I booked tickets for captain america civil war on 07/05/2016 for Rs.1318. The amount was debited from my account but tickets were not booked. And the helpline was also not helpful and always busy. I want my money back as soon as possible.

Hey, i had booked online 4ticks for Sairat show 4pm on 7th may'16, the transaction from my account was done but the booking was not completed..it showed error!! Kindly sort the issue n refund my money back.

I have Indus India signature card but I could not able use the offer of my card. While I am typing my card number it is showing an error that the transaction can be done after 20 minutes. So I request to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Our payment has been done successfully through bookmyshow. But our IPL TICKETS were not booked. Bookmyshow mobile app is one of the worst app I have ever come across. It always shows some or the other reason and declines my request of BOGO movie ticket offer thru ICICI Debit card booking. I just want to understand why your company cheating on us by flashing such fake offers to public which is of no use. I will never ever recommend this app to any of my friends or known people.

i have booked online ticket on dated 25.12.2016 at 4.28 pm from my sbi debit card, as advance booking for Dangal (U) on Mon 26 dec 2016 2.45 pm at PVR Treasure Island Bhilai ( AUDI 01) ( C.G.) booking ID is WM9XBFF. The amount deducted Rs. 1163/- from my SBI account. Due to declare Tax Free by the CG Govt. on dated 26.12.2016, my booking was cancelled by PVR before my show time & they told your booking amount will be send within 24 hr. to your account by the bookmyshow. But till date i have not received the amount.

Kindly refund my amount of Rs.1163/- immediately.

We booked 6 tickets for dhruva movie, second show on 26-12-16 at BVK multiplex which is at LB NAGAR. Amount of rs 540 got deducted from the account.But the tickets were not booked. seat numbers are from B9-B14.

I received the IPL ticket in a bad condition from bookmyshow team. When I made a complaint to the support team, they didn't respond properly. I never expected such a bad response from the bookmyshow team.
