I talked to customer care they say to me the tariff was available in your number. 21 +7 double validity from 42. Days .the tariff was 30/paisa /min..21+21 days.the customer care agent also not receiving the my call. I also complaint two days before and they say to me to wait 48 hours ..after you get this tariff in my number ....now they are not receiving my call.....MY NUMBER...9628365331.

Vodafone I feel is a company of cheats. Every now and then certain packs are activated and money is deducted from the balance.On 5.2.2017 some HOTDOT pack was activated on my No 9792346113 and Rs 50 have been deducted. Such things have happened earlier also and no action has been taken inspite of several complaints.I have now no option but to switch over to a better and honest service provider.

I was using voda sim since 6 To7 Years, but due to my phone problem not used my for 2 months, they closed my nob, and my sim now showing registratio failed.. Which is aginst the company policy, and the customer care persons responded so bad, i will not use voda anymore.

On 04-10-2017 around 1700 Hrs. I got my prepaid mob. no. 9984422460 for Rs.30/- only and received talk value Rs.22.42 only. I have tariff on my mob. due to which the cost of each local/STD call charges 0.25 paise/minute. But on 04-10-2017, I made only one local call after recharging, but within ten minutes my all balance talk value had been deducted due to unknown reasons whereas no any value added services are activated on my prepaid mob. no. 9984422460.

I lodged my complaint with you on the same day and got a SMS that the matter will be resolved / responded by 12-10-2017 by 06.00PM. My Service Registration No. is 3066454750. But after passing a week from the promised date & time, i.e. 12-10-2017 by 06.00 Hrs., the matter is still unresolved / non-responded, despite my repeated requests. Therefore, it is requested to please refund the unauthorized deducted talk value on 04-10-2017, immediately, without any further delay.

The complaint lodged by me on the subject matter under Service Registration No. 3066454750, for unauthorized deducting talk value of my prepaid mob. no. 9984422460 on 04-10-2017 whereas no VAS is opted by me. On my complaint lodged on dated 04-10-2017, you informed me through SMS tht the case must be resolved by 12-10-2017 evening by 1800 Hrs. When no action taken by you, I again reminded you then you replied that the matter will be resolved very shortly, not indicating any specific date & time. But more than 1&1/2 months have passed, the matter is unresolved. Why?

Therefore, I once again request you to please refund the said unauthorized deducted talk value on 04-10-2017 without any reason, without any further delay, immediately, within 48 Hrs. otherwise I will have no option left with me to take up the matter with your senior most highter authorities as well as some other effective and appropriate level. I once again repeat to take up the matter on "TOP MOST PRIORITY" & refund the aforesaid deducted talk value on 04-10-2017, according to my request just within 48 Hrs.
Thanking you with a hope to treat the matter "MOST URGENT" & resolve on "TOP MOST PRIORITY".

Whenever I wish wish to call some one, it shows call barring and a information about to contact customer care. what is the matter behind i could not understand. The Services of Vodafone Customer Care particularly for phones of UP East Regions for last 4-5 months are quite unsatisfactory and too much hopeless. My request to please improve your services like 4-5 months earlier, otherwise lot of customers will have no option left with them but to surrender Vodafone connections. Its enough to use your service and given more complaint regarding internet slow and network issue. I am very disappointment for your service want to change it, because of taking extra charge and internet network. if your network is not good you are not able to take Bill. we expected best service from you if you are not given so you are not able to take extra charges. your staff is done miss behavior your Representative took the call but not given any respond. its very hard to pay in this time. if you resolve my issue then please do needful other wise i have no other option to change the network.

I have purchased two sim card I don't know the month but I bought 2 sim car one is vodafone and the other is jio both was not recharged from day one for both the sim. And in the month of January I was trying to top up my vodafone sim but that told thay need to do (frc) for new sim card. I was ok with that.

As I told vodafone sim was there from longer time in the phone on Vodafone number 8904232422 there was no outgoing calls there was incoming calls on the same number I thought to do recharge and again tried to do recharge but again it got failed.

On 29/72020 I called to customer care but he told my sim card in deactivated, but I told him sir on the same mobile number (8904232422) I had called on the same date and I spoked. He told sir you can go to any near by store and you can do active. I told ok

I went to vodafone phone service center which is in sarjapur main road bangalore -35. I spoke with mister Anil kumar the manger of the store and again I asked to do recharge & he tried it got failed. Then I asked what to do , he told sir this number is not in your name we can't do anything for this. I asked him what can be done. He said.. as the sim is not there in your name you have to take in postpaid.

See the point is as I bought si card on the same date I didn't do any recharge for both sim card are still in my name in the app ( in vodafone & jio app owner name in say siril which is me) I tried to recharge to jio within a finger tip I my self did recharge I need to know how bad is vodafone service is. (WHY I AM STRUGGLING TO TAKE VODAFONE SIM IS I HAVE SIMILAR NUMBER IN AIRTEL WHICH IS AIRTEL-8904646489 VODAFONE - 8904232422, NO MATTER WHAT I NEED THE SAME VODAFONE NUMBER IN PERPAID).

Sir/ma'am, i am very very disappointed with the vodafone internet....this is just disgusting. we have just spent Rs 949 on vodafone recharge before 4 days....and i am regretting now. i shouldn't have bought a vodafone sim fory phone, for my sister's phone and my dad's!! This is disgusting to another level. you please return my money back...or provide us with high speed internet that you used to earlier!!!! This is sooooo unfair!!
