146843664. i spoke to them 3 days prior and they confirmed that my internet would start working within 72 hours. my lead id is 98784104108243.

My internet is still not working nor my fixed landline number (dont want my landline number to be changed). i request you to please do the needful as soon as possible.

Here i am complaining about mismanagement of your staff. i had applied twice for new connection first time in feb and twice in april both time connection taken by me easily but after some time your co. without notifying me said that connection is not feasable. When i had started using another connection your representative came to me and said "ki hum to ab connection laga kar jagenge" this time again i asked whether connection is available or not they said "connection is available at the speed of 8mbps". Then after i gave him a cheque of rs 3100/- this time also nobody notify me and when i complain about this in co they said "hum kuch nahin kar sakte". sir i want want my cheque back otherwise i will complain in consumer court. installation order no148631714 and fixedline a/c no 7031835435.

I am a post-paid customer of Airtel since twelve years and I have been paying them one to two thousand rupees every month on an average.

My Airtel mobile number is -9845333508 (My Airtel Relationship number: - 1181773786

Since, March 2017, I have been facing network problem in and around my residential address. “Flat # B - 11, Amizara Apartment, Opp Head Police Quarters, Saru Section Road Jamnagar Gujarat (India) Pin: - 361001” AND “Plot No.4246, Road E, GIDC, Phase-III, Dared Jamnagar - 361 004, Gujarat.” I registered a complaint about it at 198 (Airtel’s Customer Care Centre), on February & March. After that I updated my complaint more than 5 to 10 times 198.

There were 2 references no. (1. Reference #:- 16-02-2017 – 74810531) (2. Reference #:- 16-03-2017 – 74810531)

Whenever I called, again on the 31-03-2017 @ 04:50 PM and had a discussion nearby to 28 Minutes and 25 Seconds with a supervisor where he informed that i will be getting a call back within 24 hrs and I had informed that i need a call back by 10:00 Am tomorrow that is 31-03-2017 and till date I have not got a call back…

24 hrs didn’t turned up for weeks….and again regarding my problem….is yet not resolved...

In the mean time I had spoken with a supervisor who had give me a discount of 1000 Rs on my bill where it was a problem from your end and also i had informed not to close my complete until i call and inform to close it... but the first complete is been closed...

I received only 1 calls regarding my problem and more than 10 reminders (personal calls... Computer generated calls...) regarding my feedback of my complete... I had also informed that I need to talk with the manager and they also informed that will arrange a call back within 24 hrs... till date I have not got a single call.

There was a network engineer who had come in the month of February where he also does not know how to check the network. Where he shows his mobile by opening the apps on his mobile and telling that see the network it is fast and sends a report that there is not problem.

By showing the speed on his mobile informs that the customer is wrong, which is not good for Airtel.

After realizing 198’s inability to solve this problem I am writing this to higher authorities like CEO, Appellate Authority, and Nodal Officer, but of no use again.

In the mean time I did whatever I could have done, they haven’t resolved my problem yet…

Now I am suffering from big difficulties Due to this ‘Unprofessional’ and ‘Unethical’ behaviour of a reputed company.

I have been suffering for more than February month and they are least concerned about it. I am not ever happy with Airtel from know and finally discontinuation of the services of my mobile.

Not making it prolong I would like to bring forward a few points.

1. Personal Loss
Not only at professional front but becoming isolated from “nears and dears” is also a major problem. I have only a few of contacts to send them a new number, but what about the rest of the world..?

2. Mental Disturbance
since when the problem started, there are questions and questions in my mind every time. Sometime about the professional calls and sometime about the personal calls..!!!

I am not able to concentrate on my work…. And because of the attitude of the concern company I am mentally disturbed every time…!!! In short my life has become miserable. I have no clue about the solution and seeking help from you...

3. Declaration
I hereby declare that all the information mentioned above is true to the best of my knowledge. As well I have also dissuaded to update the entire call recording on News channel, News papers and also to my auditor. With the call recordings i have attached 2 call recording please check and let me know how good the agent was. (Call handling, hold procedure, transferring the call to the supervisor). Kindly check and do the needful. Still wetting from a last resolution. In your add you have informed that Ookla is tested and given a certificate that Airtel is the fastest network but I tell that it is not. So please check and then update after that ask people is your network is fastest or not.....

In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

I have subscribed for infinity plan with 4GB data. Though less than 2GB data has been consumed as on date am not able to get the regular speed on my data download in my mobile no 9242166112.

I am getting my phone bill more than my plan amount. Regarding that i applied for MNP and i got a call form airtel. A lady from airtel customer care called me and committed 500 rupee weaver but yet i didnt get any message of waiver amount.

I tried several times to deactivate my special 5 plan nos, 9957881443, 9957203619, 9954770216, but get any satisfactory answer for the last several months, when you will get from call record, it shows that your company is not interested to satisfy customer's request and on the other hand earns few amount every day from my account. When I interact with the customer executive they are also not interested to help but tried to misbehave. So pl help me how to get over from that problem. Lastly I shall must tell Tata sky executive are very much helpful and get them within 2 to 3 minutes but in case of Airtel I had to wait more than 8 to 9 min.

My sim outgoing also barred automatically and incoming calls and sms only coming. i want to please allow my outgoing calls. i call some time customer care and i am also visit the airel showroom he was says that sim will be deactivated but how is possible incoming are allow is their anc he was requiring my mother thumb impression and because sim is on my mother's name then my mother is in foreign. what i do pleas activate my sim. my number.. 7022082028. please solve this problem otherwise pleas allow to port out, please take imdetly action.

Hi, I am Sukhvinder pal singh. I use airtel post paid no - 9818528406. I have been facing the worst circumstances being an airtel customer. My bill for previous 3 months is approx 28,500 in which I have been charged approx 3999 + 15% st. I traveled last month to Europe and U.K. I have been charged the Europe package twice. Goswami ji one of supervisor waved me this amount as it was fault at their end .
(Interaction id - 2421765825) (Dated - 23/4/17).

Now my phone has been barred and airtel bill collection centre is asking me for full amount 28,500. Please solve my case as soon as possible or else I'll move to consumer court as I am being mentally harassed .

Hi All,

I have a placed a request for MNP from Reliance Post paid to Airtel for my Mobile Number 9042071271 on 05th of Apr 2017.

I tried calling up the vendor numbers multiple times (the executives from whom i got a call about the plan and the executive who came to my place for document & Money collection) which i was not able to reach them (Rang but not picking). Hence i checked in Airtel customer care to find out the status on 10th of Airtel (I did not received any port initiation message). I was shocked about the news heard from the customer care, he said that your MNP is not been initiated in our portel.

So i Googled and found different contact # of the Airtel partner company "Zealous Services" and reached who maintains Airtel process Manager [Arun - 98940 87620] he advised to wait for an hour to check and update the status. After regular follow up with him he uploaded the document on 12-04-2017 02:05 16 PM on airtel portel.

To cross verify i walked up to Airtel Showroom in Pammal, Chennai and store manager confirmed that this is incomplete application he uploaded in portal it will not be proceeded further.

As advised by him have called up Arun (mentioned earlier as vendor manager) and asked about the pending status also store manager spoke to him and warned him for delay and he will help me up rectifying my problem.

The same day night i got a call from Suresh (96000 94598) introduced himself as the Sales Area Manager, Airtel. I have explained him my complete issue happened with Airtel partner. He replied he warned the team it was done for close to 30 to 35 customers

[they were explaining the plan which is not in the market to the customers once they go and collect the documents and money from the customers, simply they are delaying. If the customer pushes asking for the status they are simply say the plan currently unavailable still the customers are interested they will give the plan which is available in the market]

The same thing happened to me as well it seems, he said he will be calling me back next day morning 9 AM.

After he calling me, next day morning only i came to know that he is also a part of "Zealous Services".I cleared said I don't want to port my number to Airtel, So please return my documents and money. He said ok to return my both but till 25th Apr'17 i am calling him and messaging him daily basis but he is saying he will today, tomorrow till now i did not received yet.

It seems there is a big loophole and very worst experience in Airtel. This has left me no where to go. Please look into this in urgency.

I have a problem from airtel some time befor any one tell me my sumsung a3 set is 4g so that tomorrow I convert my airtel 3g SIM to 4g SIM. Dear Sir/Madam,

I had recharged with 349 after receiving a message which stated that with this recharge I would be credited with 1 GB data per day for 28 days but the data pack ended by the completion of 1 GB by 3 days. I was advised by the customer care executive to attach a screenshot of the message stating the data pack but since there is no option available for the same I am unable to attach. I kindly request for a refund of the amount or to be credited with the original offer. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
