On 6th Jan, I submitted credit card application form but i am not getting any answer of status. How would i know if my application has been accepted. 8698443691 cont number.

No one response in customer care. I don't know wt is the service. It's so poor customer care service provide by icici. I seem that it is nothing. I have faced a lot of problems.

ICICI has started the most idiotic process of asking for service request number when your customer who is in distress is looking for basic information from the bank official. Now cunningly, bank has succeeded in cutting off the call centre staff also from the customer by asking for impossible information. When my internet password has been locked, with all the proper authentication which I am willing to undergo, I can not ask a simple question to call centre staff what is the balance in my account. I am a 31 year old customer check my details (A/c No. 000401018939) but I am so annoyed right now with this system that I would like withdraw all my relations with the bank. BANK HAS CREATED A WALL AROUND ITSELF IN SUCH A WAY THAT NO CUSTOMER CAN CROSS IT AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE STAFF FOR SIMPLE PROCEDURAL HELP. Best of Luck. My credit card is dispatch. i m not taken credit card at the time I'm going to AHMEDABAD for company work purpose I will try many times counter care we talk to numeric number, numeric number is I don't know I'm return to vishakapatnan. plz send same address or company address credit redispatch my credit card back to ICICI office. i got msg my number credit card dispatch and I did not taken and return to ICICI office I got that msg, I will trying many times customer care that will not respond.

Yesterday i got a call from arun from Noida. he asked my icici card number and cvv Number. He he asked my OTP passwaord and asked me add something he took that added code so please upadte on this. Purushotham Ph No 9035447314 contact me soon.

Whosoever is willing to open an account with icici bank or for credit card please be ready for trouble such shitty service. I will post it on twitter and everywhere there is no service they are just fooling the customers.

This is really true that icici customer service is very bad. Very lazy response to customers. We agreed on a credit card with Rs.2,00,000 limit but later I received the card with rs.20,000 only.

While I was making online transactions I have entered my card details wrong. As I forgot them.i have entered it wrong multiple times so my card is blocked for online transactions. if I try to make any it says your card is blocked for online transactions please contact customer care.

I never operated my demat account and the bank has unnecessary debited amount from my account in the name of dp charges which is really unfair. In order to talk to customer care you are asking for service request which is worst possible thing in any company.

One of the most disgusting banking services I have ever saw. Faced lot of problems right from activating my account to generate debit card pin. Will never recommend anyone to open account in this bank even for free.

I was about to contact customer care : 1800 102 4242, they asking me customer request number - Was searching all around my account, Help center, support page - I didn't find it anywhere!

I'm in need of Urgent help, my debit card isn't linked to my paypal account - It says error " We're sorry, but your card issuer declined the payment. To complete your purchase, check your card details are correct or try a different card"

I called Paypal customer Care, they check over everything & said me to contact Bank.. I keep on trying, but still haven't find solution to my answer!

Whenever i call to CC a lengthy process was adopted and thereafter i could not reach to CC of icici bank.

I paid my idea bill thru i mobile on 29 and 30 th august 2017 for a sum of rs 442.442.5and rs 1. But bill was not paid but rs 890rs were deducted from my account. Some month age when i paid rs 303 for jio recharge that amount was also deducted but i could not recharge my jio connection.

Dear Team,

I Sandeep Kumar Jaiswal holding your bank account 5246 that's a salary account since 2014 I am utilising your service but due to some reasons I left the job and just now I appointed in a new company and their also I have acknowledged them to send my salary into the same account but from resign to new job it took 3 months and at naraina branch I confirmed them and the executive had considered me their will be no charges if the account came into 0.00Rs.

But today 15-12-2017 morning I have received an SMS regarding charges. Kindly suggest me what should I do next.
