I have purchased Ecosport yesterday and I went for a ride in Mangalore I traveled about 45kms suddenly a pungent smell noticed in side the car and smoke start coming out from the engine. immediately i stopped the car and parked near the road and called the dealer immediately he send the men and took the car and said he will see what the problem, but how is that a new car can have engine problem.

Hello Sir, I am having Ford Ikon Model 2001 Petrol, I got my Fuel Pump replaced from authorised dealer Bhagat Ford, Indl. Area, Chandigarh in the month of October,2014. However, after a short period of 7 months and after 2500 KMs, the Pump has stopped working and I am told that I have to pay the cost of fuel pump as the period of 6 months (guarantee period) has already elapsed. Kindly help as the price of fuel pump is approx Rs. 15000/-.

After water service of my vehicle, yesterday (chase no AEU85378) they used diesel to clean the body of the car. It is not advisable and the color of the car will get fade. I strongly protest the act of your team that they also done with that in interior also. I was so care about my car and it was dust free. And why they did this????? The service was done in Kalamassery Service centre at seaport airport road...this is ridiculous. you have to communicate with the owner before doing something on the car.

I purchased a Ford Aspire car from Talera Ford Pune on 13 Jan 2016. In spite of several phone calls and reminders, even after 5 months I have not received the exchange bonus promised by the Ford India.

i already sent a complaint against the service of MALAYALAM FORD service center ernakulam (cochi). the problem was i serviced my eco sport(3rd service) at this service center.very poor service they provided me,the main issue is that they changed my cars wiper blade with out my permission.the wiper have no complaint and they fitted another old wiper which have scratched blade and the wiper working very poorly. i strongly know that they did a fraud work .i said about this complaint to the feed back of they called me. FORD you must take action against this type of service.i know one person who also complained about the same. FORD you know customer satisfaction is main for company like FORD.so i want to replace my wiper and solve the problem immediately.

I am a citizen of Satara Maharashtra. I liked ford aspire titanium. I decided to purchase it. First I like to congratulate ur team for making maintenance free car...... but I am worried about service center. It is not available here. One of the dealer from Pune told me that. It is going to open shortly. May be in Diwali... I want official confirmation about it. We have service center at Pune and kolhapur but both the cities are away from nearly 110 km. Which is far away from locality.
Here all other major companies are having their service centers.... Then why not world class Ford.... My decision of purchasing car is depends on it please reply soon......

After an accident, I took my car to kairali ford service centre, mannuthi thrissur on 15/12/2016. The service executive was Mr. Sajeev. The car was delivered on 24/12/2016. After reaching at home, I happened to note that the right side rear mud guard is missing, which was present till 15/2/16. I informed this to the executive concerned. then onwards the executive not attending my call. It's disappointing. Until now there no positive response from the executive or other concerned authority. How can we trust such a dealer? So I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

I own Ford Figo Titanium petrol version car purchased on 10/08/2016 from Kairali Ford Trivandrum (Reg. NO: KL01 BY5851).

I'm sorry to say that I am not satisfied with this car. Because, this car is not fuel efficient car. It hardly gives 10.5 to 11 km/L. The most difficult thing in this car, when ever I stuck in traffic signals and rush traffic areas I face problem to drive onwards after shifting down the gear. Often the car do not move forward.

About this i complaint to my dealer Kairali Ford Trivandrum. But they can't​ help me. It seems to be manufacturing defect. So I request you to fix this problem or help me to change this petrol version car to a diesel car Ford Figo Aspire. I hope and wait for your favorable action.

I think FORD IS THE WORST CAR WHICH EVER I HV USES IN MY LIFE. VERY RISKY CAR. Within a year it's break down 7 8 times on highway. Person purchased car for luxury and convenience for his family but after purchased that car my life is going to hell. Many times complaint to his dealer in ajmer but there will be no solution. I suggest everyone not to purchased this car. My rating is zEro.

On 31 july 17, Went to Airtel store, AG-31 Ground Floor , Near Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh Delhi110088. I asked about my bill details of my Airtel fixed line phone .But the girl executive there was not willing to help and was so rude. That was such a bad an experience i faced first time in an Airtel store. As being a customer with Airtel. I must complain about this, So any other customer will not face this kinda behavior.

I am owner of ford figo,ford ecosport, ford fiesta and recently I have bought ford Endeavor. It is with deep anguish and pain I have to inform you that I have been pathetic service experience by your dealership Ahmedabad (Gujarat).

I was trying to extend my warranty and still not get any response. Secondly the seat cover of the car is faulty and I am in follow ups for the same since i bought the car. It was not enough disappointing another bad experience followed.

I was travelling in Diwali vacation with my family and nr. Kota(Rajasthan), my Ford Endeavor started facing problem as it not speed up more than 40kmph. I had contacted ahmedabad and kota service station but not get prompt response.

It was disappointed and i personally visited to workshop at kota (Rajasthan). It is worst experience because nobody is answerable at that point of time. (Emp names are Mr.Jay, Bhavna, Kulbhushan and the director Mr.Ketan Dalal from ahmedabad). I was shocked to see such callous behavior from your staff.

They wanted to get rid of me and all the inconvenience. They had the audacity to tell me that they are a part of the service industry and that they very well know the norms of the industry. I forced to stay in kota Rajasthan without any reason and wasted my time and money.

After all this the kota service station finally take the call and they offered me to take my car at service station on 23/10/2017 and assured me to resolve asap. I came back to ahmedabad and my car at kota till date. As i tried to contact kota and ahmedabad both ford service station, still they dont have any idea how much time it will take to deliver my car to me.

Is that the level of service I expect after buying the most premium car from ford? I also wondered if this is the treatment meted out to a corporate customer, what treatment could a retail customer expect.

I had decided to purchase a Ford car as I had believed the name stood for excellence, reliability and trust. I have still not lost all hope and thought it prudent to share with you the incident before exploring other alternatives. I request you to please intervene and arrange an early delivery of only a my car and aptly compensate for the mental harassment and embarrassment caused to me.

I look forward to an early response and a detailed enquiry in the incident.

I am having Ford Figo which I purchased at Fortune ford @ Hyderabad dealer. The problem is with service centre @ Abids, Hyderabad. Service technician caused damage (dent) on my vehicle and delayed in delivery. And everytime when i go for pickup the vehicle, the staff used to made me wait for hours together, likely full day. Moreover i used to clean my vehicle everyday by myself. I very well know where and which places dust deposits are lying in my vehicle. Even after service of vehicle i could see the same lying. Its hardly once in a year i give for service my vehicle. Its been 7 years completed. Still The attitude was changed. I received a call from Chennai and Delhi H.O Ford, week days back stating I'll be given free Oil charges and etc., Till now no communication received. The Req.No.800176750 was closed without proper solution.

I have purchased a car of your company 1.5 FIGO AMBIENT (D) COLOUR RED ENG NO.MAJGXXMTKGGR62632 CHASIS NO.MAJGXXMTKGGR62632€ on dt.14.12.2016 vide invoice no INV17A0000428 fron DIARA FORD Ranchi,on that time fuel consumption was 24 Km/Ltr. After 1ST servicing ( JOB NO J70457882 DT 20/02/2017) the fuel consumption becomes to 16.3 Km/LTR . Several times I complained to your service center at Ranchi for the above, but regret that no care was taken by them.Even after the 2nd servicing, which was done on 04/09/2017 at 9306 km but consumption of fuel is still same. Whereas the assurance was given that the millage will be increase within few days,but there is no improvement in millage. I feel that I have cheated by the company as such I would request you to please take back my car and refund the full amount which I have paid to your dealer for the car, otherwise I have no other option but only to take, the matter in the court of law & your company will be liable to pay all expenses, losses and interest thereon.

Dear Mr. manager,

I have purchased the new facelift ecosport on 30th november 2017 from Tanish Ford Gurgaon. i am facing the same problem again and again since three months. I have registered complaints many times but couldn't get it resolved.

Four days after purchasing the car it started to show the indication of powertrain malfunction and check engine soon by which the car couldn't go above the speed of 60km and missing. then i went to Mathura service center they told that the software is not available to check the car, you can visit after two days. then i visited again then they reset the system and told that the problem is solved but in actual the problem was not solved.

Then i was going to gwalior on 8 december and in mid way the car stopped and showed the same indications and the car stopped and not started then we called for road side assistance to tow the car then in Gwalior the car stayed for three days but they also couldn't solve the problems. then we again visited 19 jan Mathura service center and they again reset the software and again the same thing happened.

On the way to Agra on 21 jan the car showed the same indications again. After calling to Mathura service center they told me to come the next day and they will directly contact to experts on hotline. The experts said that the convertor in the silencer is defected and they will change the whole silencer with convertor in 5 to 7 days. But the silencer reached in approx 1 month and for this your company should be shameful that they were not able to provide the parts in time.

Finally they fitted the new silencer and convertor on 19 feb and on 20 feb the car showed the same problem again. Now i warn you to solve the problem asap otherwise we have to take strong steps and to claim against your company. In these three months i have faced a lot of troubles physically, mentally and financially due to this car. You should be shameful that your experts such a dumb that they couldnt recognize the actual problem.

After seeing the youtube videos of reviews i purchased this car. Now i think that your review videos on youtube which promote your car are the paid promotions of your company.

I purchased Ford Aspire 1.5D TIT+ diesel top warrant before 2 years but after the completion of one year my vehicle creates the left side pulling issue.

During servicing I raised the issue in your service center couple of times but issue remains as it is. mean time I have logged my vehicle complaint to your Ford India call center with the help of your service center. After few days, as per guidance of your call center they upload the new software to solve the pulling issue but after two months I am facing same issue for my vehicle.

My vehicle running is not more than 30,000 km and purchasing date is 27th Dec. 2015. I have also cross checked my balancing and wheel alignment at outside center also but it shows within limits but still problem is as it is.

Your ford center dealer not support to road trial peoples and marks the remarks as Ok

I take road trial my vehicle to all service center like Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra and Mahindra, local service center etc., according them that there is a problem of vehicle pulling towards left side. Due to this issue my right hand side shoulders suffers heavy pains while driving the car due to continuous holding of steering. It is very unsafe for human and self-safety.

If you are not resolved my left pulling vehicle issue within 15 days, then I will raised the compliant in Maharashtra State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. I viral this message in society, as my vehicle is in warranty period.

Looking for your support urgently. If any unfortunate incident happen with me and my vehicle it is your responsibility.

With reference to complaint raise by me with SrvReqNo:[0800200425], Ford team had call me and told that as MRF as rejected the replacement we cannot help further.

Firstly I'm sorry to tell that, when I reported the issue at KingsFord Surat, they told to approach MRF office in Surat to get the resolution immediately, they did not guide me to disassemble the tyre and then approach there. I direct went with tire loaded in my Car, were I was told to get the tire disassemble from the ring and bring only tire to get it inspect. I took all pain inspite of my Car is under warranty and did all required and approach them again.

On inspection they told this is due to some accidental impact on the tyre, or your car had fallen in some pothole and this is not covered under warranty.

I’m very much sure that my car has not impact anywhere, if it had than car would had got damage or atleast the ring of tire had got damage. Sir I very well know that Ford is an American Brand where road are smooth without potholes, but sir we are in India and here we will find normal pothole on road. Also there is no visible impact on tyre from outside, there is cut in tire which is internal and no external damage, So it seem there is surely a technical fault which had lead to such bubble on tire.

Looking for some quick action on the same.

Dear Gautam Ford,

It has been observed that after repeated visiting the car (DL 10 CK 2644- ECOSPORT) service center for (steering mounted controls Illumination error) the issue has still not been resolved. The car is being held by the service center (Gautam Budh Ford, Noida) from past 3 days and they have not given any satisfactory explanation to resolve this issue. The car has just been bought 3 months back and I am facing such pity issues so early. This is the second time I’m launching a complaint against ford in past 3 months, earlier at the time of delivery the executive forgot to fill the petrol and the car got broken down at the mid of road due to low fuel.

Now, today evening (26.04.2018) the service center said the car is not taking engine start due to software error and they have taken both the keys (Duplicate), and not given the assurance for rectification.

I’m a senior citizen and due to this issue, I’m traveling through Radio taxi which is costing me around Rs.2500/- per day apart from mentally and physical harassment which I’m going through from past few days.

Please consider this matter seriously before you force me to escalate the issue to the higher authority or LEGAL actions.

I have purchased the Ford Figo 1.4 EXI SOLID worth of Rs.5,25,876/-from the authorized dealer Cauvery Ford, Cauvery Motors Pvt.LTD Mangaluru Karnataka State, as per invoice No.VS/DEC 12/601 dated 31-Dec-2012.

After purchase, the of said car has been operated in accordance with the operating instructions and driven in normal use, in due care. Further I have continued to have regular service at the same authorized dealer in accordance with the service requirements detailed under “Vehicle Service requirement”.

At present the said car has used to run for 22,643 kilometers only. That on 16th April 2018, I have handed over the car before the authorized dealer Cauvery Ford, Cauvery Motors Pvt.LTD Mangaluru, for the purpose of regular maintenance. On it’s inspection have issued vehicle report card, and recommended to need the replacement of three injectors. Hence it is required the replacement of three injectors immediately. The copy of vehicle report produced herewith.

Therefore it is prayed that, kindly pleased to replace the defective three injectors and be pleased to help in these regard.

I am very embarrassed now on 01.08.18 I had given my car new figo to dealer OS FORD jodhpur Rajasthan, they damaged my car from behind they damaged rear bumper and rear tail light also and blaming me that it was already has been damaged. I purchased Figo sports on 30.08.2018 from Kairali ford, Trivandrum,Kerala. While driving I felt some alignment problem. Then I approach the dealer and they confirmed the same and also found low air pressure. My Question why it happened in new vehicle.This will affect you. So please do the needful.

I brought one ecosport trend+ diesel 11th july 2018 in PVS Ford kannur. First free service also done but no customer feedback in fraud india, Ford is a fraud company.
